Check in was very easy, having done most of it online. Hotel is very convenient, being 5 minutes walk from the nearest U-bahn stop (Nestroyplatz). However, room was quite small and was looking generally quite 'tired'. There was no functioning air-conditioning.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The reception and hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel was clean and tidy, and my room was well-maintained with complimentary tea and coffee, which was a nice touch.

Breakfast offered a very good variety, catering to different tastes and dietary needs, and the location is quite convenient — within reach of the city center and easily accessible by public transportation.

That said, the room itself was significantly smaller than expected. I had anticipated a queen-size bed, but the room came with a small single bed, which was a bit of a letdown in terms of comfort.

In general, it's a good value for the money, but with a few improvements, especially regarding room size and bed options, it could offer a much better experience

It's conveniently located near grocery stores & metro. I enjoyed walking so I don't mind walking while sightseeing along the way. The front desk is always staffed & helpful. There's a fridge & percolator that's perfect for making my own coffee.

Although they offer breakfast but at 18€ per day, I preferred getting my own food from nearby grocery stores that sell ready made sandwiches & salads, etc.

I'd come back to this hotel again.

A decent hotel with easy access to transit

The hotel suited our purposes perfectly. The staff was friendly and helpful. You need to become familiar with public transportation to enjoy Vienna as a tourist if you use this hotel. There is an Underground station few meters away, but if that kind of thing intimidates you, consider another hotel.

The area around the hotel is quiet which makes it good for sleeping but you need to get to one of the main areas to have the best Vienna experience. There are a few restaurants and bars near the hotel and it was safe enough at night, but the action is elsewhere.

Room was a little dusty on arrival, especially under the beds and tables. Bathroom door handle had been damaged previously and locking mechanism didn't fully retract if used. Light above bathroom mirror never came on either. We took the room as it was advertised with a bath which our daughter would have benefited from, room only had a shower. Communal areas were very well maintained and front desk assistance was very helpful on check in/out and also assisted us with a uk plug converter at no charge. We only stayed for one night and were out early the next day so didnt mention the issues at the time.

The staff is really friendly and it's walking distance to Prater park and a mass transit hub. I travel for work, often for multiple weeks at a time. There are three things I always look for in a hotel: refrigerator, laundry, and parking (if I'm renting a car). Though small, there is a refrigerator in the room. Big enough for a few bottles of water but not much more. They have a laundry service, but be warned it is outsourced, very expensive, and cash only. Parking is available in a secure garage about 2 blocks away for a fee but be sure to reserve a spot when you make your reservation. Otherwise if you're lucky, you might find a spot on the street. The room itself is adequate and relatively clean.

Couldn't ask for a better Port in a Storm

I had one night stay because of flight delay. They have a good policy for late check out. Breakfast was abundant and very good. Taxi from Vienna Airport was over 50 Euros and a 15 min drive, but it was the closest one, at the time of night, that I was looking.

Not sure how this is considered a premium BW hotel. It's in a rougher part of town where you can clearly see a number of brothels on the same block. The staff is not friendly and in one case didn't speak English so they made us wait until their colleague came back from her smoke break (we could see her standing at the front entrance). The walls are so thin that you can hear everything. The hallways had a smell of sewage with some floors being worse than others. The rooms are extremely tiny and dusty. Even with daily cleaning, they didn't wipe down the dust on the black glass night tables. Definitely not worth the price. Better to stay elsewhere.

The bathroom shower door was not sealed. Consequently, the showering water flowed underneath the shower door and onto the floor. We used our clean towels to mop it up, and had to request more clean towels to dry ourselves. We rented from this hotel for the air conditioning, which did not work well, and which we could not control from our room. The desk person controlled it centrally.

Be aware Scam with the room

The room advertised as \"twin room\" is a single room. It is not a one-off mistake (it can happen), they know about this. Indeed the lady at the reception said to me \"all the customers complain about it\". Their refused to change the room for me, they offered to do that only after 1-hour call with hotel.com. But was late in the evening on the second night. They did not even offer to compensate for the price difference. Too little and too late for something that is not a mistake but a habit (selling a single room for twin) that is going on for a long time.

The stay was nice. The hotel is located in a pretty quiet area very close to the must visit Prater Amusement area. There are a lot of local restaurants and bars in the vicinity. The Zentrum is a few minutes train ride away. The rooms are carefully cleaned every day. Very well maintained hotel. The breakfast was sumptuous and worth every penny. The front desk staff were informative and helpful.

As a single female I arrived at 9.30 to be told the car park was the other side of the park. I was not going to walk back alone. You can park on the street if there is a space but you will need a ticket from us and you need to give me a 50euro deposit 1st. Here is the key to your room, it doesn't work try this one ok it doesn't work I will give you master key?? Worst check in ever

Breakfast starts 6:30 & all my tour pick up was 6:45. No time to eat.
The worst part- a SPIDER was dangling in the drapes on xmas day. I killed it & reported to front desk. When I return, the SPIDER still there. The room key slot is broken. Dusty under bed.

The hotel itself was lovely, rooms nice size and very clean. The breakfast was also very good a wide variety. Reception staff helpful. The only downside was the location, even though it was only a five minute walk to the tube, and a short journey to the city. Location was not good, it was in the backstreets and you felt uneasy walking back at night., it was remote and not many amenities at all. I believe it’s a red light district too,,,,!! I loved the hotel but not location.

I like the location of this hotel as it was near my training field and also in walking distance of many eateries. My first time in Vienna so that was very important. The staff was polite and friendly. The only thing was the bed which sunk in the middle so poorly. The hotel’s breakfasts buffet, however made up for it. It was excellent to which I was pleasantly surprised. I would come here again.

excellent locations; close to different Metro stations ( although on the same Metro line, however, one of them serves trains as well) through which you can almost get anywhere. Close to shops. There are some cafe around the hotel and also in the station. Very close to the \"Amusement Park\" for some Adrenaline rush, the park is also filled with cafe and restaurants.
Rooms are small but equipped with air condition, shower booth was pleasant and cleanness was satisfactory. Very polite and attentive staff; speak English brilliantly
You can get shopping centres, city centre and different touristic attractions in 20 mins.
Will definitely book again and will undeniably return to Vienna.
Book this hotel and it wont disappoint you.

Well located 5 minutes walk from Prater Park and 10 minutes from the main line station and Underground. If you are coming by car the area is quite problematical as the square is surrounded by a series of one-way streets and blocked off roads. The hotel has spaces in an underground car park and will give a key for a deposit.

Great stay and would stay there again

Overall, the stay was better than expected. The hotel was easy to find although was around a 15 minute walk into the city centre. The rooms were very clean and the staff were always pleasant. Breakfast was a great surprise and had a variety of foods so there's something for everyone. The beds are very comfy and rooms were clean. We also happened to luck out and had a balcony although that is not the case for all the rooms.

Very bad experience! Staff rude and very unhelpful! Bed not made up on arrival,flies on the quilt as they kept the window open! No atm ,change facility of any sort in the hotel and had to make matters worse no air conditioning! It wasn't working! So on the 5th night they gave us a family. On some rooms! A d that didn't work either! Went in a day trip and when I came back the bathroom was flooded!
The worlds worst service and bad hotel! It is not on the city center as stated! You have to walk to the metro or bus and then make sure you get the right train,
No signs in English? Just German and many different lines
They have to be the rudest people on earth
Hated e everythong about it! Don't go there,I'm sure there are better

Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast - so much variety - I even spotted a bottle of wine!!
We were there for Vienna marathon and breakfast was put on extra early which was amazing.
Close to U-bahn stations and so easy access to town. Some good local restaurants.

Very pleasant stay

Very convenient for public transport links to airport and all parts of city. Easy walking distance to Prater Park (Ferris wheel), and distance to walk to city centre, river Danube and football stadium. Room was very comfortable with free wifi (a bit slow) and coffee/tea making facilities. Breakfast was exceptionally good. All staff were helpful and friendly. Altogether a very pleasant stay.

Bad service from hotel management and sketchy area

The hotel is in a sketchy area. Around the nearby railway station from early evening onwards it's well rough. Food choices seem to be limited to pizza or McDonald's. I came down with food poisoning so had to check out after only one night. Now the hotel refuses to refund the via Expedia paid-in-advance monies for the remaining two nights. Literally leaves a bad taste and hardly exemplary customer service.

Good hotel was difficult to find from subway

Nice hotel, close to city centre by subway. Took an Uber to Vapiano for 4 euros. Nearby supermarket and kids parks.
Breakfast was good. Clean rooms.
