Everything you need is only minutes away from this excellent hotel. Walking minutes! You can eat three meals a day for a week, at different restaurants, and still not have tried them all. The MTR is right across the street, giving you access to all of Hong Kong. Need nasal spray at 2AM like I did? Walk in safety to the 7-11 one street down the road. I love the atmosphere inside the rooms! They are tiny and compact, but you're there to visit the outside city, right? The only reason I didn't give 5 stars this time is because the bed felt stiff as a board... and I couldn't figure out how to work the heating properly, but that was probably my fault.

The room was particularly nice. The breakfast was very limited and is open air during a cold spell. The MTR station is very convenient to the hotel but the neighborhood has otherwise few attractions.

Room was small but clean. Everything inside the room worked properly such as hot water and air conditioning. There were issues with the elevators several times during my stay. The elevators are very small and accommodatie only a few people at a time and there was one out of service several times during the stay. One tome we had to ealk down several flights of stairs and navigate our esy out as most of the exit doors had emergency alarms.

Surrounding terrible. Local people neighborhood, people crouching around. Reception was awkward with an office table and 2 office chairs. This is more like a morel than hotel. Not worth the money. I surrendered 9/24 to 9/28 & 9/30 to 10/5 all 10 day's worth of prepaid stay and rented elsewhere.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, they only have 3 lifts, and throughout our stay 1 was out of service, so we had to wait a long time for a lift as it kept skipping our floor.

Housekeeping was really good. The lady who looked after floor 9 was always friendly and helpful.

I like the easy access to public transit. It's relatively quiet considering it is near the market place. Also, the street is not that crowded. The hotel cleaning crew is hard working & kept my room in good order.

There are a few things I don't like:
1. They don't accept Apple Pay
2. The room size is smaller than the one they show on the web site (there is no space between the bed and the table, and missing the chair)
3. They didn't tell me that breakfast is provided (even though it's a simple one, just muffins, OJ & coffee)

Room was OK (however, great view of the Kai Tak area from the 19th floor) but if could have done with being redecorated. Reception staff were quite off hand and not at all friendly or welcoming, with the exception of Andy(?) the porter who was very helpful and friendly. When l went back to collect my bag, after l had checked out earlier, l asked the receptionist if there was a bin where l could dispose of an empty drink bottle, l was told 'yes, on the 2nd floor', at this point the hotel foyer was very busy with a large tour group who were queuing to use the elevators, this despite the empty bin l could see behind the receptionist... I found a waste bin on the street.

The room is considered standard for the country but not for other countries. The room is clean though i found a pen mark on my blanket and some of the sheets. Amenities are good, they could have added some lotion to the toiletries.. not much instructions/info about the hotel, have to figure out some stuff. Overall though, the hotel is not too bad, close to mtr, market, some restaurants.

Need to improve cleanliness and piping.

Room size was compact, decent, as you would have expect in Hong Kong. However since day 1 the room has had a faint urine-like stench. It become quite unbearable by day 2, so wanted to call and ask for room exchange, just to find out the in-room phone doesn't work. The hairdryer also didn't work (which was fixed/replaced). The sink also didn't have working hot water (which was fixed as well but extremely slow).
Brought the smell issue to front desk, who told me it was fixed later that day. But when I return to my room the stench is still there.
Room had dust and stains at the corners, or on tabletop.

The hotel is located 3 mins walk away from MTR & Bus stops. You can ride on a bus & you will be in Star Ferry in 15 mins. It is a quiet place at night unlike Mong Kok or Jordon. I really like the area with easy access to a variety of restaurants. One of the downside is the room is very small. Try to book two twin beds room or family room with bigger space. Overall I am satisfied with the stay at IClub.

It’s good location, walk a few minutes to MTR station. Staffs are nice and friendly. I love the open air area on second floor to sit around. I did not like their coffee though. I don’t know why there’s no hand rail in elevators! Is there a safety feature? 4 sided mirror in elevators make me dizzy!

We booked online a room for three people that includes \"a large double bed and a sofa bed\" but initially got a room with only two single beds. A front-desk manager tried to claim that they had a right to change room types before eventually agreeing to give us a room with three single beds instead.

Despite being small, the room was clean and well-equipped, with excellent room services. The location is also very convenient.

Despite the small room, the hotel is in very good location, with rooms facing the bay enjoying beautiful sunrise, although the high rise being built next door will likely take that view away in a couple of years. The property advertises that it has a bar. There is no bar but there is a lounge where you can get water and coffee. Some morning there was bread for you to make toast, but be warned the people are like savages it does not last very long. One toaster and one coffee machine is just not enough for the amount of people wanting to use it. It’s great that it is a completely none smoking hotel, however there were guests who thought it was ok to smoke around the outdoor lounge area. Oh yea I also could not find a beach. You get a kettle In Your room and two cups. That’s it. No spoon no coffee or tea that was it. Over all this hotel was good. The staff were friendly and the cleaners come to your rooms everyday to clean. It’s also in a very good spot location wise. We used the MTR under ground trains every day to travel around and it was absolutely brilliant. It’s just a shame this hotel lacks a couple of things. If you stay I’m sure you will be pleased enough. I booked it because it had a bar. But it didn’t. Just lacks in things for you to do if the weather is a bad. Hotel itself was fine beds are very hard so be prepared for that. Go and enjoy it because I think you will have a good time. Just be prepared for very limited facilities

My go-to when visiting HK. Extremely close to the train station. 24 hr eateries nearby. Very clean and modern design. The gym is small but stocked with mainstay equipment, more than enough to achieve a thorough workout while traveling.

A lot of Chinese traditional restaurants are around, we could eat different food during 13 days staying,
Undergrounds is only less than 3-5 minutes, bus stops are everywhere, the A22 bus to airport is only 3 minutes walk - THIS IS SUPER.
The HOTEL 2nd floor is A SURPRISE, find out yourself.

Overall a really nice hotel room! As is classic to Hong Kong, it is quite small so we did have a hard time laying out our luggages. However, it was clean and comfortable overall. Because of the humidity, we had to keep the room on the cooler side, but they had extra blankets to help keep us warm and dry.

Theres an 24/7 7-11 around the corner, along with a supermarket on the next street.

Also very close to a metro station (MTR To Kwa Wan) and several bus stops. Including the bus for the airport.

Its situated a little further from kowloon centre than I would have liked. But it's still doable by walking, otherwise take the MTR metro.

The hotel was very nice. Very clean, modern and comfortable, and a good price. The room had a kettle, TV, fridge and water bottle-which can be filled up on floor 2's water dispenser.

This hotel seemed to present itself much nicer on their homepage. For the price I paid I thought the room would be bigger too but it was very small and the two beds I requested were literally touching. Also their breakfast really is not much more than some toast, croissants and orange juice. One of the reasons I chose to stay here is that they have a gym but unfortunately it is located outdoors exposed so it was too cold to exercise.

The location is good. Hotel is new but bad mantainance. The service staffs need a lot of improvement. (I benchmark the service expected from the budget hotel lines of other hotel group.) 1. The free internet is down. When we asked the front desk, they just repeated the same steps a few times and say something wrong with my handphone. I have 6 paxs in the group, all cannot access the internet. It only repaired in the late afternoon. If the staffs just told us it is not working n they are working on it will be better. We actually have 3 rooms. One the zink is semi- choked. Another the bathroom is choked. Only one is working fine. But there are missing items in the room. 1. Missing tissue in 2/3 rooms.
2. Missing spare toilet roll in 1/3 rooms, and it runs out of toilet paper in the early morning. 3. Missing towels n floor rug after collecting the old one to wash. When we called n requested for the items, the front desk staff is not polite. Isn't having clean towels a minimum expectation for a hotel?

It's a good stay

I believe the room is a bit tiny for the money I paid, too tight for a 2-people stay. We wanted to ask to leave the luggage because i arrived early around noon, and it's not check in time yet, but was given the room key, unexpectedly, nice surprise! Overall it's a very good stay, the sheet are new and clean. The cleaning lady is very nice and always ask if we need anything when we met in the hallway. Close to all public transportation, very convenient location.

If you want a taste of local stay, this is the place. They put 2 single beds together and placed it right in front of the dressing table (leaving no space for chair, nor walk way to use the table).

House keeping is fair. Hair left by previous occupants were still on the showers glass walls when we checked in and for the next few days djring our stay. No seating space (no chair) in the room. How to sit on your bed when you just came back from outside?

The water kept leaking out from the cubicle even the door was shut firmly when showering. I lived on a non-smoking floor but it was full of smoky odour in the room. Only bread has been offered as the breakfast.

The hotel itself is fine as a 4 star hotel. It is located in an area where a new MTR station is currently being built thus the whole area looks fairly untidy. The area also full of old and lack of maintenance buildings both industrial and residential and a wet market is also nearby. Nonetheless, the location is very handy to all directions.
