The room was very nice. The staff was very helpful. If you don't have a car, there isn't anything close. Walking distance for other dining is 10 minutes or more. My wife and I were the only ones in the hotel dining room. Dinner was excellent but a little pricey. Breakfast was also good, with good selection but also pricey.

Really amazing staff, delicious food at the restaurant, and the rooms met our needs. The shuttle service was right on time, though did drop us off in a strange part of the airport. We did wish that the rooms had air conditioning - even though it was not hot out, the rooms were quite warm and the fans provided were loud. All in all would stay again!

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and spoke good English. The taxi they called for us was prompt and friendly. There's a small supermarket 400 meters away that opens at 6:30, which is very convenient. The room was a bit hot, and ours faced the street, so it was a bit noisy at night.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet residential area not far from the airport. I actuality walked the 5.5 km on a beautiful evening at sunset.
Very clean, quiet room with all ammenities including air conditioning. Free bottles of water and a can of sparkling water were highly appreciated. Little fridge was welcome to keep food cold. Very nice shower cabin and lots of vlean towels.

I hate having to write a somewhat negative review but feel it is justified. We booked a room with Reinisch Just Rooms. The day before checkin I received an email saying that the check in desk is at their other hotel down the street. This would be inconvenient at best during the day or if we were not traveling with luggage. Neither was the case for us. We arrived to the lobby with luggage at about 10:30 PM local time. The staff was very friendly but when asked about how to get to the other hotel they said there was nothing they could do. That it was just down the street. Too late to change plans at that point we walked down a very dark street near the airport in Vienna by ourselves to the other building. We almost walked by it because we were “on the lookout” of our surroundings as well as the building was not lit up. I literally had to use my phone’s flashlight to see where to tap our room key to open the outside door. The whole situation made us feel unsure and uncomfortable but we were also not going to chance walking back to complain. The room itself was clean and suitable. It lives up to the name “Just Rooms”. Fine for a night, as we were flying out early the next morning but, honestly can not recommend this hotel for anything more. Get there while the sun is out.

Also, I travel with my Amazon Firestick so I can watch English TV channels and this room came with a TV that had only 1 HDMI port. Very, very difficult to get the Amazon stick to work properly. Never could get the ability to control the sound properly.

Our goal was to stay close to the airport and simplify our early morning travel. It was a little tedious to have to check in at their business down the street, but they notified us ahead of time and there really was no delay. The room was very clean and looked newly remodeled. I didnt expect any luxury so the tea kettle felt like a treat since I had brought everything I needed to make coffee. The airport shuttle driver was right on time Overall, they did exactly what we needed. Our only difficulty was getting there. The train station was too far to walk so we had to get a cab from the city which cost more than what we saved by staying a few miles from the airport. Perhaps what we lost in cab fare we gained in the fact that it was so quiet at this hotel so I dont regret staying there.

The office was approximately 300 meters from the rooms. The rooms are across the street. We had 4 pieces of luggage to roll to the room. There is an elevator but you still have to go up numerous steps with all your luggage.

You do not want to arrive at Das Reinich just rooms at night. Scary. Our anxiety was exploited with an up charge. The place contacted me in German but when I replied that I didn’t speak German, the conversation ended. The shuttle to the airport dropped us in between terminals with our baggage. Reception runs a smooth operation. The address on their website took my bolt ride to a dark place with no one in attendance. They also did not answer their when I called for directions. Not a good experience for a foreign traveler. I do not recommend this hotel for out of town travelers. It is a very dark part of town.

The only thing I wish they included in the details is that to check in you have to walk down the street. It would have been nice to know that prior getting to the hotel.

We had the most enjoyable experience during our stay at Reinsch Just Rooms. We stayed there for two separate nights over a two-week interval. Both times, we were upgraded from the Just Rooms to the Reinisch Hotel rooms with an air conditioner. The staff was extremely friendly. The property itself is great and it is fairly close to the airport, compared to Vienna's city center. There is a train stop (Mannheim) can take you to Vienna or the airport, but it is a 20-25 minute walk away. You need to walk through an ugly industrial oil and plastic plant but it seemed like an otherwise safe and quiet area.

This hotel is on the 3rd floor of a business building. We arrived very late and the keypad was not working. Finally after 20 min someone showed up in the office to let us in. It is a super basic room. Feels more like a dorm room. No coffee in the room and had to pay for it in the dining room ..we did no get breakfast. Would not stay here again

This hotel is right (like 50 feet) off of a major bus connection so this was very nice for logistics. Rooms were good, and the building is a very well maintained, interestingly laid out, old building. Hotel next door had a good restaurant for lunch/dinner meals, but this hotel had a tremendous breakfast set up.

Very close to airport but still a 35 Euro Uber ride. Check in is in a different building so walked up and back late at night, not the best. Shower had significant mold all along grout. The company has two locations on the same block - one is just rooms where we reserved a room, and the second is their business section, where the reception is located. This review is for the business section of this company's property, located down the street from Just Rooms.
There ends up some confusion on where to arrive, where to check in and what to do with suitcases when you need to stay in one location and check in the other. It's not a big deal in hindsight, but if you have multiple suitcases and are in the wrong spot late at night in a place that you are not familiar with, it is a disappointment.
The very kind lady at reception was able to find a room for us in the business section (which was very nice, with all the amenities), and we did not have to go back to the other (Just Rooms) building yet again.
Just be mindful of this when booking.

Just Rooms, which is at Mannswörther Str. 83, is a separate building (a 2-3 minute walk) from the Reinisch Business Hotel, for which the address is Mannswörther Str. 76. You have to check-in at the Business Hotel and then walk down to Just Rooms, which is simply a dorm style building of literally just rooms with zero amenities. If you want to dine in the restaurant, work out at the gym, or use the sauna then you need to walk back to the main hotel. My room had no A/C and it was too warm. I would spend a little more money to stay at the Business Hotel, since you have to check in there anyway.

We booked this hotel because it was close to the Vienna International Airport and we had a 6:00 am flight so wanted to get a few hours sleep and be close just so we weren’t late. We checked in after midnight and we’re greeted and helped by a very friendly and helpful receptionist Elias that helped with our check in and also called a cab company to pick us up at 3:30am to go to the airport. He also helped get our bags into the cab. Excellent service especially since we didn’t speak German and he was fluent in English. Thanks again Elias!
