The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We showed up a bit early, but they were able to help us get settled. They arranged early morning transport to help us make our flight. The town is small and we were there on a holiday, so not sure what is normally available. We left before breakfast began. The room was modern and nice.

The hotel is nice and clean. The main issue is its li located in the middle of nowhere, somewhat close to the airport. Train station is a 20min walk away and the area is not great - doesn’t seem safe. It’s also not very close to the airport. Pay a little extra and stay at the airport, as what you save you’ll spend on transfers.

The beds were most comfortable. The room was nice, but we only spent five hours there due to tight travel connections.
The hotel is not really at the airport. It is a 10 minute/20 Euro ride each way. It would have been cheaper and less hassle (the cab transfers) had we stayed at the hotel that is actually at the airport/train station.

All night long, every 10 minutes, there was a strange whistling sound in the room coming from some electronic device that I couldn’t identify. Also, under the nightstand, there were what looked like ant traps—at least that’s what they seemed to me—but I didn’t get too close because they didn’t seem appropriate for a bedroom. I couldn’t complain because the reception was closed after 11:00 PM, and in the Morning i was early away

The lady at the reception was friendly, there was a problem finding a parking. If you need to book this hotel you need to know that there is no one at the reception between 11 pm and 6 am, also there was a problem with parking, because there is no enough parking spots at the property. So you have to think twice before booking this hotel.

The hotel was super clean, the staff was very attentive. They speak English, helped me with a late check in and gave my advice when I got sick. There location is a short 10-15 min ride from the airport. The neighborhood around the hotel is mostly residential and industrial not a lot of things to do, perfect for someone stopping for a night of rest or leaving the next morning out of Vienna.

We were only here for a night, wanting to be close to the airport for our flight.

Staff was super friendly. Location was convenient (other than not being train-able unless you wanted to walk a mile).

The room did the job. We charged all the things, slept comfortably.

The hotel itself was fine but the breakfast was expensive and there was no way to make coffee in the room. The most frustrating thing was the exhorbitant cost of the airport shuttle. They charged 19 euros for a 3 km trip - the same as a taxi.

Good hotel, poor service.

Travelled for business arriving at 11am. Luckily I emailed the hotel about something before I arrived and they informd me the reception was not manned at that time of night. The key was very easy to retrive from the machine using the code they provided.

The room was nice. Unfortunately first flush toilet and it filled constantly and loudly for the next five hours resulting in very little sleep. I tried calling the out of hours number twice to arrange an alternative room but there was no reply so I emailed reception.

The next morning the man on reception had my email but said he couldnt discuss recompence until the office staff were in, after my departure. I agrred they could email a response when they got into work, and paid the bill assuming I would get a partial refund after the fact. I have received no reply to my email.

It’s a fine hotel if you have no issues.

We stayed here because we had an international flight out of Vienna airport in the early morning. This hotel is spotless with comfortable rooms, friendly English speaking staff, a full breakfast included, and a full bar. We had dinner there which was not very good, but it was late, raining and the next closest restaurant was about a 15 minute walk.
Overall, I would stay here again, and recommend it. Maybe just have dinner on the way.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. However, sadly there are no evening dining facilities in the hotel and neither are there any restaurants in the vicinity. The staff confirmed that you would have to take a taxi or walk 20 minutes to Mannsworth metro station and go into central Vienna. There are also no tea or coffee making facilities in the room either.

While this bare, simple, and yet ridiculously expensive place seemed like a good idea for an overnight stay close to the airport, the services provided were less than acceptable. The reception, for instance, closed between 11 pm and 6 am, therefore early departures and any help with their arrangements (such as taxi info) were not possible to be done. The staff was polite but also created a strong feeling of anxiety, insisting on pointing out how difficult early departures were in that area/facility.

Stayed one night to be close to airport. We totally enjoyed our our stay, staff seems to love the place and the job. Hotel with wifi and parking, located in a quiet town less than a 10 min ride from airport; shuttle to airport provided by hotel for 16 Euros. Welcoming staff, clean rooms, great shower, ,outstanding breakfast buffet but at 19 euros a bit steep. Nice bar at facilities. Only one local restaurant, right outside village, nice with good food but 15 to 20 mins walk. No coffee and toast option. No coffee / tea nor small fridge or minibar in room. Highly recommend for quiet evening before flight.

The location was nice. The room was clean but the pillow smelled musty, I ended up not using the pillow. The staff was very rigid enforcing \"hotel rules\" such as no glass from the hotel's bar can be taken to the room supposedly to avoid the hazard of breaking a glass in the room. However, the room ad 2 glasses already.
There is not even a water heating kettle in the room. If you want coffee in the morning, either pay about 19 Euro for the breakfast of 3.5 Euro for a coffee machine coffee.

We did not like the entrance to lower level rooms. For example for room 112 the light sensor was not properly working. At the end we get used to it.

A little farther from the airport than expected by the name but that’s ok, my fault for not looking at that closer. Check in was easy, and the woman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. After a long flight we were sad to see limited snack options and the vending machine was down so we couldn’t even get some water. The rooms were nice and clean, although plain with limited amenities. Bed was comfy. The woman who checked us out seemed annoyed we asked her to call a taxi for us and then was annoyed I didn’t want to put 3,50 euro on my credit card and paid cash instead. The hotel view was across from a petroleum refinery.

Though they call themselves a 4 star hotel, at best 3 stars. The fan, AC, and heater all did not work (including the heater in the bathroom). The breakfast is quite expensive though there’s an ok selection. Rooms were clean and staff was pleasant. Room I stayed in had a back door (maybe for fresh air?) that looked at a neighboring apartment building. Near the Danube which is the only attraction. A bit expensive for what they offer, shuttle to airport is €18 so it’s much cheaper to get a cab or Uber.

Solo overnight excellent hotel for my needs.

I usually have overnight stay on way back to Washington DC at another hotel. They were booked so i found Heinhotel on hotels.com. read the reviews and fair price so I booked.
The front desk staff were prompt, friendly, welcoming and explained all services to me. Close to Vienna international max 10 minutes. They have nice bar that serves excelkent food and food service until i think 10pm? Bar service til midnight. It also appeared to be dog friendly plus now adays as everyone seems to travel with dogs. I opted for no breakfast included but decided in morning to buy breakfast. Just a down point, unless you have big appetite the 15€ for breakfast was a bit high for my budget and lower appetite. But awesome choices to eat. Very quiet except i get warm so window open on street a little noisy early night. I will more than likely stay there on my layovers if available. Room was very nice single. Crisp blinding white bedding. Clean room and bathroom. If you are larger person check for larger room for shower would be tight. Shuttle to airport 15€ i paid 17€ by uber so fair price and on time. I have no need of a sauna(they have 1)or excercise room, to stay in big expensive hotel. I tell you you will be happy if you stay there! Thank you staff at Heinhotel!

It calls itself, as does Expedia, an airport hotel, when it’s actually a 10-minute drive by an expensive taxi, to the next town! When I got there at 9:00 a.m., after flying all night long, they said that if I wanted to check in earlier than noon, it would be an additional 15 Euros. I’ve stayed at hotels all over the world and have never been charged extra to check-in early. They have always said, that if there is a room available, I can have it. No alarm clock in the room. Front desk said that they don’t provide them.
