This Isn’t a hotel, it's mostly privately owned apartments and predominantly residential. It's all about what the residents want, not tourists. The rules are ridiculously strict. The man who checked me in was wonderful but it was downhill after that. I asked for the bed to be changed in under their strict 7 days, the receptionist was very rude to me. Ridiculous in a hot climate. The only facility is the pool area and it's very run down. The beds are horrible. Restaurant was always empty, probably as so expensive. It's a separate entity to the hotel. Location is fabulous.

Loved the location, apartment we had was amazing (view, facilities, etc.), grounds were lovely & well kept, pool was nice but I did see areas where the decking could be improved (although nothing that bothered us), restaurant was nice but more expensive than local places, bar staff were very friendly, really could do with a pool bar or opening the bar to the right of the restaurant entrance (seemed like a pizza oven was located there), there were beds available beside the pool throughout the day (never an issue). We had a fab 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment with lovely kitchen and huge terrace with a beautiful pool. Would recommend to others & we would return again. Front desk staff were helpful, house-cleaning staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. Maintenance were helpful too (we needed them to open our safe and fix a loud ceiling fan), nothing was too much trouble.

Fabulous location right on the doorstep of Amadores Beach. Rooms were bright and spacious with an amazing kitchen with dishwasher and american style fridge. Spa shower and bath. Lovely pool with jacuzzi. Our only negative comment was the lack of pool side bar for refreshments. But highly recommended overall.

Lovely apartment and staff but the maintenance man just didn’t understand that the safe and air con wasn’t working. Had to take our passports everywhere and one room was constantly hot. No amenities like restaurant (only a very expensive one)

The appartment and location is amazing. The staff couldnt be more helpfull. Such a relaxed place.you have everything you need down on the beach such as restraunts and shops. The pool is good keeps the kids happy. Only downfall is the decking around the pool it could do with an upgrade. Overall tho an amazing place to stay. Glad i am coming back in july. Would defo recommend.

We enjoyed dining out at the restaurant AQui and the live entertainment. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The goodies of sweet treats, tea, milk and water were a nice added touch. The gardens were lovely. Enjoyed our two night stay.

Deluxe room with private pool
Myself and my wife have being to Canary Islands loads of times over the past few year. We stayed in Puerto Rico all the time but would always walk to amadores cause it’s a magical place, so this year we went all out and got a deluxe room with a private pool and a huge balcony, couldn’t fault the place to be honest, we got a lovely lady cleaner who looked after us for the 8 day stay she was excellent have to say, always plenty of fresh towels and cleaned everyday apart from Thursdays and Sunday’s, staff in the whole place were very very friendly apart from one man at reception who seemed a bit rude but you always get that it didn’t spoil our holiday or visit to the holiday club. We did have 1 problem if I’m honest we woke one morning and the pool was very cloudy had a nice maintenance man come up in no time to sort the problem we thought! But it didn’t seem to clear, so for the next day we didn’t have a pool which was disappointing they had to drain and clean it out but I had swam in the pool the night before and obviously the water wasn’t clean or safe to swim in and I got a very bad ear infection out of it which was quiet painful and ended up having to go to a doctor to get meds and an injection before I could fly home, it didn’t really spoil my holiday though it just stopped me from getting into the pool and enjoying the privacy of our own place. I will definitely stay in this place again though

Die Anlage liegt phantastisch: erste Reihe zum Strand, die privaten Terrassen sind riesig und mit Meerblick.
Insgesamt ist die Einrichtung leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Stil ist nicht mehr modern, besonders die Dusche aus Vollplastik fanden wir schwierig und auch das Bett war deutlich zu fest/hart für uns.
Der Service an der Rezeption war nett, viele Mitarbeiter sprachen deutsch und waren sehr freundlich.

Kjempe bra opphold, helt fantastisk service og plasseringen kunne ikke vært bedre med tanken på at utsikten var 10/10 utover den fineste stranden på hele sør siden av granca, amadores Beach er 100% den beste for hvem som helst og spesielt familier! Trygghet og beste følelsen av å kunne la tingene dine være uten og har en mistanke om at det ikke skulle være der når du kom tilbake!

Greit, men hotellet viser tydelig slitasje. Slitasjen er mest synlig på baderommet og dette gjenspeiler seg på renholdet. På plussiden fremheves stillheten både natt og dag.

Nok eit flott opphald på Playa Amadores! Fin og rein leilegheit, nydeleg utsikt over Amadoresstranda og herleg med oppvarma basseng! Det einaste minuset er senga, synest eg, den er for hard. Hadde også vore veldig bra med ei tynn dyne istadenfor laken.

Dere selges dette som 5 stjerners hotel på noen av sidene deres og noen står det 4 stjerner. Men har dere noen gang sjekket hvordan det ser ut der? Jeg har tatt bilde av vannlekasjer på bad og aircontion. Meget slitt og møkk som sitter fast etter mange års bruk. Det trenger maling og renovering og reperasjoner. Ingen basseng bar slik det er opplyst. Resrurangen åpner 12 står det men åpnet ikke før 14.00 og kvaliteten der var meget dårlig. Ønsker refundert 50 %av betaling.

Generelt om Holiday Club Playa Amadores
Er nettopp ferdig med 3 uker på Holiday Club Playa Amadores. Annlegget er gammelt og har et stort behov for oppgradering. Basseng er bra, men område rundt er dårlig. Treplanker er løse, vipper opp og det blir snublekanter. Bør bruke fottøy for å unngå trefliser. Wi-Fi og Tv er helt elendig. Tv bilde hakkete med usynkron lyd. Nesten umulig å se på. Wi-Fi noe av det dårliste jeg har opplevd. Elendig data kapasitet. Fungerte best etter midnatt når alle hadde lagt seg for å sove. Ha med mobil med ubegrenset data roaming. Kjøkkenkrok uten stekeovn. Kjøkken trenger en total oppgradering. Det beste på kjøkken var en god kjøl og frys. Terrassen stor og god. Rottingstolene var delvis ødelagte, med en sittekomfort av det verste slag. Ingenting for mindre gode rygger.

Trivdes kjempegodt. Stor terrasse, fin og velutstyrt leilighet og gode solforhold. Kort vei ned på stranda. Noe trafikkstøy på dagtid, men det sjenerte oss ikke.
