Room was very dirty and smells like someone used the bathroom before we checked in. I would never booked again, no 1 came to take out trash from the room.

Dumpsters are picked up at 1:30 am. Don’t except a room near the dumpsters if you want to sleep. There are no dressers with drawers so if you’re planning a long stay with a bit of clothing you can use the oversized bathroom vanity which works ok. Unless you get stuck in an ADA room where the venity is removed. The ADA rooms are terrible storage and make using the kitchen much less convenient.
It could be a nice place but needs an interior redesign to make it better functional as an extended stay option. There are other residents inns in the Hartford area with better convenience as an extended stay option.

They put a $637.00 hold on my card for a $157.00 room I already paid on Hotels.com. They said it was because it’s the weekend. But to put a hold for four times what the room goes for is excessive. Never staying here again.

I had the worse exoerience ever. Outside of the many complaints placed regarding housekeeling, the constant clogging of the bathroom sink and bathtub. The AGM Mike canceled my second reservation without explanation. When i asked, i was met with rude and dismissive customer service. The AGM lied about there being a 48 hour reentry policy for the property. When asked to see the policy he refused and called the police on me. What stood out most was the $500 deposit required at check-in. I've never been more insulted in 51 years of doing business with hotels. I have reserved rooms with you at least 4 times this year with travelers. NEVER AGAIN! NO Marriott is worth this outrageous deposit, especially when the Hampton Inn is affordable. This is a very outdated Marriott the room was not cleanded to the standard of other 11 Marriotts I've stayed at this year when asked to have sum1 come cleaners was told no maid services after hours couldn't even bring clean Towels to me. Felt like i stayed at a Motel 6 not a Marriott!!

Had to ask twice to get the room serviced. It was suppose to be every two days. I had to get towels on day 3 and ask for a service. When the room was serviced the soap bar was not replaced or a new one left. The hand towels were not replaced and when I went to the front desk they didn't have any. The for have not been vacuumed in 6 days.

Not enough towels provided, tub drain was clogged and would not drain while showering, no body wash in container, no sheets/pillows for the pullout bed in the couch, side table was broken, had to physically rotate the couch to have enough space for the pullout bed, electronic door locks were broken causing us to get locked in the room. The staff said nothing more than \"oh\" when letting them know. The manager then tried to turn the blame on the guests by saying that we were part of a \"group\" even though we booked individually and asked for no special accommodations. Avoid this place!

They walked in our room twice without knocking. The last day of our stay we felt rushed they walked in our room at 10:45 am when check out is at 12. There was no propane for the grill. They property appears to be well kept. My only complaint is that there was a $500 deposit required at check in. This was not disclosed at the time of the booking. If so, it was missed! I received an email from expedia during my flight to hartford. While I understand the necessity, families should made aware of the deposit sooner. Not the day of checkin!

Room was difficult to find at first the way they’re numbered its odd but that’s fine. I asked house keeping if they cleaned the room already since I saw them on the way in, I was told no. Then the room smelled bad bed smelled bad rug still had objects on it from previous stay no garbage can in sight couch felt “sweaty” toilet struggled to flush no hot water in the shower maintenance had to come in to “turn up the hot water heater” then had to wait an hr to shower after that, very inconvenient. Upon check out I smelled food, mind you I was very hungry n realized I had missed the breakfast I wasn’t told would be available. It was only one night but was a very long stay.
