Great place to recover after the Nice marathon. With a little extra fee (in addition to room cost), you can reserve the wellness centre (jetted tub, steam, dry sauna) for an hour to enjoy privately. There is also a roof top hot tub which is free. We appreciated the helpful and friendly front desk during our stay.

The service was outstanding and the breakfast delicious. Rooms are large, modern, and have huge balconies. Only downside: the air conditioning was no longer available at the time of the year and the room got up to 30°C during the day. Otherwise, a fantastic hotel in a great location.

The location is one of the best aspects of this hotel — just two or three blocks away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, making it an easy short walk to the city center and waterfront.

Our room was a double with an additional couch that could sleep two more guests, though we never used it. Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing in several ways. The air conditioning shut down automatically during the night, and as a result, we never had a comfortable night’s sleep. The rooftop Jacuzzi was another letdown — it wasn’t easy to access, was poorly maintained, and frankly not worth using. We only stumbled upon it by accident.

On the design side, the carpet color was unappealing, and its condition made the room feel less clean than it should have.

Overall, while the location is very convenient, the comfort and amenities need significant improvement before I could recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay for a visit in Cannes. It’s walkable to the train station, shopping, dining, and the beach. I was very fond of the decor celebrating the film industry and my room had a spectacular view of the courtyard garden with a large window to take it all in. I would stay here again if I return to Cannes.

Loved this hotel. Super cute and quiet at night even though you are steps away from all the action on Rue D'Antibes, The Croisette and the beach. Beautiful rooftop patio that was mostly empty (October.) It has a hot tub with nice views. There is also a sunny patio near the reception filled with plants and a cool vibe where you can work with a laptop and enjoy a coffee. I had the breakfast buffet on some days. Nice selection of items - cereals, baked goods, fruit, cheese, cold cuts, smoked salmon, yogurt, juices, bread and pastries, and boiled eggs. The staff were all friendly. They have umbrellas for guests to use—ideal for the downpour we had on one day. Shops and restaurants are around the corner and many more are ten minutes away. The bathrooms are clean and efficient (no tubs), the beds comfortable and the in-room coffee service is refreshed daily. The main train and bus station a 10-minute walk away. The only thing this property needs is new carpet in the hallways and rooms Otherwise, it's a great spot and highly recommend it.

Best hotel in Cannes for its price

Hidden gem of Cannes, cosy hotel with plenty of activities, such a rooftop with jacuzzi, spa with saunas and jacuzzi, patio, balcony, the sea in 5 minutes walk, a shopping street in a 1-minute walk, the room is spacious, clean and cosy, we had a balcony with a great mountain view, personnel is very friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay in this hotel next time.

Hotel was smashing - just felt a little underwhelmed as I stood waiting to check in for 5 minutes whilst I watched two staff member talking in the back office.

Similar poor experience at check out. Front desk was on the phone. That’s fine. I was acknowledgement and was happy to wait. I wasn’t happy to be forgotten when another guest came to the front desk to check out. On seeing this client appear, they put the call on hold and proceeded to check them out in front of me. Little thing I know, but it’s the little things that make a great stay just become alright.

This hotel is a little hidden gem tucked away on a back street near to some great shops, cafe’s & restaurants around rue d’antibes. It’s not flashy like the big 5* hotels on the Croisette, but I liked the fact it’s on a quiet street as I was there for work & wanted a good sleep. The rooms are spacious and really clean with big comfy beds. The front of house staff were really helpful & the waiters super friendly. There’s a pretty terrace at the back with a water feature where you can have a drink. For me the highlight was the hot tub on the roof, where you can relax and enjoy the view of cannes from the rooftop. It’s less than 10 minutes from the Croisette which is useful if you’re working at cannes festival, which I was: I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel staff is really friendly and helpfull on top of that we got upgrade! Room was really big, just renovated with free drinks and coffe mashine! I will defiantly recommend and stay there again, if rooms are available! As a present they provide white sleepers for the beach, really trendy and useful! Great job. One of the best hotel service in Cannes for my stay.

I stayed here as an inexpensive option for my stay in Cannes, while on my honeymoon. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and even opened my bottles of wine that I bought from outside when requested. There was a jacuzzi on the roof that was really nice and the hotel was a very short walk away from the beach and the promenade.

Very spacious room (we booked a twin room), good sized beds (extra long), very comfortable bed(s) and pillows. Bathroom also spacious and modern with plenty of towels. The shower cubicle with rain shower and hand shower could be a bit wider. Everything very clean. Downside is that the air conditioning is controlled from the reception area, which makes it a bit cumbersome to use; other than that no comments- the aircon is very effective and most silent so we left it on during the night too (usually we switch off the aircon at night because of the noise and draught). The hotel is located in a quiet street parallel to the main shopping street - so close to shopping without the street noise. 5mins walk from the beach and the Croisette. Breakfast buffet, or there are other options (bakeries and other serving breakfast) within 2 minutes walk, although they do not serve a buffet like the hotel does (so all in all good value for money if you're having big breakfasts). Bonus is the roof terrace; the sun loungers are of excellent quality, but the jacuzzi is somewhat redundant; a small swimming pool would have been an additional bonus. The courtyard downstairs is cosy, but we did not spend much time there. We go to Cannes every year and are planning to stay at the Best Western Le Patio again; it is our best experience so far price/value wise. Highly recommended.

This year was our first experience at Cannes Film Festival and we did not want to spend $1000+ per night as we wanted to stay a full week. We usually stay in 4-5 star hotels and I am very very picky. Back in the USA Best Western is not known as the best chain, but my friend told me in Europe that's quite different. The hotel has been refurbished from head to toe. Our room was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Bathroom was large by European standards. Hotel was quiet at nice and had a lovely garden patio. The location was absolutely fantastic. We could walk to the Croisette in 5-10 mins. You are in the heart of the best shopping street Rue de Antibes. There is a grocery market 2 mins away to stock up on water, snacks, etc. There were several good restaurants and cafes surrounding the hotel. Wifi was fast, reliable, and free. Service team was fantastic also. My only gripe would be that there was no room service or gym facility. But even that was not a big deal given all the great parts about this hotel. We will definitely stay here again next year for the festival! Very very happy with this hotel!! Thanks!

Did not meet our expectations.

We chose this hotel and the suit as the description said that it had been refurbished about 9 months ago. Superficially, the hotel is acceptable. Car parking is adequate but be very careful on narrow access ramp. Our suit (509) has been refurbished but was not an attractive decor for us. Our terrace was cut in half with a low wall. There was a large bird dropping on the hand rail on arrival and it was still there when we left after three nights. We visited in late March and the sun went from our balcony by 10am. There is no shower in this suit. It has a 150cm bath with hand shower head at the tap end, which only pulls out approx 90cm so you can only wash hair by either kneeling at the plughole end or stand out of the bath and lean over. Neither of these are acceptable. Wall between the bedroom and the small anti-room is affected by dampness and black mould. The two seats in the anti-room are heavy and could not be moved. They sit at right angles to the fixed TV screen so it is uncomfortable to watch TV. The seats are also in heavy PVC faux leather which is uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. Bed was very comfortable but the fixed shelves are for a larger bed. You have to stretch to turn off lights or put anything on the table. There were a few good restaurants close to our hotel. If we ever return, we would want to be nearer the harbour.

I was staying at St Rapahel but wanted to spend few nights in Cannes so I booked a last minute room in this hotel which was much more affordable than the fancy hotels on la corisiere street and had free internet which was important tome. I was very surprised by the size of the room (which was actually a suite), as well as the cleanliness amd comfort. The staff was amazingly friendly and very well trained and multilingual including good english.
I did not try the bar and the food to give you feedback on those.
