We recently stayed at Soldanella for two nights while attending White Turf in St. Moritz. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations.
We arrived early for check-in and were met by a front desk staff member who was not particularly welcoming and throughout our stay and seemed reluctant to store our luggage until the official 3:00 pm check-in time. First impressions matter, and this set an unfortunate tone for our stay.
Additionally, the room we received did not match the one I had booked, which was disappointing. The breakfast offerings were also quite limited and did not feel aligned with the overall price point of the hotel.
Given the hotel’s location and reputation, we had hoped for a more polished and hospitable experience.
