This fantastic apartment hotel is situated in Puerto Rico de Gran Canaria, between the beaches of Amadores and Puerto Rico and with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. A daily local bus service provides access to both beaches and to the main centre of town, which is around 1.
5 km away. The Europa shopping centre is, however, only 100 metres away and features plenty of shops, restaurants and bars.
The island's capital, Las Palmas, is approximately 60 km away, and Gran Canaria Airport is roughly 45 km from the accommodation. This apartment hotel comprises a total of 116 one- and two-bedroom apartments.
The building surrounds the swimming pool area, meaning that parents must keep their children under close supervision whilst relaxing at the complex. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe and currency exchange facilities.

Eden Roc always provides an exceptional stay. The staff is amazing. Christopher at the front desk provided elite customer service not only during check in but continued to do so during my entire stay. The concierge Joao always goes above and beyond for me. Ray (Ramon) at the pool was very sweet and provided excellent service. The propery is well kept, very clean, gorgeous views, and the location is perfect.

My daughter and I stayed here for her 18th birthday weekend. The entire staff was absolutely awesome. They began reaching out to me days in advance and helped me with resources to have the room decorated upon our arrival. Everyone we interacted with from valet, check-in and staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was clean with a perfect view of the ocean. The access to the beach and the staff there was really nice too. The Eden Roc is now the only place I'll stay while visiting Miami.

Resort was preparing for a large company buyout of entire resort on the weekend after my stay. However my stay was impacted by large equipment, putting up signage, moving furniture and bringing new furniture and setups with tons of workers crawling around, pools shutdown 2 days of my stay-- the bottom pool had no seats as they were setting up a stage for this event. This was my worst stay ever. Normally, I hav a great time however this stay I felt like an unwanted guest.
My intentions were to relax at resort but ended up making plans to do things outside of resort.
My recommendation would be to just shutdown for 2-3 days and pass the cost on to the Company buying out the resort instead of making your guests suffer & pay for those prep days!

Was given the wrong room, paid for a view and eventually changed. Paid for breakfast and it was not up to standard with a pretty limited choice.
The pools were closed due to a conference being held there so we could use them, we were not informed this when booking our stay.

Staff was excellent. Rooms were very spacious. (Tip: ask for a room above the 4th floor as our view was blocked by rooftop AC units.) Grounds were immaculate. Beach cabanas were worth every penny.
Only downfall was that they were setting up for a conference so the pool was closed and we weren’t able to use the complimentary bikes. While the hotel was a five star hotel, we felt like we were staying in a convention center with the conference set up and branding everywhere. I’d assume this is not common but it totally changed our experience.

This is a very large luxury hotel that seems ideal for businesspeople & corporate events. There were many such events happening during our 4 night stay. It is not an intimate or boutique experience. The staff are very professional. We stayed in an higher end oceanfront one-bedroom corner suite.
Positives included a very large and clean room with floor to ceiling windows, a lovely balcony and magnificent views of the ocean; spacious bathrooms; fast and efficient elevators; a delicious fruit platter laid on for our arrival; delicious gelato at Cafe Ines.

A very big conference hotel aka we could not use any amenities during our stay. Please check or inquire if an event or buyout is happening prior to staying here, or you may end up paying to stay in a hotel that’s unusable. Management refunded us our resort fees but it was still disappointing that this wasn’t disclosed in advance that all pool decks would be closed.

Something is going on at Eden Roc, I've stayed here, as has my partner, several times, this time the stay was overpriced, the team on site just couldn't be bothered (all of them), Front of House at Check in was great, but from Derek onwards it went downhill quick, Valet was so bad they refunded us the charges, the restaurants closed early every night of our stay, everything was insanely expenses and not of the level it felt worth it.
The suite however was stunning, the view, beautiful, the gym is more than serviceable, just needs a huge uplift in staff attitude.

We arrived at 4 PM and we were told our room is unavailable and couldn’t check into our room until 6 PM. One of the mattresses in our room was broken (very slanted downward) and while the staff did replace the mattress, the next day had a request this was a very surprising condition of the bed given the price we were paying for the room! We were also able to hear a noise transmitted through the wall from the room next-door (their TV was on).

The only thing that was good was my masseuse. When I arrived, they just left me in the locker’s with no tour, no sandals (used my own), no instructions. I truly wanted to just relax with tea before my treatment and had no idea there was an entire lounge downstairs with hot tea and comfortable lounge area. I waited upstairs near the jacuzzi and cold plunge. Also it looks like they had a huge rush and everything was a mess.

What can I say. They know hospitality. There was a private extremely large corporate event happening as we were checking in so things were a bit chaotic but you would never know it. Things went smoothly and they even upgraded our room with a view. The room was stunning with a large balcony. The bed was BEYOND comfy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. P. S there is a city parking lot right next door if you are traveling in an oversized vehicle like we were.

We had an amazing stay. Right from the valet on entry to the reception staff, the staff at the breakfast buffet and the attendings at the pool and beach were exceptional. The room was amazing and the amenities just as advertised. The breakfast buffet was great and this hotel is friendly for families and for partying with world class restaurants located at a stone’s throw (Nobu on site and the Hakkasan next door). Would come back here again when visiting Miami Beach.

Upon my arrival in the 11PM hour due to the storm, there was a full club happening in the lobby. Loud and overwhelming. I was given a room off a very sketchy hallway on the first floor and the key did not work. I went and forth to the front desk (exhausted) THREE times…still didn't work. Then they say “security” would be let me in and bring back my key…which sounds anything but secure to a female solo traveler. Front desk finally called a manager who found. Room on a higher floor. Finally in room at almost midnight. Key worked but room was hot, AC didnt work, bathroom was dingy (see tub) & I have no clue what they were doing to fire alarm (see pic). Asked for one your late check-out in the AM and Christian at front desk was rude, would not give me a chance to ask my question or explain. Just condescending & a no. Asked for a supervisor who clear was more senior and after listening to my need immediately changed my check-out. Rude front desk, dated room. Skip Eden Roc. Stay on Nobu side.

This is a very nice hotel on Indian Beach. The room is very spacious. The food at the restaurant is good and there’s plenty of amenities. The service from the staff could have been better, the pool staff and restaurant staff seemed disgruntled. The bathroom in the room had a broken lever on the shower and seemed a little outdated but the place is nice and clean. Great option for a nice stay in Miami.
