Great Bargain! Nice Breakfast!

The Hotel was adequate for a one night stay and a great value for the price, but it’s not as elegant as I am used to. I visit Morocco often and I like to stay at various hotels to experience new adventures. The staff is very nice and the breakfast was very good and plentiful. The Hotel could use a little updating with the new furniture and the bathroom could use a little updating as well. However, if you’re looking for a great bargain, nice staff and a good breakfast, this hotel may be right for you.

The cleaning lady just enters my room without knocking or anything. She also turned off my AC. There is a weird sign at the front door not allowing food, snack or water on the premise. The bathroom floor was not completely clean.otherwise everything else was great

Breakfast buffet was limited and repetitive. Dinner slightly betterHowever, spa and pool area were good. Staff were attentive. Small lift suitable for just about 4 people, but with no luggage. Avoid side facing Main Street. Air conditioning was working. Only get one room card, which was inconvenient. No baths, all rooms with showers.

The Hotel staff were Awesome, the location was perfect for my needs. The breakfast included was the CON , it was okay but the same thing for the 6 days I was there , it needed variety. There are little restaurants everywhere and affordable. Overall I was completely satisfied.

Great place to stay in Marrakech

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ayoub, located in the 'New' area of Marrakech. Only 5 minutes drive to Gueliz, and 10 minutes to Jemaa el-Fna. I did use the Sauna whilst at the hotel, so I got to see the spa and message areas. All very well kept and great service. The room itself was a good size and all facilities as advertised. The internet was fast and stable!

The hotel is excellent value for money. The hotel is safe, secure, and clean. The breakfast, restaurant, and pool are good. The staff were very helpful and professional. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious with a powerful shower. I would have given the hotel 5 stars but our AC didn’t work.

I was quite sceptical about staying here, however when I arrived it did give me a smile. Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful every time you need help! The price I paid for this hotel for 11 day stay was totally worth it! Only thing is that this hotel needs a area for guests to lounge around at night because there’s a 9PM curfew currently. The pool is way bigger than the photos shown so All in all great experience.

Welcome to Marrakesh!

Such an awesome place to stay. The rooms were clean, the workers were AMAZING (Shout out to Hassan who hooked us up with tours and hot spots) and the pool was a cool place to hangout. The hotel is in a good location, not really by much but a 7 min cab ride to the Médina or dinner which really was not bad.

Id stay here again. Highly recommend this place.

Terrible experience - offended by staff

I had a terrible experience - been traveling a lot around the world as a solo female traveler and at this hotel one guy from the staff were following me all around the facilities although I told him to stop. Wifi was not working the first two days and I came for doing business that I needed to be online for. Also the pool was ice cold and when I wanted to go to the gym the staff told me it was closed every Monday. When I came home another employee had taken my email address and had written me an inappropriate message about how much he loved me. I wrote an email to the hotel to complain but they have not even responded.

Good hotel with compact clean rooms and looks modern. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Good location and nice neighbourhood. Breakfast is terrible and not many choices. Especially no fruits or yogurt and very limited menu.

Nice hotel, good staff. Its a bit out of the city and main touristy bits, but easy enough to walk to the main roads in either direction for busses, taxis. It's great if you want a bit of peace and quite after a long day. Room was very comfortable and maintained well.

REALLY noisy place. I blame this on the architecture which has every room door facing a massive open air space from the ground floor to the top of the hotel, So, you hear every door slam and loud conversation from the lobby and each and every floor as guests enter and exit their rooms

Be very careful when you are booking a full boarding. This hotel will offer you the same 3 types of salad and 3 types of Sandwiches for lunch to choose from every day. The lunch menu does not change, my husband and I stayed for 10 days and and they kept asking us to keep from the same menu everyday, for the exception that they offered the dinner leftovers from the previous night. The breakfast is very very poor, the worse that I ever seen, for desert they will offer you desert from the frozen aisle from the supermarket. My money was also stolen from my wallet which was in my bag and never came out of my room. I’m so shocked by the positive reviews I read before picking this hotel, definitely far from being a four star...

A place that makes you wish to live in Marakkesh

We booked a hotel for three nights in Marakesh, the hotel is in good condition Location isn good, is about 10 minutrs drive with taxi from city center and near big alleys to get out from town. In a range of one kilometer there are some really good restaurants, over the street is Medical University and some small shops. The parking is in front, is guarded 24h a day from hotel security service. We got a big room with street view, with huge bed and they brought an extra bed for a child. In the room was fridge, a couple of chairs, a big screen TV, Wifi was working very well The Bathroom was clean, nicely equipped and big enough. The breakfast was good, there was enough coffee and Moroccan tea :) We also paid a visit to spa, where we were serviced with really good massage. I do recommend, The staff is kind and helpful and every tip you give is warmly welcomed, also some chocolate bars for the guy who was watching our car during the night was accepted with great gratitude. if I would come back, I would probably go there again (I`ll be back in two years probably ) ).
The only thing that irritated us was an elevator, which has a door that closes far too soon But OK, that is just a detail.

A 4 star hotel without an iron, cold pool and have to pay for entry into sauna.

Otherwise a 20dh taxi ride away from the centre.

There is a nice local food shack down the road and a few grocery stores.

Absolutely Amazed at this Hotel and the People.

I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location was very close to everything, airport, the medina centre by a short taxi ride, restaurants etc. The staff at the hotel were so accommodating and helpful in every aspect. The security guards outside did their job to a high standard, whereby they even prevented my family from getting on to a faux taxi, and instead called us a proper, legitimate one. The room service staff, down to the spa staff were absolutely amazing. The bell-boy also was a true pleasure to see every day coming down in to the lobby. The hotel was immaculate and so clean, our rooms were amazing, with a perfect mattress for the perfect sleep (I have never been able to sleep in hotel rooms, no matter which country I am in, however, this hotel was just excellent). The convenience of a hammam and spa services within the hotel was just an additional bonus which we also thoroughly enjoyed, furthermore, the pool outside and seating area was just a joy to sit out in. The buffet breakfast served every morning was brilliant, all of my family down to the fussy 9 year old enjoyed the selection they provided. I would most certainly be returning to this hotel and I will be recommending it to all of my friends and family who wish to visit the beautiful country of Morocco, Marrakech. Thank you for providing us with a brilliant hotel and making information at ease to access and also providing us with such a comfortable and positive environment to stay in.

Good place to stay, but for a couple of things.

They charged upfront, and there appeared to be a mistake on my reservation (one room for one person, instead of one room for two people). They did not change the room they were giving me but swiftly proceeded to charge me for the other person- which ended up being more than the original cost of one... this felt especially shady as they decided this behind closed doors after all the paperwork had been completed. I had no choice but to pay more than double, upfront, as cancelling would have resulted in getting charged regardless. The staff was very friendly, helpful and nice, and the room and facilities were clean, aside from a terrible sewage smell which filled up the room every night. This was true in many other places in the city, so it may not have been the hotel's fault. All in all, a decent place to stay, but the initial confusion left a very poor taste.

Clean with good staff in a Moroccan neighbourhood

The hotel is very clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good and everything being served is fresh. The rooms are also very clean, the twin beds are good and more than big enough for 2 people! One issue could be for some people that the doors are jamming and that causes noisy neighbouring rooms when entering/exiting their rooms. Because of this experience I already booked for within a few months!

Hotel is basically a 2 star .Almost no water flow in shower , or in sink . The shower Handel was fixed by tissue paper .Nothing for tea or water boiler in room . Aircondition was switched off rom temperature was not pleasant .

Massage was just ok so was hammam !!! Staff was friendly and helpful.
But location is good near to restaurant and shops. I don’t recommend if you are traveling with kids !

tolle Lage, sehr netter Service

Das Ayoub Hotel in Marrakesch liegt sehr zentral,alle Taxifahrten waren überschaubar und günstig.
Der Service am Checkinn war sehr gut, sehr hilfsbereit.
Die Zimmer sind schön groß und sauber, allerdings ist das Mobiliar zum Teil austauschbar.

Une catastrophe, plus d'une heure d'attente a l'arrivée pour ma chambre sachant que j'avais informé l'arrivée a 11h, car après j'avais une activité de prévu a 12h ce qui fait que je suis arrivé en retard !!! Ensuite le room service ne répond jamais !! La propreté et juste a revoir les oreillers il y avait des auréole dessus le 3 ème lit étai un lit pliant !!!!! Et le parking on me donner toujours une place impossible a sortir enfouis a des feuillages et le lendemain ma voiture rempli de crote de pigeons !! Franchement pour le prix payé je regrette énormément je ne reviendrai certainement pas

Hotel correct propre mais géré comme une administration publique : paiement au check in , photocopie de la carte identité, interdiction de payer par cheque.... Il a fallut également reclamer la bouteille d eau offerte au final avec envoi mail de la réservation au receptionniste. Globalement correcte mais mauvaise insonorisation dans les chambres.

Super rapport qualité prix, très bonne accueil au sein de l'hôtel qui est bien placé à proximité de tous. Propreté au top, la piscine est bien nettoyée tout les jours, le service de chambre est au top. Il y a un parking disponible avec des gardiens 24h/24h. Bonne ambiance pour se reposé, je recommande.
