we noticed alot of rooms had very little sun on the balcony's, our room (301) had no sun at all. In the summer months that would be ok but in January the mornings and evenings are quite chilly so the apartment stayed cold and we needed blankets on top of the quilt on the bed at night. We found the mattress very firm after our first night so asked reception for a mattress topper which was sorted and made the bed more comfortable. Some places we have stayed in had aircon which you could change to heat but that is not the case in these apartments. The property and our room was well maintained and very clean, all staff were very welcoming.

Overall, the stay was satisfactory, but there are several points worth noting:

The property’s condition reflects its construction year (1996), which is visible in the overall facilities.
Distances to beaches listed in the description are inaccurate:
• Amadores Beach: advertised as 0.9 km / 10 min walk, but actually 1.5 km and about 27 min walk.
• Puerto Rico Beach: advertised as 1.2 km / 14 min walk, but actually 1.8 km and about 30 min walk.
The advertised 24/7 gym is only available for an extra fee.
Breakfast was modest and costs €12.50 per person (not €10 as stated).
The washing machine contained damp towels left by previous guests.
Kitchen lacks basics like salt, sugar, oil, etc., so plan accordingly.
Pool water is quite cold (around 20°C).

Really enjoyed my stay at Vista Amadores! The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen, powerful shower and a fantastic view from the balcony. Pool area was also spotless and it wasn't too busy, although there were only a few working parasols for the number of sunbeds available.
Staff were excellent and friendly. Easy walk to the Europa Centre for restaurants and a supermarket. A slightly longer walk downhilll to the beach but there is also a daily shuttle from the apartments too.
Sunset is not to be missed! Would happily stay again!

Great apartment has everything you need for a self catered holiday, was pretty quiet most of the time we were there and very quiet in an evening. Has friendly helpful staff. Not far from shops but a bit of a walk down and back up from the beach if you’ve any mobility issues. There is a hotel bus a few times during the day. Taxi from beach was only €4.
Restaurants in nearby shopping centre(less than 10mins round the corner) are ok. Nothing fancy. All reasonably priced. Few lovely places to visit around the wider area.

Studio was lovely but unfortunately room 508 is beneath some very noisy air conditioning/filter units which run all night and sound like a plane getting ready for take off. View was fabulous and is the only reason we didn't request a room change.

Really enjoyed my stay. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. The views were magnificent and the pool area was kept very clean. It was mostly always quiet which I loved. For those who are feeling fit the walk back from the beach is a really hood workout (so long as you avoid the otters part of the day and have no bags). Would recommend and I would stay here again.

A great property with everything you could possibly need in the apartment. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly reception staff, always helpful and solved the couple of small issues. We didn't use the beach shuttle bus as we had a car and I'm glad we did for exploring the island. Ate good food in the restaurant upstairs too.

I stayed at Vista Amadores with mum for a long weekend, and it was lovely! The room was exactly as it appeared in the pictures, and we had a gorgeous view of the ocean from our living room. Less than a 20 minute walk from the beach, the supermarket and the nearest bus stop, as well as only a 5 minute walk from a variety of restaurants. Despite all of this, the area was still very quiet. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend, and look forward to staying again in the future.

The hotel is located on a mountain with a beautiful view of the beach. The rooms are large and comfortable. Everything you need for rest and cooking is there, with the exception of washing powder. On the downside: upon arrival we were offered the wrong room that we chose on hotels.com, we changed it and still there was no coincidence with what we paid for. Breakfasts were for a weak C grade.Cockroaches were laying in the shared corridor for all three days of our stay. The apartment has never been cleaned in three days A We were offered parking on the street where we can find a place.

Club Vista was a twenty minute uphill walk from the beach but there is a shuttle service every hour. On the other hand this meant we had a fantastic view of the beach from our apartment balcony. We stayed in early June and and getting into the outside swimming pool was like stepping into a warm bath. THe apartment was huge, in very good condition and equipped with virtually everything you could need. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Fantastic view, fantastic rooms, great balcony and balcony furniture quality, hair dryer was great, great pool, pool temperature was great, nice staff.

Honestly, the only downside seemed to be the air con got a bit weak in the evening and night when we were trying to sleep, (we asume its because at the night everybody is home and thus having to spread its power into all the rooms) and the beds were a bit hard, still slept decently.

I loved that all rooms had a sea view, and that there was a washing machine!
The location was great as it was quiet but then a short taxi ride away was Puerto Rico if we wanted something more lively.

The only complaint would be that the coffee and tea wasn’t replenished but that’s the only thing. I would definitely return as the complex was outstanding

Apartment with lovely coastal view

Lovely apartment with comfortable bed and good living /dining kitchen area. The balcony is spacious and has 2 loungers and table and chairs for 4. Lovely views of the bay and beach from the apartment.
It is on a steep hill but if you have a car or like walking then it is fine.However the property run a shuttle bus service to and from the beach several times a day. It is an easy walk via the coastal promenade to Puerto Rico.

Property is quiet, with well equipped apartments (even down to a washing machine in each room although lacking an oven/grill if wanting to cook in your apartment) and nicely located if u are planning on having a car to explore the island, it is quite a walk (uphill on return) to the beach if on foot though. Expedia show this property as having free parking and while this is true there is only about 10 on-site spaces available for a €20 refundable deposit, though there is plenty on the street outside the hotel. Our main issue is that it is listed as a 4 star property on Expedia while the hotel themselves say on their website and at the hotel that it is actually 3 star which is slightly misleading. Would would return again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week , and got a great deal through Expedia. Hotel is very clean and everyone who works There were so helpful and friendly. The hotel room was clean and spacious. Amazing view from the balcony made the stay even better.
Only thing was there were a few very small coachroaches and a bigger one on the kitchen counter. I understand in the Canary Islands is that is probably common in most hotels but we did get a fright!

Great Place ideal for families

Brilliant place to stay. The hotel is very clean and provided us with a great base for a 7 day holiday with an 8 and 11 year old. The pool area is great for kids and adults and ours were always up ready to start at 9am. We hired a car so we could get around and the Amadores beach was one of the best we visited.
It's a 30 minute walk downhill from the hotel so keep this in mind if you are taking young kids but we managed no problem...get the kids motivated at the bottom of the hill with an Ice cream from the spar. Or take the car half way down and park in the area just before the Spar.
Overall a perfect holiday we will definitely be back.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the beach

The 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms divided by the living space & balcony made for a great 10 day stay with my husband & 2 teenagers. There was a welcome pack of snacks, tea, coffee, milk & sugar as well as washing up liquid, sponges & cloth on arrival. The cleaner also left dishwasher tablets & a clean tea towel each visit (every day except Thursday & Sunday).Towels and beach towels are provided & can be changed at reception if you need a clean one before the cleaner arrives, there's also plenty of hand soap, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. Our balcony overlooked the beach which was lovely to watch as we ate breakfast. The staff were very helpful when our teenagers locked our keycard in the room! The pool area was clean & tidy with plenty of sunbeds to choose from. The hotel is situated towards the top of the hill so about 10 minutes walk up to restaurants, bars & shops and 15 minutes down ( but 20 minutes or more back up) to the beach & all of it's restaurants, bars & shops, there is a bus service provided by the hotel to the beach & back but as we hired a car we didn't use it. we managed to find parking relatively close to the hotel each time we needed it. Overall a great location, very clean & great amenities, I would definitely go back & recommend it.

This is a perfect hotel overlooking the bay! The hotel 'room' was about the size of a 1-bedroom flat in London! It had all the amenities and kitchen appliances so if you plan to cook on your vacation, you have the option to do so :) We had breakfast included and it was decent. Quiet location, approx. 15 min. on foot downhill to the Amadores beach. On the way back you can take a taxi for 3.5 Euros. Close to nearby Puerto Rico, you can walk on the promenade from the beach or take a taxi. More choices of restaurants, bars and water sport options can be found there. 10 min. away there is a shopping center with a large supermarket. The center consists of pubs and restaurants British style and mostly British tourists can be found there. Very clean area, well maintained greenery. Highly recommended!

We stayed in Club Vista Amadores for one week. It was perfect from start to finish. The apartment was spotless and was cleaned 5 days out of the 7. The location is good but up high on the hill. The apartments are a 15 minute walk to the beach and we got a taxi back for only €2.60. The nightlife in Amadores is very quite this time of the year but Puerto Rico is only a 20 minute walk from the apartments. The pool is lovely and there is a beautiful view of the beach from it. We had a lovely welcome from the lady receptionist. She could not have been more helpful. We really enjoyed our week and would recommend.

A great little hotel nestled into the hills above Amodores. The hotel was well built and small and very quiet. The whole Amadores atmosphere is quiet and calm and only a stones throw from Peurto Rico if you wanted a busier time and nightlife.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are excellent and very nicely built. Recommended to all.

Størrelsen på leiligheten var grei, men det var veldig kaldt der om kveldene da det var fliser på alle rom . Fikk låne varmeovn i reseptsjonen , så det var bra . Var misforfornøyd med beliggenheten da det var nesten ikke sol på terrrassen . Det kom litt ytterst på terrassen i 4 -5 tiden på ettermiddagen , men ingen formiddags sol .

Hyvin siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli ylhäällä mäen päällä, upeat näkymät Amadoresin rannalle! Alas Puerto Ricon keskustaan on pitkä matka, mutta lähellä on ostoskeskus, josta saa kaiken tarpeellisen, taksi PR:n keskustaan 3/2024 maksoi 6,85 € suuntaansa.

Hotellissa pääsee liikkumaan esteettömästi, ei ole turhia rappuja (paitsi ravintolaan 4 porrasta) ja pitkiä käytäviä.

Keittiö on erittäin hyvin varustettu, huoneisto on kotoisa ja tilava, parveke on iso.

Siivous päivittäin, paitsi torstaina ja sunnuntaina.

Suurimman plussan saa ehdottomasti iso uima-allasalue,jossa on riittävästi aurinkotuoleja. Uima-allas on iso ja vesi lämmitetty.

Ainoastaan ravintola on pieni pettymys, tarjonta on niukkaa, mutta tarkoitus lienee, että hotellivieraat tekevät itse ruokansa.

Vahva suositus yksinmatkustavalta mummoihmiseltä!

Havde et fantastisk ophold på 16 dage. Flot lejlighed, fantastisk terrasse, godt køkken.
Rent og pænt. Hyggelig og kompetent service. Meget professionelt.
En del larm fra vejen og spillestedet på den anden side af vejen - eller også kan man se på det som et livligt bagtæppe 😊. Stille om natten.
Træningrummet er ikke det rum, der er billede af. Det var skuffende. Gammelt, nedslidt, med hul i loftet. Mangelfulde redskaber. Håber at dette bliver shinet op, da mange gæster brugte det.
Som solorejsende kvinde, fandt jeg hotellet godt og sikkert at være på. Jeg kommer gerne igen (især hvis træningsfaciliteterne bliver bedre)

\"Serene Escape with Breathtaking View

We found the accommodation to be very nice, with excellent service and a fantastic pool. However, the highlight for us was definitely our wonderful room with a view over the sea. The apartment hotel was equipped with a kitchen that had the most essential items, so while it wasn't suitable for preparing elaborate dinners, it worked perfectly for simpler meals. The area is located quite a distance from the beach, meaning that a car is necessary for getting there, or if you're up for a challenge, the steep uphill walk provides a good workout. There are also a few good restaurants nearby if you're looking for something tasty to eat.

If you want to go to Puerto Rico, you'll need to take a taxi, which can be a bit of a challenge as it takes quite a long time to get a taxi up to the top where the hotel is located. It's important to be proactive and flag down a taxi that's on its way out. The price is somewhat high and can vary from time to time.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, especially due to the excellent service, the fantastic pool, and the magnificent view from our room. While the location may pose some challenges, the amenities and the overall experience made it a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Mycket nöjda med vår vistelse!

Vi var mycket nöjda med boendet. Fina lägenheter med gott om plats. Sängarna sköna. Poolen var uppvärmd och bra, inte så mycket folk så lätt att få plats. Gymet kan behöva en liten uppfräschning. Nära till mataffärer, en bit till stranden och ligger högt upp, dock finns shuttie bus (som inte går så ofta) men taxi är inte så dyrt. Lugnt och skönt boende med vacker utsikt. Mycket nöjda med vår vistelse!
