Easy and fast check-in, excellent reception. Hotel is very well located, just a block from the beach! Several small grocery stores around. Hotel had all necessary for us to cook or prepare a meal. They also offered breakfast for a fee but we did not use that. Overall we had an excellent stay !!

The plus points are - This hotel is in great location, having clean room and comfortable bed. Other than that, apart from the young lady who did the check in for me with polite attitude, everyone else work in reception were lack of smile, lack of response, look unhappy that was the impression for my wife and I during the 2 days we stayed.

Great find for our quick 1 night stop over in Cannes prior to flying out of Nice. Literally 3 minute walk from hotel Martinez which was 4-5 x the price. Walking distance to all the shopping. Parking was right within same building. Parking is very small and tight - not suitable for any larger vehicles. Staff friendly. Large room. Good quality thick towels. Air conditioning was very good. We didnt check out the pool or breakfast so cannot comment. They provided us with a baby crib which worked very well for us. A general note about Cannes (nothing to do w this hotel specifically): dont wear any fancy jewelry or watches when walking about.

This hotel is very old fashioned and run down. The photographs used when booking are very misleading.The room was so small you could barely walk around the bed. We couldnt bear to stay longer than 2 nights.

I mainly chose for the parking and was cheap but was far from a cheap experience the hotel is Clean. Staff friendly. Come with probably the best equipped room i seen the kitchen had, microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge, sink, hob, sink and bath, kettle and coffee machine was impressed for less than £100 a night. Ideal if your planning a longer or buisness stay

I stayed in the penthouse I loved the space it’s appropriate for my needs , one master bedroom 3 single bedrooms comparable to boat single rooms with 2 shared toilets for the boys 1double rooms for the girls on the roof, big balconys if the weather was nicer one could enjoy more it was very hot but you have a nice view of the sky , a full kitchen daily cleaning,a washing machine would have been convenient, room service is limited and not good but you can order uber eats , location is good they have a simple spa with amazing therapists I wish i had more time for it , I highly recommended this place for a family with young adults , it’s safe clean staff are nice location is good

We really enjoyed it an wish we could have stayed longer. The rooms are a good size and are very decent.
The pool and pool area was also really nice (better the the photos).
It’s a few minutes walk from the shops and the bars but the walk is very nice so if doesn’t matter.

Also you are right by the promenade which is gorgeous.

Good room location although didn't like it being an adjoining room due to noise from next door. Nice to have ability to cook but feeble cooking utensils (i.e. none). Better than expected breakfast. Staff were very friendly and some minor issues were quickly resolved.

I checked in on Oct 19 which should be low season and paid $245 a night… There was pubic hair in the shower and bathroom! I have the videos to show you if required. The room was filthy. I spoke to the receptionist and she didnt send anyone to clean it as the staff was off duty @ 6:00 pm on a Thursday. At least they could have changed my room! Anyway I checked out as soon as I woke up!

15 to 20 minutes walk to the train station.
5 minute walk to the beach.
The beach has cafes/restaurants and beach clubs.
The hotel has local shops and restaurants a few minutes walk.
Another 10 minutes walk further up the beach leads to more and more squares of restaurants etc.

BEWARE! 5 bedroom Penthouse has only 4 bedrooms!!!

We've booked the 5 bedroom penthouse for our stay in Cannes but upon arrival we've discovered that it's only a 4 bedroom penthouse (1 queen room and 3 other tiny!! rooms with double beds). The so called 5th bedroom is on a different level accessible via a staircase and it's entirely separate from the rest of the property. If it rains you'll get soaking wet getting from the penthouse to this room. It's unsuitable if you are travelling with small children. It's also has a howling sound to it so sleeping there is not an option.

The hotel management was very accommodating and they offered us an extra room which was on the same level as the penthouse but at the end of the hallway. Unfortunately this didn't work for us considering we were travelling with small children.

Otherwise the penthouse is beautiful, tastefully decorated, freshly renovated and it's in an exceptionally great location.

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, zum Teil neue Möbel im Zimmer.
Frühstück sehr gut . Nicht gemütlich aber ein super freundlicher Service.
Der Pool im Sommer sicher wichtig.
Es gibt noch eine kleine Sauna und ein Dampfbad, man kann sich einen privaten Slot buchen. Leider nur 30 Min
Es gibt eine Tiefgarage, für 19 Euro am Tag (sehr eng)
Die Lage top ! 300 Meter zur Croisset
Ein paar Restaurants und ein kleiner Minisupermarkt ums Eck.
Preis Leistung haben uns überzeugt, würden es wieder buchen.

notre séjour a été au top que ce soit l'accueil à la réception et à la gentillesse de tout le personnel pour le pdj qui était copieux et de très bonne qualité. La chambre avait tout le confort avec un petit cadeau de bievenue. Bref c'était notre troisième séjour au Nehô et nous y retournerons prochainement. Nous souhaitons également une bonne retraite à Maria;

Helt ok opphold. Generelt god service helt til sista dag. Da var hun i resepsjonen sur og var ikke service innstilt. Bassenget var ok, men det var rart at vi måtte ha både bånd og registrere oss via en sikkerhetsvakt for å få tilgang til bassenget. Rommet var av ok standard, pluss for stor TV, men minus fordi det var mugg på badet. Det var også en del støy fra de som bodde i etasjen over oss og fra gaten. Hotellet ligger sentralt i sentrum.

Nul ! Je n’y retournerais pas.
Très bon emplacement, proche du Martinez, de la plage et de la rue d’Antibes, seul point positif malheureusement si ce n’est la piscine extérieure très agréable aussi.
Nous avons eu une chambre minuscule ! Le lit entre deux murs, pour se lever du lit il fallait se lever par le bout du lit car les côtés étaient trop proches du mur.
Pas de kit de toilette (cotons tiges, cotons, bonnet de douche), pas de chausson, pas de peignoir, rien ! Nous sommes tout de même dans un 4 étoiles à Cannes !
La service de ménage est nul aussi, je suis très maniaque, très respectueuse donc jamais je ne laisserais des chaussettes sales traînées mais franchement faire un lit et y reposer mon pyjama en boule, ou changer mes serviettes mais laisser le peu de sable dans la douche ou les cheveux c’est inadmissible.
Pas de service, pas d’attentions, de petits détails qui font la différence.
C’est un NON pour mon mari et moi.
