We didn’t book breakfast as we had stayed in the past and it wasn’t good. Check in staff were efficient and friendly. Room cleaning is excellent and happens daily except Wednesday / Sunday. However we eventually had to strip our own bed after one week of the sheets not being changed. We were there for 10 days. The view was reasonable over the resort and pool. We find this hotel to be very good value for money and noticed that a Saturday night stay can be more than double that of other nights. We have stayed at this hotel 4 times now and choose it when we are looking for a decent good value stay. The room size is good, shower pressure excellent but kitchen & fridge is small for self catering. Could benefit from a toaster. Coffee maker & kettle is a bonus. Poolside & jacuzzi is very nice. Most coaches for drop off and pick up cannot get right to the hotel door so note that you require to walk uphill for a few minutes. Taxis are quick and easy from the resort amenities and since the hotel is uphill we use them a lot averaging just 5 euros per trip.

La verdad me gustó muchísimo el ambiente del hotel. Pero que no me allá gustado es que no hay donde aparcar es una agonía espantansa, nunca hubo un espacio para poder e aparcar y siempre estube pendiente, dure 1 hora buscando en el momento que llegue de 2 a 3 y no me tocó de otra que aparcarmen en frente del hotel y me lleve una multa. Entraba alas 3 y la cafetería es hasta las 4, tuve q volver a salir en el coche a comprar algo para comer mientras llegaba la hora de la cena. Y que no te dejan consumir absolutamente nada que no compres en la cafetería. Pero es que si no está abierto después de las 4 y vienes llegando. No tiene lógica. Eso de entrada no me gustó! Pero del resto muy tranquilo, la habitación limpia y las áreas comumes. Me gustaría regresar Pero me lo pensaría por el aparcamiento, no quisiera agregarle a la estadía otra multa más 😔. La recepcionista muy amable.

Very good hotel - friendly staff and excellent standards of cleanliness. Modern decor and the pool and jacuzzi were great. Good access to the beach down some steps (about 150 haha) which were also a good daily workout to counteract the extra holiday calories! They also offer a daily special cocktail at 5.50 euros which was always excellent and such a good price!

They have a notice up re not reserving sunbeds however during our stay the same faces reserved the same beds every day, even before the sun was at the pool. There are more than plenty to go around but I suppose there’s just no stopping some people😊

We have been to Puerto Rico before but have not actually stayed in it so it was great to explore and see what the area has to offer. Highly recommend Golden Beach down on the promenade for breakfast, lunch and cocktails!! El Toro in the centre was great for dinner. Lovely coastal walk to Amadores where you will get the best sunset views.

Not good if you are a smoker

Very modern, very clean. Tiny balcony which you can't smoke on. Nowhere did I read that smoking isn't permitted on your balcony which isn't good as you have to go to the very top floor or bottom pool to smoke. It should be personal choice!

We have stayed here several times and is always excellent. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment this time as there were no studios. We prefer the studios as they are much bigger. But the apartments are modern, clean and bright. The shower pressure is excellent. Plenty of hot water. The WiFi is brilliant too. And it's lovely and peaceful. There are no negatives, which is why we have stayed several times.

We initially booked for 3 nights but stayed for 5! This place is excellent. We literally cannot find a fault. Big apartments. Brilliant air con. Spotlessly clean. Staff are lovely from check in at reception to all the cleaners etc. Rooftop terrace is perfect for sunbathing. Pool area lovely too. Excellent WiFi that allowed us to run our IPTV box. We have been here before and we will definitely be back again soon. Thankyou to the whole team for a fantastic 5 days. 👍

Excellent value for money, staff were polite and helpful. We were self catering and we did not eat at the hotel so I cannot comment on the food but the cocktails were great. The roof terrace was relaxing and it was kept clean. If I was to visit this area again I would stay here.

The apartments are very clean, cleaners come almost everyday to make/ change beds, clean up, replace towels/ toliet roll. The breakfast was good and always filled up. Staff are very friendly.
The sun reaches the side that these apartments are located on abit later in the morning/ afternoon.

Breakfast had a good choice and we enjoyed the omelettes. Happy hour was great although we ate there for lunch the first day which was poor. Food came quickly and served cold but it could have been an off day
Steps down to beach didn’t take long although walk back up could be challenging if you have mobility issues but plenty of taxis around.

Having stayed here a few times over the past 2 years we were a little disappointed that they have started to cut costs on the breakfast - very limited selection of continental compared to previous visits. The hot food was of lower quality, smaller omelettes and often not very warm - this let the hotel down this time.

The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The cleaning is good, although for a 4* hotel should be daily not 5 days.

The swimming pool is pleasant and adequate amounts of seating around it and on roof.

Overall still a nice hotel but not sure would pay the supplement for the food offering at breakfast as it wasn’t as good as previous visits.

Everywhere was spotlessly clean, staff friendly and helpful, facilities great.
Shame that the hot tubs were out of order for our stay but we were able to use the one at the hotel next door.

This hotel is definitely one of the best in Puerto Rico, modern, clean and very friendly staff.

There are 2 buildings next to each other, the hotel and then the apartment building which we were in. Both have there own pools, which are a medium size and roof terrace with hot tubs. The apartment itself has small cooking area.

Apartment was clean, big balcony and modern. It would be good to have 2 pillows rather than 1 and noise can be heard from rooms above. We were second floor, id ask not to be ground floor as they are next to public pool.

The resort is on a hill and its 170 steps to the beach which is a slog on the way up. It would be good to have an onsite shop rather than carrying 5 litre bottles of water up a hill.

Based on other properties we seen this is by far one of the better looking ones

Clean new modern and bright, ikea minimalist in fact a little sparse where utensils and crockery come in so not advisable for making meals, ok for snacks, and breakfast but we are out at night, towels not very big so may have to either bring your own or ask for more and only one thin pillow that you can use but I used the cushion off the sofa as my second pillow, now then one big problem was no curtains in our room, a thin drop down roller blind over the patio door which let light flood in straight into the bedroom which had no door, we were both wide awake every morning at about 4/5am not from daylight but the hundreds of lights from the other side of the valley, the small pool was lovely and warm but the larger pool was freezing, did not eat but bought drinks from the bar which were reasonable, the staff are very polite and have us a courtesy room on check out, Puerto Rico commercial centre is huge and has so many bars and restaurants, quantity over quality though, we thought the best places to eat were down by the beach, would not return purely down to lack of sleep and neither of us were keen on the area but for a cheap week of sunshine it's fine. We paid 865 pounds sterling for a week over Christmas in a 1 bed 1st floor apartment, no food included

Dejligt hotel som ligger tæt på byen og strand. Det ligger lidt oppe ad en bakke men den er ikke så stejl så det var ok. Værelset var lækkert indrettet med et lille te-køkken og køleskab og så var der rigtige dyner. Hotellet havde en god pool og et godt område med liggestole. Vi fandt også ud af at der var et område med liggestol på taget hvor man kunne ligge indtil solen kom frem ved poolen. Vi var meget tilfreds med hotellet.

Det är ett trestjärnigt i skandinaviska mått mätt. Stort rum, hotellet är nyrenoverat men det finns inga taolettprodukter förutom en rosa sörja som tvål o i dusch. Man får ej röka på sin balkong. Personalen i baren är definitivt inte intresserade av att sälja för de vare sig dukar bort eller frågar om beställningar på det lilla poolområdet.

Flott hotell med fin beliggenhet. Fine rom med gode senger og flott utsikt. Grei avstand til alt.
Mange trapper ned til stranden kan by på en utfordring om man er dårlig til beins. Hyggelige ansatte og rent og pent. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

We didn’t get the room we booked. At first they said at the reception “tomorrow”. The day after they said “Friday” which was a few days later. When I wanted a compensation, we had to stay at the room, we didn’t book.
We got a measly €100 as compensation which in my eyes didn’t compensate our booked room, which was €100 each more expensive, the annoyance and the lesser privacy! No apology what so ever.
