The hotel has the ideal location for air travel in and out of Vienna. Beyond its convenience, though, it offers very clean and comfortable rooms. The desk clerk who checked us in this time was particularly friendly and helpful accommodating our group and some special needs.

Very convenient place to stay for an airport connection. Room large and comfortable. Bed very comfortable! Shower floor a bit slippery. Food was average after eating such wonderful meals in Vienna and Salzburg. I'd stay again.

This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Had to wait an hour to check in. They only had two staff, and there was about 30 people in line to check in. Went to my room and the air conditioning which hardly worked made so much noise that I couldn’t sleep. We changed to another room the next day and somehow two of my expensive bags went missing. The food was awful and the buffets are definitely not worth the money. I stayed for three nights and I ate across the road at the airport. The staff was constantly rude and condescending.

Large room on the 7th floor. Old and smelled a bit damp but the windows open which is great. Laminate floor very scuffed, cracked sink. Very comfortable bed!

Found shower over bath very difficult to reach and operate, and also dangerous to get out of, with curve of slippery bath and big step needed to reach past screen and get out. Also why you'd want a glass wall letting light from bathroom into bedroom, I don't know.

Loads of storage space etc. friendly staff. Coffee and cake available for free from 4am which was great for our 6am flight

Nice hotel and very close to the airport. The toilet trickled water constantly and the shower is in a strange position which doesn’t leave a lot of room. I had a meal in the bar, I had the goulash soup which was tasty but the meat very fatty and the chicken crease salad, It seemed like all the good lettuce leaves had been removed and I was left with the stalks some of which were brown. Very disappearing. I would stay there again as it is very close to the airport, but I would probably eat elsewhere. By the €42 to park a car for one night is extortionate!!

Thank you so much for everything! We arrived late and only stayed one night, but the staff received us very kindly. The room was perfect and very clean. The hotel was extremely convenient for us since it’s right next to the airport and we had to be there very early in the morning. It’s also easily accessible from the city center. Very comfortable, practical, and overall a perfect stay.

Stayed here before an early morning flight and it was exactly what we needed. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and a good size, and everything was easy and comfortable.

The best part is the location. The hotel is right beside the airport terminal and next to the rental car return, so it could not have been more convenient. Very good option if you have an early flight from Vienna.

For an international hotel at a major city, not having the ability to charge a phone in 2026, after the c-port was made the only source of charging in Europe is crazy.

I was alittle bit disappointed bc hotel looked great at first when I walked in, rooms descent but bathroom was terrible. The sink was full of dirt, it was not draining. It was disgusting. I called front desk and they came only w some liquid solution that didn’t work at all. Bad oversight!! As far as food….very limited options. What that king of hotel & price they need to do better. It was challenging to pick eat anything. As far as bartenders. I asked for Martini and he didn’t know what I was talking about. He don’t know how to make Martini but they had Espresso Martini on menu. They need to either train their bartenders or hire bartenders that actually know how to make a drinks. He was very reluctant bartender, unpleasant.

The location is perfection and would almost get 5 stars for that alone. We had an early am flight so we stayed at the hotel the last night of our trip. Having said that the room was too warm and there was no way to adjust the temperature. They said it is managed for eco-temp control. The toilet was running in the room when we got there but we “fixed” it. Two lights did not work.
Would I stay there again for an early flight? Yes.

My room was very clean, b3d was very comfortable.
The hotel is soundproof, you cannot hear the planes at all!
There is a bar and a buffet style restaurant in the lobby as well. Dinner had many options and everything tasted great.
The hotel is across from n the terminals,
Perfect location if you have an early flight.

Right next to airport and train. Staff were excellent, was upgraded to a “premium” room as I was staying for 3 nights. The soundproofing was strange. You couldn’t hear any flights or traffic but you could hear a lot of noise from rooms above and next to mine, also from the corridor.
Only had breakfast once due to my plans. It was good, they have vegan and gluten free options and generally lots of choice. It was also a very spacious room with lots of tables.
Would stay again.

We noticed there was a mild scent of sewage in the lobby.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is very conveniently located directly across from the airport, which makes travel incredibly easy.

The fitness center and steam room were a great surprise—I didn’t expect those amenities, and they made my stay even more enjoyable.

This was at least my fifth stay here, and I continue to book this hotel because of its unbeatable proximity to the airport, comfort, and convenience.

Very convenient hotel with excellent location. The CAT station is very close, making it extremely easy to get to the airport and Vienna city center. Service was very good, and the food was excellent. Overall, convenience is the biggest advantage. I would definitely stay here again.

There are some great things about this hotel, especially that it is a 2 minute walk from the airport train station and the airport, rooms are clean and spacious, staff is friendly and helpful. Nice brunch,
Nice spaces for small gatherings. The only downside was the fact that the showers weren’t warm. I would describe them as tepid. I was only there one night. Tried at night and again in the morning but it was no warmer.

Very modern, clean, comfortable hotel literally steps away from the airport terminal - super convenient place to stay if coming in late or leaving early in the morning. Restaurant has a great dinner and breakfast buffet. Bar is very nice as well. Will definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area.
