Very friendly staff, really great location for us. I was bringing my students for the first time to Europe and the location was really great. Very close to the metro, in a quiet area near the university, and with a place to get food until about 1am. They were very accommodating and the breakfast was one of the best I've had at a Hampton Inn.

Location was a little out of the way but close to transport. Variety of breakfast foods. Apparently the hot water cannot go hotter than it was and for us it was lukewarm in the shower which was annoying because we stayed during winter. We were given an accessible room due to unavailability of another room which was fun except for the face that the toilet would keep flushing whenever we went in the bathroom.

Room was in good condition but it was missing some cleaning in some areas and mirrors. And you have to request for the room to be cleaned, which is a bit annoying. They could do every 2 days or smthg like that.
Location is a bit far but is well connected with transport (underground) so that's not a problem.

One of the best hotels in the area

The hotel is excellent for anybody who wants to enjoy Vienna and also work. I’m impressed with the crew at the kitchen during the breakfast in the morning. They do an incredible excellent job.
The staff at the front desk are also very professional very helpful in every sense.

What a great place to stay. A very short metro ride in to the city. I’d recommend buying either a 24, 48 or 72 hour ticket.
The hotel was fantastic. Spacious room, great water pressure in the shower and quiet. Did not hear anyone else on the 3rd floor.

We had a great stay. Away from the hustle of the city, quiet and safe but right on the Prater which the kids loved. Very close to the underground for convenient travel. Only a few stops into the city. Rooms were good, air con worked well in the heatwave, shower was great and the soundproofing blocked all noise from the funfair outside and other rooms. Breakfast was really good, loads of choice, did get busy though if you want to eat it later. Would definitely stay here again and in this area.

Hotel was pleasant, clean. Breakfast was decent. The thermostat in the room completely turns off in the middle of the night, no Air Circulation, which could be dangerous, I kept waking up drenched in sweat. I would try to adjust it, but settings wouldn’t change. This should be rectified, to make sleep comfortable, SAFE and at the preferred temperature of the guests, not the hotel staff.

The main issue we gave was the aircon in our room didn’t work very well meaning the room never got below 25 degrees Celsius for the 3 days we were there. We complained to reception several times who promised it would be sorted and it wasn’t. Will not stay here again.

An honest review

A comfortable stay. A few things to note for potential guests. The hotel phones were only able to receive calls from reception. We could not dial out. After raising our concerns, they moved us to another room. They did not work in either room. There is no shaver sockets in the bathrooms but there’s plenty of domestic sockets around. There’s no mini fridge or complimentary water provided. Only Hilton honors members get complimentary water provided. The breakfast was pretty decent (very continental) it gets very busy during peak times. The staff were friendly. Our original room was an accessibility room which was pretty bleak and miserable. We got moved to a standard room which was so much better.

Good stay but no servicing of room.

Very nice hotel in a great location by the Prater park. Room was clean. The only things that let it down was no room servicing in our 3 night stay, meaning that in baking hot temperatures of 34 degrees, we had to use the same towel after every shower. I appreciate the environmental issue but I would expect the towels to be changed every other day. I also didn’t like dogs being allowed into the breakfast room, for hygiene purposes.

Prater Messe stay

Very pleasant stay, excellent breakfast, comfortable bed. Local metro station nearby. From airport 10 minute walk from Praterstern station. Ask for a room at the back for views of the amazing funfair & rides. 15 minute walk to the Danube river.

Nice Father and son trip

My son and I came to Vienna to see and hear the symphony. We were a few blocks away from the subway and found it easy to get around the city from our location.

Great stay in Prater

The hotel is modern and is well situated for easy acces to transport links to Central Vienna. The room is spacious with a queen size bed and a corner seat which converts to a pullout, if required. Only criticism is not many English TV channels. Good range of breakfast choices. Close to Prater Amusement Park.

I really liked this hotel, it’s perfectly located, just 2 minutes from a metro station therefore with easy access to Vienna’s beautiful city centre. Breakfast was plentiful and the room quiet and very comfortable.

Comfortable and friendly in a great location.

A comfortable hotel in a great location (4 mins from front door to U Bahn). The breakfast has enough variety for at least a few days stay and the rooms are well appointed and comfortable. My one recommendation would be to add a fridge to the rooms - the stay would then be perfect!

Our stay here was great. They allowed us to check-in early without any stress, the beds were very comfortable, the place is quiet, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. It is a little off the beaten path (right next to the Prater Ferris wheel) but there is a subway station about a 3 minute walk away, and we were able to get into the city center on public transportation without issue.

Loved how clean the property and the hotel room was. It was a lovely experience to stay here. Since we arrived well before check-in, our luggage was safely stowed away for the entire day while we went sightseeing. That was very nice. The breakfast that was included was great! I would absolutely stay here again if I visit Vienna again.

The location is perfect, but the way management is working in 21 century is not ok, we had a very bad experience with the housekeeping and very little help for resolving the problem, the client is number one if the want the place to be fully booked!

Friendly staff, especially James in the breakfast room, but overall the room cleanliness was very poor! Looks like room 423 hadn’t been dusted in ages! Think layer of dust on all surfaces, toilet roll holder was literally falling off wall, spare toilet roll holder did fall off wall!

Very good hotel. Location out of centre but excellent transport links. Hop on hop off bus stop also nearby. Very close to the Riesenrad - the Ferris wheel used in the Third Man. Excellent breakfast and lovely, comfortable rooms.

Very nice hotel. Bedroom and bathroom with a good size. The best was the breakfast.
Only few minutes to the metro station and from there you can go to the amazing center of Vienna. What a nice city.
The hotel staff was friendly and they were able to accommodate for an early check-in for 20 euro and a late check out for free.

A nice hotel with beautiful room.
I stayed 3 nights. They are a bit of inconsistence about cleaning the room ? they have never change my tea mug of gave me fresh water glasses in 3 days ?.
The bed was not done either .
Also at Breakfast if you want a waffle you get boss around by a lady from asian origin who is not allowing you to use the waffle machine properly. it took me 15 minutes to make one and it was uneatable :( Just saying those little things are sadly important for the standard of the Hilton which is a pity . Thanks god the receptionist gave you the warm welcome and are full of kindness.
