Hotel was lovely, and my room was very, very spacious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were kind, and very helpful too. This hotel is ideally located for sightseeing, and it is within a few short blocks to visit some of the most popular Christmas markets in Vienna.

This hotel is very charming but also has lovely upgrades. I just loved the double windows in the room and long, dramatic curtains. It made me feel like I was living a romantic Viennese life. The bed was comfortable. I did not have breakfast here because I liked going elsewhere. It’s a very walkable area. I went as a solo female traveler and felt safe walking everywhere in the area including at night. There are a lot of options within 2–5 minute walk and lots more within a 10-15 minute walk. The area and hotel is very clean. You can always get an uber or taxi within a couple of minutes. The staff at the desk is very friendly and helpful. They answer any questions you have and jump to offer to make phone calls and get rides for you. I left my stay very early in the morning. I was having issues with my uber app and the gentleman at the desk made me some excellent coffee while I waited and engaged with very friendly conversation. I definately would stay here again. Thank you to the staff for your hospitality.

I traveled to Vienna to visit the Christmas Markets. This hotel is within waking distance to the largest Christmas market at Rathausplatz which is great! But I didn’t realize it was at least a 15 minute walk to the city center. Not a huge deal but as a solo traveler, walking back at night wasn’t ideal. You are very close to the metro so you could hop on within 3 minutes of the hotel.

The room itself was a little dated and could use a refresh. I’ve been to 4 star hotels and I don’t think this is one. There is no fridge/mini bar in the standard room and no a/c in the winter. I know this may sound silly to have the a/c running in the winter but the room was VERY warm made it hard to sleep.

Staff was friendly but if you can any to stay in the city center, I would look at hotels closer to that area.

Hotel is superb. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The bathroom is really great with a great water pressure in the shower.
The area is somewhat quiet so we slept great, but it was within 10 minutes of so many great sites. Highly recommended.

Check-in was very smooth, and the hotel staff continued to be very helpful throughout our stay. We needed food delivery late in the evening, and Lavinia at the front desk spent considerable time navigating the system for us, even staying past the end of her shift. The location of the hotel was a bonus, walkable to several restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and really comfortable. I would definitely stay in the hotel should I ever return to Vienna.

The room was perfect. Cleaned daily. A quiet night sleep. The hotel was perfectly located, just a few blocks to walk to the UnderGround train system. The beautiful Votive Church is also a few blocks away. The hotel offered a buffet breakfast. Breakfast was a bit expensive. I was offered a \"discounted price upon checking in of 18 EUROS (Regular price was 24 EUROS). For what was offered, even 18 was too much. All in all, this hotel was lovely.

Awful - they double charged us for room. The hotel and Expedia blamed each other. Staff was very rude about it and said we needed to cancel earlier. But we did not know they had us for two rooms so how could we cancel a room that we did not know about. They showed us to papers but we had nothing on app showing two rooms. Expedia called and asked for them to refund and they said no. The hotel was not sold out. It almost seemed like a scam. We only received confirmation for one room. Regardless they charged us two and we’re not at all kind about it. We needed to dispute charges. It was a horrible way to start vacation. They manager Angelique was condescending and the other employee said it was impossible because they did not know what we paid Expedia. When I asked him to ask Expedia that so he could refund us, he just said I would need to talk with manger

Our room had mold, and we saw bugs. Also the front desk staff is very rude when asking for assistance with changing our reservation. She couldn’t wait to tell me no to my question after she spoke with the manager. When they say refundable there are no exceptions, not one. Our room is very outdated, and the carpet had stains. Also the shower would leak all over the floor and there was mold in the corners

We chose this hotel because it was close to the main Christmas market and it was in the perfect location for that and other main landmarks. The cleanliness can be improved as we had to have our room cleaned upon arrival as there was a thick film of dust on our nightstands and desk. There was also a broken lamp on our floor just hanging there. The staff were quick to rectify the issue. The hotel has no real amenities, but the staff are really nice. Overall it was a good value for the price.

Overall a good place. Reasonable walking distance to many places. 5 min walk to the Christmas market. Staff was friendly. Hotel offered discounted parking voucher for fhe garage that was a 6 min walk. The only thing I didn’t like was that the shower was really small. The main elevator broke but they had a service elevator that guests could use. I didn’t use room service or the restaurant, so I can’t comment on those services.

Very well maintained property and provided us with a comfortable stay. We stayed at this hotel when visiting Vienna to attend their many Christmas markets. The hotel is less than 5 mins walking from Vienna’s main Christmas market in from of their parliament building, making it very convenient. It’s also walkable to many other markets although taking public transport may be easier for some that don’t want to walk far distances. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were also welcoming and helpful.

We arrived at this property, our shower door was broken, he then proceeded to move us room but wasn’t the room we originally booked. He then gave us another two options which one was fine. But clearly no one checking rooms prior. Bar is not a bar they didn’t have no gin either.

Location is excellent. Service is poor. We arrived late and tired. The person at the lobby gave us a room at the second floor so I asked if there was a room at a higher floor hoping to get a room with a better view and further from street noise. The person acted surprised and asked \"why would you want a different room?\". After I explained he seemed to look for a room and said there was no better room. I am pretty sure there was other rooms available since it was a Tuesday on low season. I did verify with a different person the next morning and they had other rooms.
So he gave us the key to the room on the second floor and then we found out there was no elevator to that floor! So we had to carry our luggage to the second floor and we had a big bag. So this person not only was lazy to try to find a better room for us but gave us the room where we had to carry our own luggage since there was no elevator. One would hope much better service from this hotel. I DON'T recommend it.

Newly renovated facility. Inconsistency between our room and our companions. They had a fridge - we did not. Our safe worked - theirs did not.
No working AC and so had to have the windows open at night.
Lots of street noise at night and lots of nearby construction that starts at 630am

Recently had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Rathauspark Wien. The staff was warm, friendly, and helpful. Room was ready early upon arrival; it was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Great location within the Inner Stadt neighborhood, walkable to all the major sights, shops, and dining. Would recommend!

The hotel was switch to their sister hotel due to construction the name of the hotel is Austria trend hotel Europa which is in the city center, close to stephenplatz subway station, I like the hotel due to location, in front has 2 cafe that serves food whole day, everything is close by walking distance to most place to see In Vienna. We did not purchase the breakfast co it's 28 euro per person which we are across to the cafe for 3 and we paid 40euro.

Renovations had commenced. We got shut on 3rd floor on the first evening with no means of fire escape as hardboard floor for building works had wedged corridor door closed. No phones in room but luckily had a mobile to phone externally so receptionist could come and free the door so we could access stairs or lift and leave the building for our evening meal. Electrics not working properly. Items wouldn’t charge. Safe in room was broken and had to be replaced on second day with valuables kept in paper envelopes at reception desk for first day/night. Limited breakfast. Room not cleaned properly, cups not washed etc. Limited tea and coffee. No milk in rooms and none available at reception. All in all a really poor show for a radisson hotel. Charged €60 for transport from airport arranged by hotel. Driver came into reception and discreetly gave receptionist a cash ‘backhander’. Uber return to the airport was €32. Vienna itself is a lovely city and well worth a visit but stay somewhere else.

We loved out stay at the Hotel Rathauspark. It is ideally situated, within walking distance of many attractions, and the staff were superbly friendly and helpful. Even though a part of the facility was undergoing renovation we did not experience noise or inconvenience, except that the lounge area was not available. Breakfast was sumptuous. Shoutout to Kain who always greeted us with a warm smile.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Absolutely nothing like described on the internet. I can’t believe The Radisson put their name to this hotel. Probably more like a 2 star. Decor from the 80’s, shower didn’t work, hairdryer broken, marks on the table, trip hazards in the hallway.

The hotel itself was lovely. However the exterior and interior are both under construction. The hotel did contact me and advised me of this on advance. It is situated in an excellent location for transportation to the main sights via the tram system and there are two sightseeing bus stops very close to the hotel.

Great location, very easy to travel to and from! Located on a quiet street close to a beautiful catherdral.

I booked the single economy room and it matched expectations. Other reviews complain thats it's small and dated but I found it fine, it is on the smaller side but depending on the type of traveller you are, thats fine. The hotel is a base for me and I intend to spend my time elsewhere so for that, it was perfect.

I'm a big guy and found it fine, the bathroom was the only \"issue\" as the shower cobicle was the size of me but I made do.

For a start, the atmosphere of the room was bad, because the first impression was of the room, in a first class hotel, was not pleasant. First, the bathroom very small, but is Ok, We only had one hand towel and one of foot towell. The decoration was the worst, the window curtain was broken and couldn’t be move to close or open.
And most basic thing in a hotel room, comfort for guests, the bed in a very strange position , with the headboard next to the longest part of the bed and one of the corners outside the wall. (I have photos if anyone in administration wants to see the room that I talking about).
After my complaint, of course, they gave us a real hotel room and no complaints about it. But, the first impression counts.

The standard room is tiny and furnished with outdated furniture and beds/mattresses. The bathroom is extremely small and equipped with a whimsical size shower. The location of the hotel is central. Overall, the hotel is not a luxury hotel, it is however clean and the location is good.
