Great value for money, good location to walk into town and bus stops. Good roof top space for included breakfast and relaxed evenings. Very friendly and helpful staff which makes you feel at home.

The rooms are neat and serviceable. The decor is tasteful and suitably local. The breakfast is very adequate and the breakfast terrace is homely. It is very convenient for everything. The azan is very loud and the nearby roosters start fairly early.

The main property where we were expecting to stay looked fine. Unfortunately, we were put in another property because they were full. The other property was nothing like what we had paid for. We were supposed to get a double room with an additional single bed. Instead we had two singles. There was no toilet paper. No hairdryer as promised in the description. Generally the place looked shabby and was not what we were expecting from the photos.

The dormitory is nothing like on the photos, it is a rathole. So dirty the table the bad and the bathroom that i almost fainted when i saw it. After this i changed to private double bedroom which was immaculately clean and nice. (exact same as on the photos) Its a nice place to stay, but forget the dormitory. Its the worst i have seen in my whole life.

Exactly what you need

A lovely little hostel with a big communal terrace and kitchen. We stayed for 2 nights and had everything we needed. Close to town center and grocery stores. Nothing fancy but definitely good value for money!

Great price/quality

When you arrive you need to ring the bell in order to check in. We received a nice room. However, the airco was not working and the bathroom could use a shower screen. The pension consist out of 2 buildings. When we were later walking around we found another pension with the same name, since the owner reacted a little bit strange upon arrival (like he didn't expected us) we were afraid we checked in at the incorrect pension. However, it appeared to be the same one. There is enough parking place in front of the pension, breakfast is sufficient and the location is great (in centre but not too busy).

Owner moved me to another hotel. It was AWEFUL.

Owner stated that there was a problem with he hotel and decided to move me to another one called Pinar Pansion. The new room was absolutely tiny, I couldn't even lay my suitcase down. The owner was rude and always made comments in Turkish when I walked past, I heard him making references to my ethnicity (Pakistani) after which everyone would laugh. This made me feel very uncomfortable being there, I eventually decided to leave.

I had paid for a much larger room with a number of facilities but got the complete opposite (a room the size of a prison cell with no facilities).

Quiet as out of season when we went, they said there were plans to spruce the place up a bit.
Typically Turkish, no sink plug, doors not shutting properly, noisy air con unit, very hard mattress and pillows
Small Turkish breakfast.

Ani Motel - September 2011

Single, middle aged , male traveler stayed here sept 27 2011 for 2 nights.
It was \"off season\" and did not see any backpackers there , just mainly single , professional people and one family.
I booked a single room but upon arrival the only room I was told available was a room on the top floor in the restaurant level which contained 3 single beds. I had no choice but to accept.
The negative: The room was sparse. NO wardrobe, NO bedside cabinets , nowhere to store/hang your clothes , so they had to be kept in the suitcase on the floor and extracted when needed!
The \"bathroom\" is wet room. It has a toilet and a washbasin and the \"shower\" is a shower lead and head which is integrated with the wash basin taps , so , you lift it up and spray yourself with the shower head as you stand in the 4 foot by 2 foot wet room ! NOT very safe either, since the water can easily spray in to the electrical sockets on the wall ! Also , remember to remove the toilet roll from the \"room\" first , otherwise , that is going to get soaked through too !
This top floor room is next door to a communal shower room , which guests are allowed to use if they have a late departure but have to check out earlier than their departure. I learnt this to my detriment as , on my final day , with a 6 hour bus trip ahead of me to Antalya/Side , I wanted a good nights sleep and a lie in until 10am. However , some egit banged on my bedroom door at 0830 thinking it was the communal shower room . So , I got an early wake-up call which was VERY unwanted.
Good points: Nice staff , adequate breakfast , nice views , nice balcony.

Kas is an EXPENSIVE town for accommodation. It was the most expensive town I stayed in during my month in Turkey . Ani Motel was one of the cheapest I was able to find but was it worth the money ? I dont know how Ani compares in comfort and room specifications to other budget accommodations in Kas but , my feeling is , it is NOT worth what it charges - well , the room I had was not worth that price. This was LOW season , goodness knows what they charge in high season too !

Kas is a LOVELY town but accommodation prices in general compared with other local places like Dalyan ,Dalaman , Patara, Kalkan , Demre , Antalya etc... means that I probably wont go there again. Accommodation costs TWICE as much in Kas as these other delighful places.

İşleten ve çalışan personel ilgili yardımcı ve güleryüzlü.Kliması var balkon iyi, sineklik olmadığı için sivrisinek sorunu var,3 kişilik odaların tuvalet havalandırması yok, tuvalet kapılarının acilen değişmesi gerekiyor bakımsız.

В целом, неплохо на 1-2 ночи

Симпатичный отель с уютной светлой комнатой. С террасы открывается изумительный вид на город. Вечером там можно выпить чаю,а утром там же организован завтрак. Завтрак вкусный, достаточно,чтобы наесться. Управляющий отеля дружелюбный и радушный.
Из недостатков - душ ничем не отгорожен от туалета, вода повсюду, смеситель работает плохо.

Cheguei as 13h e fui informada q td estaria certo p o check in em 10m. Esses se tornaram 1:05. Fui p o quarto (o ultimo e escondido) as 14:05h;
O chuveiro eletrico não funcionou no primeiro dia;
Num quarto p 6 tinham 7 pessoas;
O quarto na net era \"não fumante\". Porém, fedendo a cigarro;
Não tem onde pendurar nada no banheiro;
Wifi no quarto não pegava;
Poucas tomadas num quarto p 6 pessoas.
Resumindo... difícil de eu voltar ou recomendar.

Accueil 0. Le check-in s'est fait dans la chambre à l'arrache pendant qu'il faisait ménage. Pas d'eau chaude car ''il fait beau''. Certes, les journées sont magnifiques mais les nuits fraîches. En plus, fin octobre, le choix peut être laissé au client. Une espèce de couvre lit en guise de couverture, jeu eu froid et quand je lui au signalé à mon départ, il s'est montré grossier en marmonnant. Bref, accueil et confort pas top. D'autres pensions sont plus intéressantes.

Hotele ait oldugu soylenilen ek binada konakladik. Oda cok kotu degildi fakat beklentilerinizi yuksek tutmayin. Uzun sureli tatil icin bizce uygun degil. Bizim gibi road trip yapiyorsaniz ve 1 gecelik sadece uyumak icin bir yer arıyorsanız fena degil. Otelde bir resepsiyon yok kapida sizi degnekcilik yapan biri karşılıyor.
Kahvaltisi fena degil.

Cok kotu bir deneyim

İnsan olarak kendinize biraz sayginiz varsa burada kalmayi ciddi sekilde dusunmemelisiniz.

Butun odada (banyo dahil) sadece bir adet priz vardi o da duvardan sarkiyordu. Odanin banyo ici yeni yapilmis ama her nedense yaparken priz yapmak gibibir dusunceye kapilmamislar. Bu da oteli osletenlerin musterilerine hangi gozle baktigini gosteriyor.

Otele geldik asagidan zili caldik. Terastan bir ses yukari cikin dedi. Ciktiksonra geri indik meger kalacagimiz oda baska binada imis.

Odada sac kurutma makinesi vardi cunku rezervasyon detaylarinda var. Fakat priz yok!

Kendimizi insan muamelesi gormuyor gibi hissettik.

Ha, tatilimiz guzeldi. Otel merkezi tek avantaji da bu. Fakat biraz daha fazla odeyip insan gibi savranilmasini yegleriz.

Anı Pansiyon betonarme ancak eski bir bina. Odalarda artık yineleme yapmanın zamanı gelmiş. Personel ilgili ve yardımsever. Fakat daha çok öğrenci ve bekar kesime hitap eden bir yer. Aileler için uygun değil. Kahvaltı beklediğimden çok daha iyi ve kaliteliydi, çeşit fazla ve lezzetliydi.

オトガルから近く、到着や出発に便利。この地の一泊だけ安くあげようとしてドミトリーに宿泊したが、エアコンが作動しなくても、部屋は暑くなく自然の空気の流れで快適に寝ることが出来た。朝食も量と質、共に満足した。

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten unsere Buchung von einem Dorm-Room auf ein Doppelzimmer ändern. Das Zimmer war ganz ok und sogar mit Klimaanlage. Wir konnten gegen Gebühr Wäsche in der Maschine waschen, hätten aber auch nur das Waschmittel für eine Handwäsche erstehen können. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr gemütlich und das inkludierte Frühstück ist gut und reichlich. Man ist sofort zu Fuss in der Mitte der Stadt und am Meer.

Catastrophique! Nous avons réserver un dortoir pour 7 personnes, à notre arrivée à 18h nous avons dû attendre 1h supplémentaire car le dortoir n'était tjrs pas prêt. Finalement nous avons été conduit ds un dortoir pr 6 personnes dans un état très critique. (Moisissure sur les murs, toiles d'araignées, prise arrachée, odeur d'humidité et d'urine sur les bords du lit, taches sur les oreillers) nous n'avons pu rester plus d'une nuit dès notre arrivée nous avons chercher un autre hôtel pr y séjourner. Je ne le recommande à personne!

結果的に最低最悪です。値段の割りに、場所も施設もいいと思いました。スタッフの方も最初は感じがよかったのですが…。hotels.comで予約時にクレジットカードから全額払いという手続きもとり、予約確認のメールもあったにもかかわらず、「支払われていない」「こちらにはなにも来ていない」「とにかく支払え」の一点張り。「hotels.comに友だちがいる」とよく分からない発言までされました。こちらは確認メールを見せ、「そこまで言うなら証拠を見せて」と言うと、逆ギレされるは、挙げ句のはてに「お前は朝からバカになったのか！！とにかく受付で支払え！」と言われる始末。ただ、こちらはきちんと支払った証拠もあったため、その後視線を感じながらもこのペンションを出ました。追いかけられることもなく、無事に出国もできましたが、あそこまで言われるとは思いませんでした。本当に最悪でした。確かにお手頃ですが、同じ位の値段で同じようなペンションも周りにありますので、あえてここを選ぶ必要は個人的にはないと考えます。

I showed them the confirmation of e-mail, and say, \"show me the evidence if say\". they were angry and said to us \"pay!!\"\"did you became a fool from the morning?\" Really this pension was the worst. There are good price pensions around here.So I think that u don't need to choose here for the price!!

無理やり作った一部屋

自宅を改造して無理やり作った地下の部屋に入れられました。他の部屋は地上階で海側に窓がありますが、当然無く、バスタオルもなく、コンセントも高い位置にポツン。なんじゃこりゃという部屋でした。
