Cons: The carpet was badly stained and the towels were almost threadbare. The handwashing dispenser pump was broken and the wall had a long dirty smudge mark from the bedhead to the end.

We stayed for a total of two nights but If we could have stayed longer we would have! We really enjoyed our stay there - The price and the quality were unbeatable especially during Christmas market time! This is not a super central hotel to go to all the Christmas markets BUT the tram and street cars are so close by that it’s absolutely doable! We enjoyed the fact that it was in a quiet area too. The breakfast in the morning was really good! The room (we had the studio) was absolutely delightful, having everything we needed! We only have goos things to say about this hotel!

The location is great-walk right into the city from the front door. Laundry is definitely a problem-the washer and dryer are 1 unit and the clothes do not get dry so you have to hang clothes all around your apartment to dry and so it takes awhile. Also, if you checkout at 11 there isn’t a place to safely keep bags if you have a later flight and want to spend time enjoying your last day

I didn't like the t.v only show two chanels in English-speaking. I reserved two twin beds. They gave me one queen and they never changed it. My room was right next to the elevator which i wasn't happy about. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. They should improve on that. Also no iron or ironing board. The staff were very pleasant and also they have a ver good breakfast spread. I enjoyed the breakfast. Great varieties. Thats the big pros. I already listed the cons.

The standard rooms are extremely small. The room was very warm but aircon wasn't working. The breakfast was ok, nothing special. Some people had to sit at shared tables. Overall, the place is ok but totally overpriced considering the tiny rooms.

We loved our stay! The hotel is very clean and modern, staff is super polite and attentive, breakfast is good with plenty of options and location is convenient, walking distance from a metro / train station and tram stops. The neighbourhood is quiet but there are a few shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms are a bit small but reasonable for the city centre, and there are upgrade options if you need more space. There is underground parking with limited spaces, as well as street parking outside. Looking forward to staying there again in our next trip to Vienna!

We stayed for 3 nights in room 107. We were originally given a different room that was smaller but the receptionist called us after being in the room 5 minutes and offered us a different room. This was much larger, it had a good sized tv and beds were comfortable. The hotel is close to multiple tram lines into city centre and near u bahn as well

After delayed flight from ATL -> Frankfort, my arrival @ H+ was later than expected/hoped. I had some trouble finding the street for my first visit (afterwards found the walk from station was very short and enjoyable). Room was spartan but contained everything that was needed. Staff was VERY helpful re directions, connections and assisting with Vienna PASS problem. Only negative was email asking me to pay for 2 additional breakfasts - hotel later apologized for their \"bookkeeping\" error. The breakfasts were fantastic with a great variety of foods.

When I reached the hotel, I was told that they oversold and I have to send to another hotel. Staff didn’t arrange a room until I arrive and then they start calling other hotels to see available room. After an hour they told me go to Harmonnies hotel and when I reached there they don’t have car parking garage and I have to go to public parking garage which was a few blocks away and felt uncomfortable walking alone late night. What a mess Expedia created and why Expedia provided confirmation? Expedia needs to compensate me by giving this as free stay + 18 EUR parking charge.

The experience was great. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Location is ok, not too far from city center, but not much going on or to see in the immediate surrounding area (unless I missed it). I only had one problem... I found a bit of an unpleasant odor in the room. Smelled a bit like stinky shoes. Since the weather was nice, I kept the window open during my entire stay.

The hotel is extremely new, asked the staff and was told that it was only opened in Oct 2018! The room was fantastic, it was spacious, clean and comfortable! The breakfast was also good with a wide variety! Special mention to the staff at the reception, they were very very friendly and helpful in giving us directions and offering suggestions on the best places to visit! We stayed on New Year's Eve and the guy on the duty even gave us a fantastic tip on the best place to view the fireworks! A big thumbs up to the staff!! :) Location wise, it is around a 20 mins walk to the central area, no complaints as it gave us a chance to exercise!

Das Zimmer war zwar Sauber, under der dusche gab es jedoch schwarzen schimmel an mehreren Stellen.
Duch die nähe zu Aufzügen war es ab in der Früh relativ laut im Zimmer.
Frühstück war recht rudimentär.
Grundlegende Regeln der Sauberkeit werden allerdings vom Küchenpersonal nicht eingehalten.
Der koch ging mit Handschuhen zum Rauchen, darauf angesprochen hat er trotzdem am Buffete umgeräum und Sachen angefasst.

Schönes kleines Hotel in der Nähe des Schottentores Wien :) Zimmer sind völlig ausreichend und es ist alles vorhanden , bemängeln muss ich das das Parkhaus für das viele Geld echt eng und nicht gut zu befahren ist , die Bordsteine sind echt hoch :) auch hatten wir ein Zimmer bei dem die Tür ganz schön in mitleidenschaft gezogen war :) ansonsten war das Personal super nett und auch das Frühstück mehr als ausreichend :)
