Lovely hotel, was concerned after reading reviews, would agree tea/coffee facilities would be an advantage for the rooms was perfect for a few nights stay as i booked hotel as was going to coldplay concert. Hotel room was very clean. But did notice when we left luggage in holdall room they did not tag are luggage but over all very happy.

Rude welcoming. People at the desk are not looking at their guests when talking to you. They even left while i was talkin to them. They don t assist you in any way. I asked to meet the manager and they didn t let me. They didn t want to give more than one card for the room. No fridge in the room. I asked to see the receipt of my stay, they said no. I asked them to print it, they said they can t although i saw a printer behind them. For 300/night, i expect them to not be cheap on paper and access card… and hire professional staff. Oh and if you see a sauna in the pictures, it s not included. You need to pay extra for it (20 euro/person each time). I will rate the hotel as 3 stars at most. It s not a 4 stars hotel.

Disappointing hotel as booked as 4* but would say more of a 2.5* No tea or coffee, no fridge, definitely not soundproof, room was not clean, scratches everywhere, no one of authority that could answer concerns on the weekend they were apparently in Malta having a good time, rooms not cleaned, expensive breakfast, no real alternatives to eat on the weekend in this area, bed was uncomfortable, no atmosphere and if you are leaving your luggage there before a flight they don't check if you are picking up your bag (no ticket or check done).....I really can't think of anything good to say. I certainly won't be saying again.

Only one person at the front desk most of the time, so check-in was slow, and there were long waits when other issues came up.
They could find some reservations for our group, and some room keys stopped working after the first day!

I was surprised to learn that even though there 2 of us in the room, the hotel only gives one keycard. After requesting another one i was told that only one per room is allowed. The wifi in the hotel was not good. Ibwas able to check emails but not able to have a video conference call. The location was great, easy access from the airport and close to the conference center and downtown.

I visited in the end of May. First of all, the entrance of the hotel was hard to find. It might have been better if the location of hotel lobby and restaurant was switched. The entrance was far from the road. Concierge staffs in here seemed very stressed and was not kind. One of the staffs kind of responded as irritating when we were looking for an exit and we felt like unwelcomed guest.
The room was clean and new but shower head was keep falling and they didn't fix when I requested to fix while I'm out.

Lovely new hotel, let down by poor service and systems. Bar staff are more concerned bout pouring themselves a drink or more, being social or smoking outside than serving customers. A fire alarm at 3am, with no staff to guide what we needed to do. (Someone smoked their room.)

The hotel is clean and modern which are its biggest pros. The hotel is situated in a complex of lots of similar large buildings. Some construction work outside. Reception location and entrance is not positoned well at all and can be a real pain going to. However hotel is close to the centre. Whilst the vienna ferris wheel is a very short walk. Rooms are nice are spacious with comfortable beds. However disappointing that there is no mini fridge or even a kettle for tea or coffee. Overall its not a bad hotel but not great either.

The only good thing about hotel is clean room and near to the train and tube station. The room was hot and couldn’t sleep because the temperature was preset at 21 degrees. It keeps switching on and off which disturbed my sleep. The staff didn’t seem to be helpful as they felt they can’t do anything. I was very disappointed as the day used to be tiring and night very uncomfortable.
I had to wait for an hour to check in as the room was not ready and again had to wait for an hour at check out as the payment was not updated on their system even though I prepaid on booking online. First night I was booked into a handicapped room it was like sleeping In a hospital I asked to be moved they could only do that next day .no one spoke good English. I would be served dinner with out cutlery . I paid for coffee and took outside 2 other waiters came and asked if I could settle my bill as they were cashing up . I couldn’t find anything in the room to put on door so I could sower so I was walked In on 2 times same day . I only found out that there was a gym when I was checking out so I asked at reception why they dint let me know any lay out of hotel they said they are new and renovating. My only few quibbles would be there are NO English channels on the TV or subtitles. There are no kettles or any customer information left in the rooms especially what number reception is. This was not offered to us on arrival either. I contacted Ebookers to specifically make sure we had toileteries and a kettle. Prior to arrival and the email stated toileteries would be there but in fact shower gel is the only thing included in the stay. No kettle was mentioned. But finishing on a plus extremely clean comfy beds. We would stay again just bring a travel kettle and extras.

The hotel is new. Nice lobby and restaurant. Restaurant is very attractive. Never ate there but looked over breakfast buffet and it looked very inviting. We didn’t want to spend 17 euros on bkfst. The rooms are very clean with lovely comfortable beds and nice quality duvet and pillows. Bathroom very nice and modern with hair dryer. Hand soap and soap in shower is in a dispenser. No body moisturizer but we were fine with that because we bring our own shampoo etc. No iron in room but I believe one is available on request. Our safe didn’t work and the technician that repairs them was off. Also the ac will not go below 21 so we found the room very warm for sleeping. You can open the windows and that did cool the room some because it was chilly outside.

New hotel in a newly developed area of Vienna with no amenities. Even though everything nearby was still being built and was deserted, we were charged 19 euro a night for parking. Clean room but they got upset that we used the sofa bed which was not ready for us when we arrived.

The hotel room was very stylish - the decor modern and designed for comfort. The mirror next to the bed was a bonus! We felt the young lady who ‘greeted’ us was unsmiling and unfriendly. Actually, this was more important to us than the room! The hotel is undergoing some kind of renovation so it does have some rather noisy diggers working in the morning... housekeeping staff are also noisy and just burst into the room announced - which could be unfortunate! There were no Do Not Disturb signs to hang on the door which would have helped. Location was disappointing but there is a metro station only steps away so it is easy to get to somewhere more exciting! The Ferris Wheel is worth a ride certainly.

Hervorzuheben ist das sehr gute und reichhaltige Frühstück mit allem was man sich wünschen kann. Auch der Frühstücksraum ist ausreichend groß, damit man selbst bei großem Andrang einen Tisch bekommt.

business trip for one night. hotel is about 15 minutes' walk to the Messe - which is fine. It's otherwise a very sterile convention hotel with basic rooms. spacious room. small table in room - no desk. free wifi OK. check-in/reception functional. not impolite, but not really friendly. They simply direct you to an iPad to check yourself in.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Baby) hatten eine Buchung für 3 Nächte. Aufgrund von Krankheit wollten wir diese gerne verschieben (nicht stornieren). Jedoch hat das Hotel diesen Wunsch sowohl telefonisch wie auch per Email abgelehnt mit dem Verweis auf die Buchungsbedingungen. Dies ist zwar juristisch richtig, die fehlende Kulanz sowie Gesprächsbereitschaft sind trotzdem enttäuschend und der heutigen Zeit nicht angemessen. Entsprechend möchten wir hiermit andere Reisende informieren bzw. warnen und können dem Hotel nur die absolut niedrigste Bewertung geben.
