On our stay / hotel had no hot water - front desk said - it’s Sunday and we will wait to fix on Monday - really ?!? - people travel and need to shower - so ended up taking cold shower - will not stay here again or other Moxie properties

Pro: Check-in and check-out was fast and we get welcome drink coupon (for 1 cocktail/ mocktail per pax). Location is very convenient as we can just walk over to the airport. Good for one night stay/ transit kind.
Con: We booked a family room for 4 which is not cheap (Me, husband and 2 teen boys). The family room we got was for wheelchair accessible kind, which means the shower area in the bathroom is open-concept with curtain only and that makes the whole floor very wet after bathing. There was also no kettle, cups or fridge in the room which makes it very disappointing.

The room was clean, the location was convenient to the airport and train to the city center. Dinner was very good. We didn’t have breakfast as it was €23 which seems pricey. The pillows were horrible, huge and uncomfortable. We asked for smaller pillows and never heard back. Also, everything here costs extra i.e. water, coffee, tea. With Bonvoy we’re used to a different experience.

Anytime in Vienna and you have an early flight the next day, this is your spot. Walkable straight to the terminal, decent bar food, clean rooms, friendly staff and they even have a decent gym. I was only there for about 10 hours but it’s the perfect answer. Highly recommended.

I was pretty disappointed to see that guests had to pay for coffee and tea, although this was complimentary at the Dresden location, and the hotel was charging something like 4 Euro for a small cup of coffee. I was looking forward to having a quick coffee before my early morning departure.
The proximity to the airport is what makes this hotel good: 12 minute walk to the international terminal. Unfortunately, there are no restaurants or cafes nearby (except at the airport, where selection is low and prices are high)
Despite this it was worth it to us to stay overnight before an early morning flight. We didn't experience any of the noise issues that other reviewers mentioned.

For such a basic hotel prices are extremely high. 180 Euro per night. Rooms are nice, location is convenient but 25 Euro for a ‘buffet’ breakfast, 12 Euro for a Panini in packaging….come on. Absolutely nothing is included on the high price ion rate. So, with a snack, breakfast the following day and a water bottle you’re hitting 220 Euro a night.

Check in was quick and very efficient. Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
Very close - 10 mins walking distance undercover to Vienna Airport the location was perfect for an early morning flight.
I would use again if in Vienna.
I didnt have breakfast due to early check out. The only negative was that food and drinks orders were to be paid for at the tills at the end of the bar, however there were no staff at all serving in the bar for a long period of time. The staff on check in were extremely busy dealing with arrivals and also then having to deal with customers food and drinks orders.

No air conditioning only heating so way to hot even with the window open. Window only opens at the top. Nice hotel great vibe but to hot to sleep. We were in october so it was cooler outside. Summer would be impossible. Was room to store 2 bikes but if more than 2 bikes there may be issues of space as staff weren't to keen on bike storage
