The whole place needs a good lick of paint. Internet didn't work. Toaster blew the electrics. It is so neglected. Didn't see one member of staff at all, even on check in. It was help yourself in a key lock thing. Such a shame as there is potential there

We asked the day before about how to get to the apartment. No answe. Told them when we arrive. But called them for an hour and no answer. Followed what we got from them and called the number no answer. We had a child with us that was really tired so very disappointed. We will not book here again.

Overall this property is old and needs upgrading. No reception, only facility is the pool.The checkin method of finding a keybox was unexpected, allso not mentioned when I first booked.I found it difficult being guided in the poor light, by a person whose english wasn't the best.

Staff were excellent very pleasant and helpful. However long wait and queues to get into restaurant spoil the dining experience. They would not let you in until they went away and set a table. This happened with every group. As a consequence of the long wait often the coffee machines were switched off at 10 even though we had been waiting. Just a twerk of the system woul make it much more pleasurable.

Have been here before. Nice apartment but not everything of what was promised to be there, existed; as a coffemaker and a TV in funktion. Also was the apartment not fully equipped for 3 persons (which we had paid for); for example did we have to fight for a week to get a third balcony chair. The same thing relating to an extra key to the apartment.
On the other hand, was the daily cleaning of the apartment excellent done.
We could live with those shortcomings, but were very stressed not to be able to come in contact with the owner (Riosol/Riversun), when we 3 days before arrival tried to get confirmation of our booking. They didn’t answeer our questions on Homeaway’s website. That is a problem which makes us doubtful if we dare to book through Homeaway in the future.

Nice room with a good view. Apart from the pool there are no facilities at this hotel. Reception was never open and all interaction was with the sister hotel next door.

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf! De kamer was heel goed schoon, net appartement met ruim balkon. Winkelcentrum met veel restaurantjes tegenover de ingang en een zwembad waar je heerlijk kan genieten van het zonnetje. Wij zijn helemaal tevreden!

Hyggelige og rene leiligheter. Mye trapper, men kan bruke heisene. Like i nærhet av butikker og restauranter. Men skal du ned til strand eller sentrum er det 30-40 min. å gå, oppoverbakker tilbake. Ingen bussforbindelse kun drosjer.

Flott sted, litt langt unna periferien, må ta taxi til stand og tilbake da det ligger høyt oppe på fjellet. Litt miskommunikasjon ifht innsjekking. Stod at innsjekking er på hotellet Riosol det stemmer ikke. Man må ringe et tlf nummer som står på døra på Apartamentos og få en kode til å låse opp nøkkelboksen, for å få hentet nøkkelen. Fantastisk utsikt og renholdet er veldig bra.

Dejligt ophold trods nedslidt lejlighed
Monteparaiso har en fantastisk beliggenhed med en dejlig udsigt og en fin pool. Selve lejligheden trænger i høj grad til en renovering. Det hele fremtræder nedslidt, og især badeværelset, som havde en grim lugt fra afløbet. Brusehovedet kunne ikke sidde fast i holderen, men det blev fikset. Toilettet løb, hvis man ikke var meget omhyggelig med at trykke på flush-knappen. Belysningen i lejligheden var iskold, nærmest uhyggelig. En enlig pære hang over spisebordet. Vi havde terrasse, og den var fin med formiddagssol. Vi nød opholdet på trods af manglerne. Vi var ikke meget indendøre. Meget venlige mennesker i receptionen på Riosol, hvor vi checkede ind og ud.

No me gustó porque habia mucho ruido, personas haciendo fiestas a las 2 de la mañana y el personal de recepción no hacia caso, tuvimos que llamar 4 veces para que vinieran a llamarles la atención. Estuvimos 1 dia sin agua caliente, habian cagadas de ratón por los muebles de la cocina y muchas cucarachas. Lo único bueno fue el trato del personal de limpiezas, por lo demás, todo muy mal. De fianza te cobran 150€ cuando el apartamento estaba echo un asco.

Al llegar me pedían una fianza de 150€, la cual no aboné, dado que al realizar la reserva debes indicar los datos de la tarjeta bancaria y cabe destacar que en las condiciones de la reserva tampoco informaban sobre entregar una fianza.
En el comprobante de la reserva, así como también lo indica la pagina web, la salida es a las 12:00, nos hicieron abandonar las instalaciones a las 10:00. En varias ocasiones intenté contactar con el alojamiento por teléfono y no fue posible, también les envíe correos electrónicos y nunca recibí respuesta. El personal de la recepción no es agradable con el trato al cliente.

Flott resepsjon og bassengområde osv. men liten og gammel leilighet. Veldig enkelt. Langt å gå til rommet etter innsjekking og masse trapper. Tungt å løfte koffertene opp og ned.
Hotellet ligger for øvrig helt øverst oppe i fjellene, tar cirka 17 minutter å gå ned til sentrum. Anbefaler leiebil.

El apartamento realmente tiene una ubicación de lujo, para lo que cuesta está bien, pudieran actualizar el mobiliario y por lo menos poner unos ventiladores en la habitación y ajustar el costo de la habitación de acuerdo a los cambios positivos, lo salva q al frente hay un Hiperdino expréss si no no podrían cobrar mucho, si lo recomiendo pero también recomiendo invertir un dinero para mejorar las instalaciones, la piscina buena pero le falta actualizarla.
Otra cosa importante es que deberían bajar el precio por los puestos de estacionamiento por día para q sea más accesible y si colocan una cafetería en donde está la recepción para ofrecer unos bocadillos y café y por supuesto unas cervezas les genera un dinero adicional interesante.
El baño está impecable y muy bonito, se ve que le hicieron esos cambios recientemente, si lo recomiendo, y si volvería a ir.

Bodde på hotellet i 14 dager. Fikk først et rom der det krydde av småmaur på bad og kjøkken. Solen forsvant på terrassen klokka to på dagen. Kjøkkenet var svært dårlig utstyrt. Vannkoker i uorden og det manglet bestikk, nedslitte senger. Klaget på dette i resepsjonen. Ble derfor tilbudt et annet rom som var bedre utstyrt med litt mer sol. Men her fikk vi oss en annen overraskelse. Vi var langt ifra alene i leiligheten fordi det krydde av små og store kakerlakker på bad,kjøkken og soverom. Etter mitt syn burde hotellet blitt stengt og helsetilsynet koblet inn.. Betalte over 17000 kr for 14 dager. Vi vidste vi kom ned til en lejlighed af ældre dato. Toilet og bad var i fin stand og med stik til el artikler i rummet. Køkken/al rum var ok der manglede dog skærebræt i køkken. Køleskab med lille frys et stort plus. Sovesofa med udtræksseng under til ungerne fungerede fint. Fin lille terrasse med morgensol og til hen midt på eftermiddagen

Første kvelden ble vi møtt av kakkelakker på soverommet, lite hyggelig. Sa i fra om dette, fikk insektspray,men det hjalp veldig lite.. sofaen i oppholds rommet har sett sine bedre dager,måtte ha vaktmesteren til og snekker den sammen. Synd vi bodde dær i fjor. Blir nokk desverre ikke flere ganger.

Hotellet var helt ok. Man må huske på at det ligger helt øverst i dalen og mye trapper å gå i for å komme ned til stranden . Ligger rett over Europasenteret og dette senteret er et lite fint og koselig senter. God mat og hyggelig atmosfære . Men det bildet som ligger i annonsen der man ser bassenget , det er kun fra noen leiligheter du ser det. Ellers helt ok og koselig hotell.

En suosittele liikuntaesteisille vaikkakin hissit on. Osa palveluista viereisessä hotellissa. Kaupat ja ravintolat ihan vieressä. Das Hotel liegt ca. 30min entfernt von 2 Stränden auf einem Berg. Wenige Minuten entfernt sind mehrere Einkaufsläden, Bars und Restaurants lokalisiert. Unser Apartment hatte seitlichen Meerblick, die Ausstattung und die Größe war für den Preis mehr als gut. Ein großes Lob an die Reinigungskräfte, die eine vorzügliche Arbeit geleistet haben! Wir würden das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen!
