The hotel is located a 5 minutes' walk from beach, overlooking the town of Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria. It is only a few minutes from the centre with its wide variety of restaurants, cafés, discos and other entertainment options.

The nearest bus station is about 2 km away. The beach hotel consists of 76 apartments, including two equipped for disabled people.

Guests can wine and dine at the on-site café, bar and restaurant. Children can let off steam in the hotel's playground.

All apartments have one bedroom and a balcony with sea views. The dining-rooms can comfortably seat four persons.

This resort is quietly situated in the south of Gran Canaria, an island that affords one of the best climates in the world, in both summer and winter. Various thalasso therapy centres and medical services are situated in the vicinity.

A shopping centre is also to be found in the surrounding area. A number of beaches and the marina are to be found within 200 m of the hotel.

Opened in 2004, the complex comprises five individual villas with terraces and balconies affording wonderful views. Each villa features a fully equipped kitchen with a vitroceramic cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a washing machine and tumble dryer and an ironing set.

There is a semi-independent dining area; a spacious living room with high ceilings; a semi-independent reading room, which can also be used as an additional bedroom; 3 separate double rooms with a terrace and 2 wonderfully spacious bathrooms. Individually regulated air conditioning, a card table, satellite TV, a DVD player, an electronic safe and an Internet connection are also included in the rooms.

Cots are available on request. Each villa features a private pool with garden, terrace, 2 sun loungers and parasols.

All kinds of tourist services are available in the surrounding area including excursions by sea, air and land, as well as an unbeatable choice of sporting options, ranging from golf to deep sea fishing, hiking, diving (also for handicapped persons) or trips by small submarines. A golf course can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.

Follow the motorway signs for Mogan until reaching Puerto Rico. Once in Puerto Rico head for the sport yachting port, to the left of the beach.

The villas are only a short distance away, in an area called Barranco de agua la perra.

This complex is located near the marina and beach, on the sunny side of Puerto Rico. It is located near the area in which there are several restaurants and many sports can be practiced.

This complex has 40 apartments spread over 3 floors. There is a lobby reception, a cloakroom, a supermarket and a cafeteria.

In addition, a swimming pool, another pool for children and a solarium with sun loungers. The apartment complex comprises a bedroom with two beds and separate living room with sofa bed and kitchen.

The bathroom is complete with a bathtub. The large terrace has a table, chairs and hammocks.

A few meters from the complex offers all sorts of water activities and sport and boating excursions, fishing, sailing, mini-golf, tennis and paddle.
