The lady that checked us in was very pleasant. The man working the check in counter could not have been more rude and definitely set the tone for our visit. Had he been my employee, I would have terminated him on the spot for the way he treated my wife and I.

The hotel is modern , located away from center, but with a station opposite. Parking on site is expensive at €25/day. The reception staff are helpful and multi lingual. The rooms have great showers, large screen TV and a huge bed with various led lights.
Its great value for a short trip however reception is not 24hours and its feels like not enough staff present. No shops nearby.

Der Ausblick aus dem 12. Stock war toll und das Zimmer sehr ruhig. Mit der Sauberkeit hat man es allerdings gar nicht: Der Boden war voller Staub (es wurde definitiv nicht nass gewischt) und der Matratzen-Topper wies Blutflecken auf - satt diesen reinigen zu lassen wurde er einfach umgedreht.

The rooms looked unfinished, furniture did not fit, and walls was mostly bare cement or wood.
The bathroom smelled of sewage, and had a lot of long white hairs.
I enjoyed the bed and TV. Until the movie i cast to the TV started lagging, and the bed turned lumpy.
Breakfast selection was nice, but cleanliness was not on the menu.
Generally the whole experience was very dissapointing and a little stressful.

Es war leider sehr dreckig. Oberflächlich wurde geputzt aber auch nur auf Nachfrage warum das nicht geschieht! Die Jungs da scheinen ziemlich überfordert und bräuchten mal dringend eine ordentliche Führungsfigur. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und Seestadt ein toller Aufenthaltsort um Wien kennenzulernen. Liegt halt sehr weit außerhalb also vielleicht für Leute eher interessant wenn man schon öfter in Wien war. In der Nähe ist direkt die U Bahn und es gibt mehr als genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Fazit: Hotel eher mies aber dafür sehr schöner Standort.

這次4天的住宿體驗十分差，一入房間發現多隻烏蠅及蚊子，而且房間空調長期處於27度，電視不能開，燈也是壞的。多次到前台給服務人員查詢，他們不是說沒有人可以處理，就是說天氣太熱房間太大沒冷氣是正常的（但同行團隊都是涼快的），我們熱得每晚也是開自己的小風扇才能勉強入睡。由於房間燈是壞的，入黑後房間都十分陰暗，整個人都不太舒服。我們嘗試提出換房間的要求，但經理David 總是說full house不能換，但到第二天早上八點另一員工爽快地給我們換了一間同層，但可惜房內情況是一樣的！
