Another Zoku stay.

Having previously stayed at Zoku Amsterdam was initially disappointed by the distance from Vienna City but in fact the metro made it no problem at all. Once again very pleased with the whole Zoku experience including Hay Designer furnishings and the thoughtfulness of the small things paper/ pencils and other studio amenities in the Zoku studio which makes a longer stay so much more comfortable. Will look out for other Zoku residences and will definitely return to the brand.

I had an amazing stay at Zoku Vienna Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness throughout the property — everything felt fresh, spotless, and well-maintained. The breakfast was a real highlight: delicious, varied, and beautifully presented each morning. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. Every team member I encountered was incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely eager to help. They went out of their way to accommodate all my needs and made me feel completely at home. I can't recommend this hotel enough — it exceeded all my expectations!

The staff were great, and the rooms were very comfortable and well set out with plenty of space and a useful small kitchen. There is a god gym and laundry (if you're only doing a single wash - talk to the staff as the Miele app takes a minimum 20 Euro top-up, and a wash is less that 5 Euro). The rooms were in good condition and cleaned twice a week, however, I found silverfish (Lepisma saccharina) running across the floor on 2 occasions - which I marked the review score down for

Honestly had a great time @ Zoku hotel, staff was amazing , helpful, approachable and polite. Made us feel comfortable. It was local to train station and everything was local with transport it’s easy to get around. Everything is walking distance. The park was amazing and so convenient felt good to have a nice empty park to go for a walk. The funfair wasn’t loud as the other reviews we read kind of threw us off this hotel but we loved the look of the hotel and read positive feedback mostly so we went ahead with it and booked it, I mean maybe due to the month we went the funfair was emptyish. Overall we had an amazing time at the hotel and Vienna!! We rented bikes from hotel cost us 38£ which I think this should be included in the hotel as nothing else is anyway I’d say that’s the only downside to it least the hotel can do is include the bikes honestly! However, overall fantastic stay with kind staff. I would recommend everyone this hotel apart from people with children as the bed lay out might be difficult with kids.

Amazing stay! They had rooms available early and there was also an option to do late check out. The hotel was super accommodating for guests who travelled and booked because of Taylor Swift. They gave us a free drink and they had a DJ who played Taylor Swift. The breakfast was really good! The bed was also super comfortable.

Fun hotel for younger clientele. Lots of Noise and light come from the Prater. Very cool reception/dining/lounge situation. Fun amenities with art supplies and worthy reading in the room. Go all the way up to the seventh floor to check in. A little confusing upon arrival. Didn’t use the bikes, but they are ready to roll. Very cool option.

The ethos of the hotel is excellent- the room and facilities great - but a real asset - in addition to the planning and preparation - was the attention to detail of the staff. Very nice place. Would definitely stay again. Perfect if you are going to Vienna for a convention. Next to the convention center and Prater park. Still not far at all from downtown. Nice 40 min walk or 10 min drive. The metro station is right there too. The place itself has everything. They have a room with big lockers and great shower in case you can’t check in early. Breakfast was worth it too.

Zuko is a modern efficient, stylish hotel. I’m seeing more relevant hotel in this style. Staff was without flaw and truly presented as enjoying working there. It has some self service respects which you can welcoming manage and appreciate.
I very much look forward to this being my top option for my return in February

I was really excited about staying at Zoku, but regretfully it didn’t meet my expectations. What I liked: the staff - they were super friendly, responsive and accommodating. The Expedia agent screwed up a change that I had requested, but the manager at Zoku was very understanding and did not penalize for Expedia’s screw up.
What I did not like: the vibe was too pumped up and busy. The 7th floor had too much going on (check-in desk, bar, restaurant, lounge area, etc.) and it often took some waiting to get the attention of staff. There were lots of inefficiencies - we got a room that still had someone else’s luggage in it, even though the system showed that the person had checked out. This is a big security lapse. Plus the room hadn’t been cleaned before it got assigned to us, which cause concern about hygiene and cleanliness. They don’t do room service. You need to go to the 7th floor, place an order and wait for the meal to prepared. Lastly, they don’t provide the basic necessities that other hotels give such as bottled water, body lotion, conditioner - you have to pay for these things, which are (again) all on the 7th floor. Overall, not my best experience.

The bar closes early evening around
21:30 which is unpleasant during summer days. Food/snacks were not available at late hours as well as simple draught beers.

Room was not clean upon check in. Found potato chips on the couch, hair on the bath towels, a clogged sink. Manager only said she apologizes and offered us a cake…seriously ridiculous and totally not worth the money. Their property in Copenhagen was really nice but this is a total pass.

Great price for per night stay. We arrived past midnight, and there was someone to help us check in. Staff were very helpful with suggestions for transport and tourist destinations around the city.

Living quarters are very cozy; well-thought of design and aesthetic. The loft felt very comfortable, and well equipped with fridge, microwave, hob, iron, hangers, hairdryer, you name it.

Zoku is within comfortable distance to the metro (our main mode of transport around Vienna), and relatively close to the Innere Stadt as well. Surprisingly, the amusement park was not at all a noise hazard. The in-house restaurant was a pleasant surprise for us, with excellent food, great ambience and good service - definitely worth a try if you get weary of Viennese restaurant experience.

Really enjoyed the hotel! Our room was right beside a roller coaster and ran all night till midnight. So that was loud. They told us we got free breakfast but then got charged for it at the end which was very pricy. Triple check when they tell you that. Otherwise great accommodations, very unique and safe!

Simply the best, better than all the rest

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Not an exaggeration. Calm and relaxed, while vibrant and exciting! Beautifully and simply decorated, well located, wide views and the quirkiness of the rollercoasters in front of it just add to its uniqueness. Incredible staff, fantastic facilities, superb WiFi with the space to work from as well... What else could anyone ask for?! I will be looking for Zoku hotels wherever I travel to.

i went to Zoku Amsterdam in 2020 and i really liked their concept. Zoku Vienna disappointed me totally.
1. The bed is veryyyy uncomfortable
2. The staff are not trained, While checking in they made a mistake with the room they gave me so we needed to change it again. I asked for them to fix the fan that wasn't working 3 times and they didn't fix it so i gave up. checking out they charged me 30 euros for two tea pots and a bowl of olives and bread.
3. They clean the rooms every 3 days !!! also they dont offer you anything other than toilet papers. I even asked for slippers and they said you should purchase it for 20 euros! They call being cheap , Eco Friendly!!

Definitely not a 5 star and definitely my last visti

An amazing hotel

My stay at Zoku was really fantastic, and it's rare a hotel surprises me in so many ways and delivers a fantastic experience. The staff are all lovely and friendly, the room is amazingly well-designed, and is much more \"liveable\" than a normal hotel room of three times the size. The restaurant and social space, plus the food, are really great. And the location on the Prater, with the great view at nighttime from the terrace is good. I really couldn't recommend this place enough.

Without a doubt one of the best designed properties I have stayed in. The use of space was ingenious, and everything worked. I’m a huge convert for the gym rings too- think I’ll be getting some installed at home!

Great new hotel next to Prater Amusement park. Nice layout on the rooms and very spacious. Hotel is brand new (July2021) and there are still some teething issues with the facilities, but otherwise the hotel is really cool and the rooftop bar with brunch is superb. Some of the rooms are located very close to the rollercoaster ride, which makes them noisy.

The hotel overall was very convenient, tge layout was great, we really have a great time.
Just 2 things to improve or to consider for a full 5 star quality stay:

1. TV channels: there is no Netflix although the TV has the feature already on it but more over there is a language limitation channels offered, mostly 95% are in German beside the CNN, BBC or other news option either in french, Italian, rusisian or arabic, but nothing such movies or sports in English - needs to be expanded.

2. Have a more confortable couch/sofa, current one is very tough, not cozy.

Additional note:
The toilet at the changing room (-1 floor) was horribly dirty, I supposed they have forgotten to clean it, need to be ver cautioned with him, it let me shocked when I saw the condition.
The overall hotel was awesome, the concept is great but that toilet let me with nightmares!

Oyun küllerinden, Siemens bulaşık makinasına, kalem makastan, Siemens marka mikrodalga fırın, buzdolabına herşey var. Ve çok şık tasarlanmış, balkoda sallanan koltuk tabaklar kahve çay vs vs herşey var. Çatı katı Viyana manzaralı, kahvaltı güzel. İnsanlar iş toplantısı için bölümleri kapatıp yemek yiyerek bir şeyler içerek işlerini yapıyorlar. Yeri messe metrosuna 100 adım. Daha bir sürü yazılacak şey var ama bu kadar yeterlidir diye düşünüyorum.

Otel tasarım ve konsepti ile gayet tatmin edici. Odalarda kahve makinesi ve kapsül kahve ikramı vardı. Güzel düşünülmüş. Bardaki fiyatlar dışarısıyla aynı. Lunapark manzarası ayrı bir ambiyans ve derinlik vermiş. Resepsiyon hizmeti konsept gereği olsa da zayıftı. Otopark günlük 25euro ücretli. Otel misafirlerine ücretsiz olmasını beklerdim.
