The Hotel is a charming and eccentric hotel, very well located and impeccably clean. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and overall the experience was very positive. The only downside was the Comfort Room, which is located next to the reception and lobby, resulting in limited privacy. I would not recommend this room category. Aside from that, everything was excellent, and I would recommend.

Air conditioning not working until May, breakfast expensive €21 for basics. Tried to charge €130 upon leaving for extras. We had paid as we went each day. Took some time to get them to accept we had no charges. Boudoir you leave window open as train tracks are close by.

Staff were friendly and room was available earlier than expected. Communications before the trip as we needed one room to be a twin were easy and quick.

Nothing that that hotel can control but by the afternoon, most of the sun loungers are in the shade (August).

Bonus - the products in the room are L'Occitane, and they even provide conditioner!

Pretty quiet location until a train goes by but you soon get used to the infrequent passing. There are two supermarkets near by for supplies too, and it's a short walk to the promenade.

Location was great for exploring Cannes. Our room was excellent with views out to sea, size of room, cleanliness and amenaties all excellent. Service and breakfast great too. Only negative is that it's opposite a train line, though this didn't negatively impact our stay. Free street parking was a bonus.

Great location, a couple of minutes from the seaside, 10min walk to train station and bus stop, it is probably less if you are a fast walker :) Pleasent staff, always smiling and happy to help you if you need help with anything. The room was very clean and was a good size. We didn't have a chance to use the swimming pool neither check it out as we stayed only for a night. I would definitely stay there again if I revisit Cannes.

Cute place, not amazing concierge!

Loved our room. Spacious w a large tub & cute little deck that lead to the pool. The room had bathrobes, hairdrier, slippers, & flip-flops. The space was wonderful. The location was just off the strip (5 min walk to the beach.) What put this hotel from a 5 to a 3 for us was the really harsh response from the girl at the front desk when we asked for a bucket of ice for a bottle of bubbles we had bought from a wine shop down the street. We asked politely, got a firm no. "Because they offer wine at the hotel so they will not help us enjoy outside wine!" If I were new to hotel hopping I would have accepted this as par and not been bugged by it, however, I'm a seasoned traveler the and it's quite often that the concierge (in any country) will bring us whatever we ask for. We've asked for ice buckets, toothpaste, corkscrews, an extra chair to accommodate a visitor. We've never been told no. As a matter of fact, once a concierge opened our outside bottle of wine for us & most hotels will do whatever they can to make you feel at home. Her denial was like saying, "No you can't have an iron in your room because we have laundery service that will iron your clothes for you that you can pay for." Absurd. Accommodations were great. Service sucked. We did end up enjoying our wine the next eve. We let our wine chill in the fridge & the bar tender at the hotel let us borrow his wine key! Whoo hoo! (We did have to dispute mini bar charges since we removed a bottle of water to fit our wine)

Nice small hotel. Could do with a few improvements in the room, just silly things like the shower needs reattaching to the wall in bathroom, just small repairs. But apart from that a really lovely hotel not to far from the sea front and main town. The bed is exceptionally comfy.

Lovely boutique hotel

Great place to stay in Cannes with a vintage style, about five minutes walk from the beach and the main strip of shops and restaurants. There's a nice pool area at the back of the hotel, and a seating area at the front where you can enjoy a drink from the bar. It's small with a limited number of rooms, but if you're looking for a quiet stay in a beautiful town then it's ideal.

Close to beach, but also to noisy subway.

They put us in a room downstairs and facing the street, where the train goes by. You could hear the subway every few mins. The patio was very dirty and the bathroom shower was awkward to use and it leaked water all over the floor. The pool area and the grounds could use a little attention and maintenance. The decor was a bit tacky.

Definitely not what we were expecting, bad choice.

We were not happy in this hotel. We wonder how it has 4 stars. The shower floor doesn't have separation from the rest of the floor, and the decline is very small so the water goes all over.

The pool and garden area are old and rundown. The breakfast area is in a basement where it's difficult to go down the steps. The guy who serves the breakfast spends the time laughing loudly with young clients.
The neighborhood is not the best, with some weird people sitting in the corners.

The decor and cleanliness was good and the location is great as the hotel is close to a playground/park and to restaurants and shopping on the Croisette. Our room itself was cluttered with unnecessary furniture and so felt a bit small. The Manager on duty was not understanding or helpful generally and the hotel is right across the street from a train line which has trains passing approx every 30 mins till about midnight, which we could clearly hear from our room.

This is our second trip to LA Villa Cannes. We discovered the hotel last year and were so happy we booked as many nights as we could last year. This year we booked as many nights as we could and another couple came for part of our visit and they also were extremely happy with everything. Nice rooms, great service, extremely clean!

Delicious breakfast but pricey - located very close to the strip and beach - easy to park as we rented a car and always found street parking or parking in their front lot - rooms are small, very clean but felt snug. Great wifi. Staff isn't super friendly but were helpful..

Hotel was nice but didn't quite have the luxury we were expecting. There were no amenities in the room, such as tea making facilities, and there wasn't much of a view. Would have been nice to have a balcony to sit out on. Also the shower is very strange, the door only goes half way across so the water goes everywhere. Staff were very helpful though and it was great being so close to the beach

i never rate hotels usually but in the case i had to say this is a great boutique hotel. the area was great close to the beach and strip. free parking. the hotel was very clean, modern, friendly staff and after going to all the beaches in the south of france it was nice to sit at the hotel pool too. it was quiet private almost like our own "villa" . we liked it so much we booked another reservation for the end of the summer ...

I picked this hotel for my stay at the Film Festival, seeking a quiet place to regroup after long days of screenings. The hotel offered just that, plus a lovely atmosphere entertained by the friendly staff members. There is a café around the corner offering the relaxed Cannes vibe, and two shops across the street to get fruit or water at the end of a long day. Very close to the Miramar and the JW Marriott for different film screenings, just a refreshing walk away from the Palais du Festival, this is exactly my type of festival hotel pick. Perfect setting for writing your reviews at the end of the day. I will definitely come back!

Location gd for mipcom jr. Loved boutique feel to hotel. Room 9 location opposite the swimming pool with a little private terrace outside - great. Broadband included, really fast & no limit to devices. Staff are great. Breakfast included & acceptable. Downsides: poor attention to detail in hotel maintenance. There is a kettle (great for us brits who like tea) but no mugs tea/coffee. Fridge socket was broken with wiring exposed. Remember to turn on the heated towel rail otherwise if your towels don't dry (Oct). Wet room has no bath but shower is great. However, water does not stay contained to the shower area but drains to a pool very near the door meaning you constantly walk through a puddle. Very annoying. No demister on the mirror and design of sink area means there isn't much room for toiletries or make up. No conditioner with shampoo. Would stay again if price more competitive and they fixed the bathroom floor.

Great hotel experience

We ended up extending our stay and staying in four rooms and 3 were excellent and the fourth was not as great. Overall the hotel staff were helpful and nice. The court yard was lovely and although a bit off the Croisette was nice and quiet allowing for great nights of sleep.

Bit of a find...

Nice boutique hotel in a quiet location but still just a short walk into the heart of Cannes. Parking in the road close to the hotel was free.
We stayed for business and did not eat or drink at the hotel, but the rooms were very clean and the bed comfy.
Only drawback was the single room being "compact" and the en-suite tiny.
Easy to get to Nice airport too.

Très joli hôtel bien placé près du port de Cannes côté Palm Beach. La voie de chemin de fer passant à proximité peut gêner mais les chambres sont bien insonorisées. La vue sur le golfe et sympa et la piscine aussi. Il est assez facile de se garer dans le quartier.

Fantastic Birthday stay!

Lovely little hotel at the beginning of the Croisette, within a minute to the beach. I got an upgrade to a room with a terrace that lead right to the swimming pool. I was also very lucky to find a parking space right in front. But what absolutely overwhelmed me was the friendliness of the staff. A special thanks to Virginie and Florant who even doggy-sat my little Pom who didn’t want to go out in the heat. I definitely look forward to coming back! Loved it ❤️

Bel hôtel, accueil parfait, personnes à la réception très gentils, belle chambre mais j’ai eu une chambre au rdc devant la réception donc beaucoup de bruit, j’ai demandé de la changer plusieurs fois mais ça n’a pas été fait alors que je suis restée 4 nuits, impossible de laisser les rideaux ouverts car en dessous rideaux transparents et les personnes qui passent devant voient tout ce qu’il se passe à l’intérieur de la chambre alors toujours obscure dans la chambre, réseau qui capte très mal dans cette chambre et même pour le réseau internet... bel hôtel mais n’acceptez pas la chambre à côté de la réception...

Les chambres sont minuscules, salle de bain minuscule, qui est inondée après la douche... le wifi fonctionne très mal et peu de réception pour des opérateurs aussi bien SFR qu’orange... donc difficile d’aller sur internet. Chambre mal insonorisée, on entend les voisins se doucher 😩
Piscine minuscule... 3 ou 4 transats toujours occupé....,
Cela ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles....
Je n’y retournerai pas.

Hotel molto carino e tranquillo a pochi passi da La Croisette e dal centro. Staff molto professionale e gentile. Arredamento moderno e di design, avevamo la camera confort, non era molto grande, ma comunque confortevole e ben arredata, letto comodo. Il bagno era molto spazioso. Colazione buona con parecchia scelta. Ho apprezzato l'attenzione alle misure anti Covid-19. Parcheggi disponibili in strada gratuitamente o nel garage dell'albergo a pagamento e su prenotazione. Il giardino con la piscina è molto ben curato e molto rilassante. Se dovessi tornare a Cannes penso che tornerei volentieri in questo Hotel.

Das erste Zimmer, dass man uns geben wollte war eine Zumutung. Die Bilder auf der Buchungsplattform hat nichts mit der Kategorie des Zimmers zu tun, das Zimmer war extrem klein. Das zweite Zimmer entsprach dann allerdings den Bildern für die ursprünglich gebuchte Kategorie. Hierfür musst du mir dann allerdings tatsächlich Aufpreis direkt vor Ort bezahlen. Nicht sehr kundenfreundlich! Auch der vor ab geregelt der Parkplatz auf der eine Aussenstelle Fläche, es gebe hier genug war zu hören, war nicht vorhanden. Erst am Abreisetag gab es tatsächlich einen leeren Parkplatz den man nutzen konnte. Alles in allem sehr unbefriedigend. Am Pool gab es neun liegen für alle Zimmer zusammen, eine davon war defekt. Überhaupt Stellten wir mehrere bauliche Mängel fest, auch die Sauberkeit der Anlage und der allgemeinen genutzten Räumlichkeiten war nicht immer zufrieden stellend. Und als Krönung hat man dann noch alle 20 Minuten einen Zug, der in wenigen Metern Entfernung vorbei rauscht… Entsprechend die Geräuschkulisse ist vorhanden.

Hotel de passage

Hotel à 300 m de la Croisette, en face de la ligne de chemin de fer. Hotel classé en categorie 4 étoiles, surprenant par la dimension de la chambre que nous occupions, vue sur cour. Surpris que les chambres ne soient pas faîtes pour 13h pour un 4 étoiles,literie fatigué, portes qui claquent vers 2 h du matin. petit dejeuner moyen
