enjoyed our stay in the 1 bedroom. The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful right from the start. I broke my wrist skiing and they were helpful and brought ice and extra pillows as I needed them throughout the week. The cheese fondue was wonderful. The location was great! 5 minute walk out the back door to the poma lift that brings you to the cable car and up the mountain. Easy access to St. Moritz by bus and can ski over too. I bought the multiple day ski ticket and arranged rental for multiple days. Was able to get a full refund of the rental ski package due to my injury and was able to refund all of my unused ski days too. I would recommend this property and will plan to stay again if I am in the area.

Nice clean place, convenient location

I was the only person in the hotel (November off season) but the staff were very nice and made sure I have everything I needed. There is a ski lift just up the street and both St Moritz and Sils Maria are a 5 minute drive.

The hotel and staff were absolutely fantastic. The rooms were very spacious.
Food from the restaurant was wonderful. I have a picky eater and nothing was too much trouble for my daughter.

great hotel close to lifts

We ski'd for 2 days of our stay and ice skated for one. Very close to bus transport; right next to a ski lift so its ski-in/ski-out
for the Corvatch side of the ski area. Skiing is excellent even though they hadn't had recent snowfall; they groom
most runs so there was plenty of hard pack around. Lots of skiiers in hotel.

Took care of us after they experienced a fire

We arrived late at night to learn that he hotel had experienced a fire on Christmas Day. Despite all the hotel staff were dealing with, the host went above and beyond to make us an alternate recommendation at a higher rated hotel in close proximity. Our trip was virtually uninterrupted, remained relaxing and this is due to the caring owner and staff at Chesa Surlej! Once they rebuild (which was already underway), we'll def be back!

Very very bad services from the receptionist

Bad servises from the hotel receptionist. Can not advise us how to go to the hotel . Try to charge us additional for the 2 extra bed even the price from hotel.com already included and refuse to contact Hotel.com for this. Finally we refuse to pay so she phoned to someone and said that ok for this time but I think that it will not have the next time for us for this hotel. We lost so much time for this check in.

Als wir ankamen bekamen wir gleich ein Upgrade. Es war ein sehr schönes, grosses Zimmer mit einem Panoramafenster. Das Zimmer verfügte sogar über eine Küche und ein grosses Bad. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit Abstrichen

Das Positive vorab: sehr freundliches Personal, gute Lage, gute Infrastruktur (v.a. auch für Biker) insgesamt ein positiver Eindruck. Getrübt wird dieser durch den \"Komfort\" unseres Zimmers (Doppel mit 2 Einzelbetten, ohne Balkon). Uns erwartete ein Schrankbett mit unbefriedigender Matratzenqualität, Badewanne mit Duschvorhang und Infrastruktur/Armaturen aus den 70er Jahren. Hier müsste dringend nachgebessert d.h. renoviert werden. Sonst stimmt nämlich das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Auch nicht im (teuren !) Oberengadin, ein Schnäppchenpreis war das durch uns genutzte Angebot nämlich nicht. Das Chesa Surlej verfügt mit Sicherheit über schöne und konfortable Zimmer, bei einer 3Sterne Unterkunft sollte es aber keine Ausreisser nach unten geben.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, gute Beratung, schönes, geschmackvolles und grosses Zimmer (1Zimmer-Appartement) - leider war kein Frühstück möglich, da Zwischensaison - aber toll, dass das Hotel geöffnet hatte!

모리츠역 주변호텔은 가격대가 너무 비싸서 수를레이쪽에 잡았는데 너무 잘한거 같아요 어짜피 버스 잘되있어서 이동하기 편하고 여기는 한적해서 더할나위없이 좋았어요 주변에 마트가 없어서 좀 불편했지만 나갔을때 가볍게 사들고 와서 큰불편함은 없었어요
2박이상하면 케이블카,버스무료카드를 호텔에서 제공해줘요 하이킹하기 정말 좋았어요. 호텔뒤쪽에 케이블카타는 곳 있어요! 꼭 이용하세요
조식도 만족스러웠어요 직원분이 정성드려 만들어주신 카푸치노 정말 맛있게 먹었어요 다음에 또 가도 여기에 묵고 싶어요

駅からは、少し距離がありますが、バスも1時間に1本あるので問題ありません。建物も新しく快適でした。

Noud avons choisi Surlej pour sa proximité avec les pistes et le réseau des sentiers pédestres.
Le Chesa Surlej est idéalement placé pour se rendre au ski dans le domaine de Corvatch ou pour la randonnée hivernale soit vers Sils, soit vers St-Moritz.
L'Hôtel est très propre et très bien équipé. les chambres familiales sont spacieuses et bien disposées. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très agréable avec des pains exceptionels

Ich habe 3 wunderbare Tage im Engadin verbracht. Das Hotel bietet guten Service, das Zimmer war gut und sehr ruhig, Bad morden. Der Wellnessbereich ist klein aber sehr modern und einladend. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet gute Auswahl. Das Restaurant ist ok.

Grazioso hotel situato direttamente sulle piste

Una famiglia composta da due adulti e 2 bambini di 7 e 9 anni ha passato le proprie vacanze di Capodanno in questo bellissimo hotel che si trova direttamente sulle piste di sci che portano a Corvatch. Struttura bellissima dotata di tutte le dottazioni e confront necessari per sciare, divertirsi e mangiare bene. Consigliamo questa struttura a tutte le famiglie con bambini che vogliano passare settimane bianche in Svizzera. Cibo ottimo, personale gentilissimo, pulizia accurata, ampio parcheggio, navetta per St. Moritz (5 km) si ferma proprio davanti all'albergo, wi-fi gratuito e funzionante a perfezione. Certamente torneremo di nuovo in questo albergo e lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.
