Obrigada pela experiência! Nosso quarto era perfeito e o hotel era lindo. O cafe da manhã estava delicioso com muitas opções de comidas e bebidas (pão de queijo, coxinhas, goiabada, doce de leite.... eles têm de tudo!)
Uma recomendação é .... experimente uma caipirinha! Muito saboroso e bem Brasileira!

I was provided a small bottle of prosecco, liter of soda water, and many snacks inside my room. The room had a kitchen and fridge. A nespresso machine is provided but you have to either buy pods at the bar or buy some from a store. I would have preferred coffee and tea bags instead. Easy transit options, 20 minutes from the tourist stuff. It was nice being away from the craziness. Sheet was on the bed and 2 duvets that were small. I had to use both duvets. Under the sheet was a thicker blanket but when I pulled it back there was a hair under it. I would stay again because the price and location was great but consider bringing my own sheets.

The room was spotless, perfectly matched the photos, and comfortably warm. The overall comfort was exceptional, and unlike many European hotels, they were generous with amenities — especially the free coffee machine in the lobby, which was a real plus. The staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful. It was an excellent stay, and whenever I come to Vienna, this hotel will definitely be my first choice

Loved the room with the balcony overlooking the street. Great location for acquiring transportation right at your front door with the trams and traveling to the underground subway system. Grocery store called SPAR closeby. Staff was so helpful especially MARI who took the time to sit down with me and book my train tickets back to the airport and she even wrote down the stops for me so I wouldn’t get lost. I would highly recommend Rioca Posto 1 with its cool Brazilian vibe and amazing staff!!

Gorgeous hotel! We loved our stay at Rioca. Although the kitchen isn’t overly stocked with utensils (eg only 2 forks, 2 spoons, etc.), it had everything we needed. The very beautiful room, the hotel’s unique decor, laundry facilities and free teas and coffees were just some of our favourite things. The location is also great for tram access and is in close proximity to a few different grocery stores and rental bikes. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We would strongly recommend the Rioca to anyone staying in Vienna, thank you for the amazing stay!

I would not recommend

We checked 3 rooms on different floors and all of the rooms were in the same condition. Dirty (stained bedding and towels, smeared walls), smelled like chemicals and we saw silver type bugs on the walls. We were shocked as the hotel has really good reviews. We arrived at 9pm so unfortunately we had to stay for the night but the manager was kind enough to refund us the next 2 nights we had booked.

Me and my boyfriend both really enjoyed our stay. Lucas and the other staff were very friendly and even changed our rooms on request without any issues. Room was spacious, and had all the utensils we needed in the kitchen to cook meals if wanted. We decided to try the breakfast out on the last day and it was delicious, I’m from Rio but live in London and it was great to eat some food from home! Would definitely stay there again! We also had some caipirinha on the rooftop for the sunset and it was great. The complimentary mate was really good and available most of the time.
Location was also good, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel, so very easy to get to the centre! Would definitely recommend

A really funky hotel. Had a HUGE room, with a kitchenette which was a bonus. Nice also to have a small balcony, which was great for drying washing after weeks of cycling :-). BUT had a significant issue with the \"secure\" in-room WiFi. Could not get either phone to connect, and the support from the IT person was terrible. Basically said it was our devices, even though they had worked in nearly 30 other hotels. They simply gave up and didn't bother to follow up and explore what the problem could be. Ended up having to sit in the lobby to get WiFi, and had my business bank in Australia lock my account for trying to log in. Simply not acceptable. Shame, as the rest of the stay was wonderful.

The staff were extremely friendly. The room was big and very well furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable. Very little outside noise. Hotel is situated a few minutes from Traisengasse Banhoff which has a direct line to both the airport and Vienna Railway station (Wien bhf). The number 2 tram service is just outside the hotel and takes you into Vienna centre in 15 minutes. We had a lovely stay and would stay again.

Great stay for the value. Close to the train station. There are just lots of construction outside but it’s not terrible. There aren’t many restaurants near by as you’re a little bit outside of the city centre but the rooms were spacious. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mari.

Everything I read was correct and with the tram stop just outside the front door it is only a few stops to connect to the subway…incredibly convenient. We were massively surprised at how lovely this property was. Staff were super friendly, the dining area we didn’t use but they have free coffee all day so used it for that which was a super treat bring coffee lovers. Room was massively spacious, clean we actually loved it.
Just down the road from the tram into the city centre which we navigated without any issues. There’s nothing bad I can say about the property excellent value for money to stay in the city centre with this spec I feel it would triple your costing! Would definitely use this hotel again if we were to go back to Vienna. Thank you for a super pleasant stay.

A couple of things to note: Be careful when opening the window, as the hotel is next to train tracks and can get noisy. One of my neighbors was probably smoking, and the smell came into my room, which was uncomfortable—but of course, not the hotel’s fault. Also, there’s no AC, which wasn’t an issue for me now but could be in the summer.

My only suggestion would be to extend the checkout time, as it feels a bit early for tourists. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I’d definitely book here again!

We booked a room with kitchenette, and while the kitchenette itself was lovely, there was nothing included to cook with, rendering it quite useless.

There are also some issues with the cleaning schedule. While we were told rooms were cleaned every 3 days, our room was never cleaned. Which became a bit of an issue concerning towels and toilet paper.

It's also insanely far from anything, so just a warning others. There is a tram stop outside but it's the milk run, and doesn't run very frequently outside of rush hour

Truly a great stay, 100% recommend

I stayed here with my mum and from when we first entered to the last second we left the service was 10/10. Check in was smooth and easy with simple self check in machines, rooms were clean and spacious. The girls on reception were amazing, always happy to help and gave us some great recommendations. The complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water was icing on the cake. Location was perfect for us, a few minute walk from the train station, and a few seconds walk from the tram stop to the city. Would not hesitate to book here again!

Great place to stay near an underground station with direct trains to the airport plus tram route into the city centre. The vibe of the hotel is very Brazilian and works really well. Lovely bar which is very reasonably priced. Rooms are very spacious and have all you need.
We were at the back of the hotel so faced the railway line so there was noise from the trains from early morning to late at night - but it wasn’t a problem.
Staff at the hotel are all really friendly and helpful and welcoming.
Not loads of eating out options in the immediate area but the tram stops nearby and so gives easy access into the city.

I couldn't believe the size of the room and the many amenities. A refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, cook top, king size bed, bluetooth speaker! Amazing! I had just booked for a single night so I could catch an early flight the following morning, but wish I could have had more time to enjoy the luxurious accommodations. While it is not in the heart of the city, it is within quick walking distance to Vienna's efficient public transportation. I'd definitely stay there again!

There was dirty socks that were left in our room! Gross! Also they have this thing where you can connect your phone to the tv and random people kept connecting to our tv interrupting our own program! It would often kick our own phones off too. Lots of little dirty things like a dirty spoon was left in and the wall had look like someone smudged their shoe on it. I get this place was cheap and having a kitchen was amasing but honestly I will never stay here again. I think it’s cause they’re trying to be “eco friendly” but you still gotta clean your rooms even if it’s every 3 days. When someone leaves just clean the rooms

Room was very spacious for a single room. Lots of surprising amenities like a teakettle and microwave oven. My room even had a door/window that opened out onto a little rooftop deck. Didn’t sit out there because it was raining, but it was a real surprise feature. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. I don’t speak German, and Marilisa was particularly helpful answering several questions I had. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was out of the city but had great transport links. The Copacabana room did state that it had a espresso coffee machine, however, we were told this was a mistake by Hotels.com. You do get complimentary hot drinks in the bar area though. The room was a tad noisy as it was roadside and on the first floor.

The hotel has an amazing vibe. The staff were so nice. The room was lovely. The only thing that could be improved is the air-conditioning in the room, we had a mobile one which was OK but wasn’t enough in 30+C weather :). Beyond the expectations!!

Beyond the expectations!! We loved this hotel/ apartment. We booked an apartment room which was beautiful, spacious and large balcony. Kitchen and bathroom were equipped with utensils and soaps, towels etc. Quite a few posh chairs and table in the room for work or study. Reception was really nicely decorated and free Tea/ coffee/ water all day. Staff were super cheerful and eager to help. Thank you so much Nazare, Laura, Isa, Karine and Larissa. Sorry if I missed any other staff, but everyone were amazing. We got real Brazilian feeling and thanks for allowing to leave luggage. Everything was super. Thanks to cleaner for cleaning room and leaving in a nice state every other day. Trams/ Undergrounds/ Bus were 10 mins away (due to road works, which should finish in 1or 2 months), otherwise even closure. We would love to book again and highly recommend to others.

Excellent location, very close to Traisengasse Bahnhof which has direct link to airport. Easy to get anywhere in the city from the hotel by s bahn, tram or u Bahn. Lots of supermarkets nearby.

The hotel has a very nice ambiance. Reception/bar/terrace area is very comfortable and nice for a coffee or a drink.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. If you check in online before you arrive, it’s very quick and easy.

Rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. It’s great to have a kitchenette in the room.

The only minor issue is that the room and the hotel in general is quite warm, and the rooms don’t have air conditioning. So it can be a little stuffy at night.

I am a former Hotel receptionist, and as someone who has worked in the field I can say in certainty that this hotel has very high standards and has very good value for the price. The room was extremely well done, the ambiance in the hotel was great, cleanliness, birds chirping, complementary warm drinks throughout the day, all made our stay very pleasant. The staff itself was fabulous, especially Nasa Larissa and Rafa, who were more than happy to assist an annoying customer like me by answering my need for recommendations for the city and help during my stay. The only downside was a knock on the door while there was I do not disturb sign on it. This was the housekeeping wanting to clean our room. The reception desk was informed and they promised they will refresh the memory of the housekeeping team.

The room itself was very large and clean, except for a few spots on the walls. The self check in wouldn’t work but the staff were helpful in checking us in. Laundry facilities were good, cost about €7 for a wash and dry. We did not get the breakfast as it cost like €20/per person which seemed high for a buffet. There was coffee and tea available in the lobby for all guests, a lounging area by the bar and a rooftop terrace which were all great amenities. Location was not amazing but there is the #2 train car right outside so you can go into the city easily.

The hotel is lovely and clean. It is a 5 minute walk to train station and you can get everywhere from there. The room was very large and clean , one problem we found was if the window was left open at night the trains run every few minutes 24 hours a day. With the window and blind closed things where alot better and the rest of the days there ,we got plenty of sleep. I would return to this hotel due to the helpful staff and good breakfast

Great accommodations and better customer service

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. But what really made this hotel stand apart was its sterling customer service. The whole staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. In particular, I want to commend Istva. While the hotel was not in the city center, it was on a tram line that made everything accessible. I would recommend this hotel unflinchingly.

A little something different in Vienna!

We loved our stay at Rioca! The room was spacious and included a fun chair swing in the corner, which I sat in every chance I got! We had a small balcony, where we could just see the Votiv Church spires over the roofs of the buildings across the street. We had a kitchenette with cooking equipment, as well as a roomy refrigerator. The bathroom had a closed in shower stall, rather than a curtain, which was very nice, and the room came with a hair dryer and ample closet space. My husband took advantage of the free coffee in the lobby, and we had a drink at the bar one night; the Caipirinha was made to perfection! The rooftop patio isn't very big, but is still nice. We also used the laundry service, which you need to download an app for. There is parking available, but the tram stop into the inner city ring of Vienna is literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel, so coming and going was very simple. The entire hotel gives of a very tropical vibe, with a small Christ the Redeemer statue in the outdoor seating area, tropical plant wallpaper on every floor, and the sounds of bird calls in the hallway.
The only downside, of which we got used to very quickly, was that you could hear the nearby trains running throughout the day and night. The windows here do offer some soundproofing and we were on the street side of the hotel, so that helped. To Jonatha and the whole staff, who took the time to answer our many questions and gave us good advice throughout our stay, obrigado!!!

A True Gem

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. The hotel is accessible since it is on the tram line. But the great thing about this hotel that really sets it apart is the incredible level of service from all of the staff. I want to commend Istva in particular. Free coffee is available in the lobby area. I rarely give 10/10 ratings. But, in my estimation, this hotel really deserves it.

Overall we had an amazing stay.

Friendly welcome, all staff were super lovely and helpful, really can tell they enjoy working there and it makes it a great place to be. I usually don’t spend much time in my hotels when I travel, but I went out of my way to make the make most of the facilities and atmosphere here. They make amazing caipirinhas at the bar as well.

Rooms were immaculate, very current and well equipped. Smart tv’s in room and also having fridge were a great features that not every hotel has but really makes it feel like home.

Great location, tram stops right outside and there’s a S-Bahn station within 5 minutes walk, plus a Spar and a few takeaways.

My only one suggestion would be to perhaps streamline the check-in process. I had to provide quite a lot of information on a tablet which was not ideal after being tired from hours of travelling. Perhaps there could be a way to provide my information in advance to speed up the process?

Overall an amazing stay, truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed and easily the best in terms of value for money. Definitely recommend!
