There is maximum privacy as each suite has a private balcony and entrance and breakfast is brought to the suite every morning. The hotel also organizes rental cars. It is only a 20 minute walk to Oia.
Only one suggestion: “please-do-not-disturb” tags would be very helpful so that the privacy isn’t interrupted by a cleaner!

A really good sized room with great facilities. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make our stay really enjoyable. We loved the piece and quiet as we wanted a bit of a rest.

It’s about a 20 - 25 min walk into Oia but certainly manageable.

Superb hotel with lot of privacy. The attached jacuzzi is a bonus. Walking distance (20 mins) to Oia. Very friendly staff. Tanya the manager is exceptional and gives good advice on sight-seeing and restaurants. They treat you to a heavy breakfast which is delivered to your room. Highly recommended. There is a bus stop just outside this hotel.

Small multi suite property in Fonikia near Oia so quieter than Oia. Beautifully maintained and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Amazing rooms we stayed in a suite with jacuzzi pool overlooking Oia and great sunsets. A handful of great places to eat nearby or stroll into Oia. Great place to stay!

Brilliant stay at Aperanto Suites

We had a a lovely 3 night stay in The Premier suite at Aperanto Suites. The room was very spacious, clean and bright. The bed was comfortable with a firm mattress and the views from our balcony were wonderful with the amazing sunsets in particular.
The breakfast was generous with options to cater for dietary requirements. My wife is vegan and the staff made special arrangements for her which she very much appreciated.
The balcony’s are fairly private however we did feel a little looked over at sunset time as other balconies were often full of other patrons. This is to be expected though as there is a fantastic view at that time!
The hotel is a 20mins walk from Oia along the main road into the town. There are a few options to eat and drink (would recommend Santorini Mou in particular!) as well as ATMs and shops. The famed hike from Oia to Thira also starts on this road in between the hotel and Oia and is well situated for this.
We enjoyed our stay at the Aperanto Suites and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely stunning!

Visited Santorini in October but the weather was still nice and hot. We were lucky enough to see the most beautiful sunset from the jaccuzi. The staff were very friendly and they cleaned the room very well. Definitely recommend it!

We had an incredible stay here on our honeymoon. Breakfast was brought to our rooms every morning and was delicious. There are a few great restaurants very nearby, and it’s just a short walk (about a mile) to the town. Watching the sunset from our balcony was an experience I’ll never forget.

The hotel is very nice and new, and our room (honeymoon suite) was really above our expectations! Even the location is convenient if you want to visit the island and you are renting an atv or car (they have free parking, very rare in Oia). Unfortunately the devil is in the details and it is a pity that a so nice hotel has a so ordinary service: no amenities at all a part one shower gel made in China, poor attention to breakfast items (everyday something was missing), no new towels... I would recommend the management to look after this small details in order to make the service in line with the amazing hotel.

Looked just like the pictures. Very quiet and relaxing location but just 10 minutes from the famous Oia. Very clean and the staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was a nice touch, but if you are staying there for more than 3 days, you get tired of the same options. Hotel is right next to few great restaurants and a cute bar at Sophia’s hotel next door.

Over 5 days, there was no cleaning service even after we told the property it needed done. The shower was moldy and the handle kept falling off. Absolutely the worst hotel on the island for the price.

This hotel provides the best value for your money. It’s a direct and straight walk to Oia, which is convenient. But note that there isn’t a pedestrian sidewalk for the entire walk to Oia. So at some points of the walk, you have to watch out for cars, ATVs, and motorcycles. Also, note that this hotel does not face the Caldera. If that isn’t too important to you, then this hotel provides excellent value.

We had an incredible week at Aperantos. We stayed in room 105 (room with a jetted tub) which had an incredible view of Oia and was at the edge of the hotel which meant more privacy and an amazing view from every window. The room itself was huge and the shower was too! Would highly recommend this room. It was roughly a 20 min walk to Oia (do not follow the road signs they are for cars) but this was a perfect medium for us because we could still wander around but did not have ANY of the Oia noise! There is a restaurant a few doors down from the hotel called Finikia, this was DEFINITELY the best meal we ate whilst in Santorini (my partner even stretched to say it was the best meal of his life). Would also recommend hiring a car for 2 days as it allowed us to explore the island at our own pace and was more than enough time to see everything. 2 must haves are comfy trainers and sea shoes!!! Thank you Aperantos for a perfect holiday which I will never forget!

The property is not in Oia nor the famous caldera views which was disappointing. However the views were still nice and quiet.
It was a long, 20-25 minute walk to Oia - it was rocky, the roads weren’t straight and there was barely any shade.
Our rooms were very spacious and the private balcony made the whole place feel like a home. The morning breakfast was always on time and hot. It was a beautiful view to eat on the balcony.
We would stay here again for the hotel but if you want to explore it was inconvenient. You definitely would need to taxi, bus or rent an ATV. It was disappointing for us because we love to walk. It wasn’t as feasible from this area or if you choose to trek around - wear comfortable shoes.

The room had 0 privacy. The windows shutters had to be fully closed (and no natural light would come in) otherwise all guests could look into the room. No restaurant or room service on-site, so no way to get food after 9pm. The hotel shows up with a 4-star rating but at the most, it would be a 3 star. It is definitely overpriced.

Amazing room with a fabulous view...room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was so good! For the price, we really expected to be more in town on the cliffs of Oia, so we were a little bit disappointed to be outside of town. But the hotel is very nice!

One small comment:
The toilet lids were broken and the toilet bowl was not sparkling clean as I would expect from a hotel like this.

We stayed here mid-July of 2018 and it was great! The location was a 10 minute walk from Oia and next to some GREAT restaurants. The lady at the front will recommend that you go to Finikia memories next door (which was great, don't get me wrong), but walk about 5 minutes further, just past this to Santorini MOY - an unforgettable dinner experience run by a little local family!

The hotel staff were nice but did and said what they needed to in order to settle you in and ensure you had what you needed - no further conversation beyond this.

The hotel itself was clean, beautiful and had THE most amazing view of the Caldera sunset. Breakfast in the morning overlooking the water was a beautiful thing to see as well.

If walking to Oia - continue on the road straight. Do not turn at the signs that say \"Oia\" pointing to make a right down another road. THIS IS ONLY FOR CARS. If you're walking - go straight through the street that says do not enter. These signs are for cars only and my husband and I learned the hard way when we walked for 2.5 hours around this automotive detour. I wish the staff at the hotel mentioned this when we asked how to get to Oia!

Amazing jacuzzi rooms

We stayed in one of the jacuzzi rooms. Clean and spacious rooms with an amazing jacuzzi. The best part is the stunning views of the sunset from your own jacuzzi. Breakfast is served in the room with a nice variety.
The only issue is that it is approximately 20min walk from Oia Village - if you’re after the picturesque cliffside white houses. The closest convenience store is also 10min walk from hotel.
However the rooms are beautiful, great pool, and staff are friendly.

Our stay was amazing, we definitely recommend this place to friends and family. About 20 minute walk to Oía’s main hub and there’s a bus station across the street from the suites. The pool is very clean, breakfast is served directly to your room which you can choose to eat inside the suite or the balcony/patio overlooking the sunrise!

Its a 26 min walk to Oia. You can take a bus to Fira for 1. 80 euros. Breakfast was amazing. It was served to your room. You would be able to eat it on balcony.

It’s a wonderful find! Great views, lovely inviting rooms and excellent staff on the slope side of Oia. It’s a short stroll to the famous promande in Oia but out of the hustle and bustle so you get privacy to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. We loved our visit and highly recommend for so many reasons!

Fani and Dora were always very welcoming and friendly! They suggested good restaurants and things to do in Santorini!

They provide warm and nice breakfast! They also provide room service and bring to your room if you ask tell them too!
The room is clean, nice and spacious.

The only downside...they lost power while we were there a night. Apparently is a “common thing” in the area. So don’t be surprised if that happens to you.

Great hotel close to Oia village

Fani, the manager at the hotel, was ever so helpful and lovely. I wanted to fit in Santorini over a couple of days to my most recent 5-country travel. A dream came true. Santorini is a wonderful place to visit to relax. Fani arranged for me a cruise, a car rental, places to visit and restaurants to try very swiftly and efficiently, and I was off on my way..... I'll spend much more than 2 days on my next visit to Santorini.

This hotel is very new, clean and modern. The room was very spacious and had a great design. The Hotel had a pool with a few lounge chairs and blow up air beds. Unfortunately when we went it was a little windy and not the greatest pool weather.

Breakfast was included with this hotel, however it had to be ordered the night before, and you were only allowed to pick one option from each section that was provided. As someone who prefers fruits and cereals and yogurts,to eggs and meats, this wasn't the most ideal process because most of what I like was in the same category. You also had to select a breakfast time, when you wanted the food delivered to your room. This meant you had to be up and ready for the time you selected. It left no room for flexibility in the morning and both times are breakfast choices were messed up.

While the hotel was very nice, it is on the opposite side of the sea, which gave for a large lack of view. It is in walking distance to a few great local restaurants that we got to try and wouldn't have had tried if we were on the other side of the street. It is however also very far away from all of the popular restaurants and shops. It is possible to walk, however it was a solid 15/20 minute walk.

We were a little disappointed with everything when we arrived but got used to it and it was ok after all. There was no restaurant so they deliver warm eggs among many other Greek dishes to your room at a previously chosen time. Staff directed us to walk to Oia via the road but we found two other much more enjoyable routes, one through the village of Finikia and the other on the ridge walk to Oia. Finikia ended up being a much better place to stay than Oia. Oía was so over run with tourists that it was nice to get away. We found a wonderful restaurant down the hill from Aperanto called Meze Meze. We also walked down the hill straight to the coast and to a beautiful winery. We had to request our trash cans be emptied after the second night. And noticed the floors weren't scrubbed either. The pool is quite lovely and the view over the farmlands was nice but not \"cauldera view\". Nice hotel but not really worth the money. They also did not provide water like every other hotel we had previously stayed in Greece. Maybe a Santorini thing.

Beautiful hotel in Finikia, very close to Oia.

We spent the first 3 nights of our honeymoon at Aperanto and it did not disappoint! Our suite faced the pool and was very large and beautifully decorated. The daily breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly and courteous. They helped to arrange airport transfers and a sunset catamaran cruise for us.

We were able to walk (15 - 20 mins) to Oia which saved us a great deal of money and kept us in the quieter, less touristy Finikia town. There is also an amazing restaurant, Finikia Restaurant, right next to the hotel. We went every night!

I highly recommend for couples.

Kostas, at front desk, was a wonderful. Very helpful any time. The breakfast on the balcony, though a good experience, was not very good. The choice is very limited. The wind was too strong and by the time we got to it the entire breakfast was cold.

Don't do this mistake again

Highly overrated hotel. The room floor full of hair remaining, empty bottle caps of shampoo in the shower, hotel laundry blocking our jacuzzi suite. The problem that we informed them and they told us that they can do nothing about because the housekeeping staff leaves at 3pm!!!

AMAZING Hotel in Oia

So this hotel is just perfect! We loved our stay here. The room is amazing. We had our own private jacuzzi. The room is huge, amazing shower! The only negative thing I can really say about this hotel is that the wifi isn't that great. The router seems to be located in the lobby and so if your room is far away, like ours was, then you will not get wifi! My recommendation to the hotel, install more routers throughout the rooms. For the price that we pay for those rooms, it would only make sense. Other than that, the hotel was PERFECT. We loved it

Fabulous hitel with great views

Our room was lovely with a large terrace and spectacular views of the sea and sunsets and the town of Oia. On the bus route to town An amazing breakfast which you choose the day before is delivered to your terrace at the time you select. The pool is beautiful and there are robes and pool towels. We had 3 glorious days.

It's clean and fresh but no atmosphere. The bar is poor, no food at all on site, the breakfast average. The swimming pool is not heated and was too cold to stay in lounging. If you want a base near oia it's fine but if you plan to spend time around the hotel it's not great.
