Great location with easy access to the island MTR line. There is a very nice walk alongside north point 5 minutes away which I highly recommend. The staff is friendly, the room is spacious which is rare for hong kong budget hotels.

Staff were very polite, helpful and prompt, but the room is very aged, cleanliness of the newly checked-in room is not the best, and the most important factor was the machineries noise when staying at the top floor, my room 2807 must be directly underneath the lift motor room or the rooftop pool's pump room, constantly hearing shut off valve sounds including overnight, as I was staying up until 4am.

This is not a 4 star hotel anymore, the fixtures and furniture are extremely old and require refurbishment. Visible mold/black spores grows in gaps and corners around the whole bathroom. Toilet also has a slight smell that doesn't go away. The positives: somewhat reasonable price, with good helpful staff, nice looking foyer, clean sheets and towels.

Location in between a stretch of wet market (fruit/veg, meat, dried goods, etc). The room was spacious albeit looking old, showerhead holder doesn't stay up (slides down), sheer curtains has mould on the bottom edges. Bed is firm. AC is strong (cold and not drying). Has a mini-fridge, hairdryer is fixed to the bigger bedroom. Smart TV in both rooms.

It was a good stay. The location may not at first look appealing as it is located in a public market area, but this disadvantage is easily turned around by the convenience the very same situation offers, with basic everyday things made easily available, with 7/11 outlets around it. The hotel is near the MTR, the Ding Ding Tram Station, the Bus Stations and retail outlets. So, very cool.

The lobby looked good but as soon as you enter the room is was very noticeable how dirty it was. The front desk guy said it was a 4 star hotel which I laughed at when I saw the room. You also can’t call it a 4 star if the pool is unusable. The location was great and the shower pressure was amazing but that’s it. The pictures say everything

The best part is proximity to mtr and open markets outside. Easy for walking around. My first stay had mold in the bathroom and window curtains. Stains on carpets and walls. Rusty light fixtures, leaking toilet, no cooking supplies or microwave as pictured. There was a large smart tv which was great. Second stay \"a few days later\" the next room was updated slightly, but old tv and still no cooking/ heating items. Maid service did not wash coffee cups and gave 2 instead of 3 towels multiple times. No hand towels or wash tags provided.

The location is excellent, convenient to shopping dining and walking distance. Unfortunately the bathroom towels were not good, too thin. Only the small bath towel and no hand towel, I had to request the hand towel. Hotel lobby was very noisy and my room was across three elevators, early morning and late evening I could hear people talking. In general the hotel was very noisy.

I was exhausted after 16 hours of flights, with U.S. flights arriving indecently at 4 a.m. After 3 hours to get there, I found no room available. I said I would pay for an extra night, but it was a disaster. They ended up giving me a horrible room with a hard bed and cold shower. Their restaurant served the worst breakfast of my life, and when I complained, they said, \"It's not the same company, and we don't recommend it,\" imagine that coming from employees.
The blankets and sheets were dirty, and there was an unusual amount of dust. The location, inside a street vegetable market, smelled awful. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, not even my enemies.

This is an average hotel that I got a cheap rate on (for Hong Kong). The location was convenient. But the rooms was old and musty (again, common for Hong Kong), the bed was not plush. It was worth what I paid but I would prefer a more comfortable hotel.

Location is very poor, the area outside the hotel is very dirty does not look family friendly. The hotel staff were not polite and the room was also far from a good room. I spent around 30 minutes only in the hotel but that time it was clear that it was not a family friendly hotel nor the right place. The toilet flush was rotating 360 degrees and the water kept flowing. This was during in the first flush. the bed and the interiors of the room looked very poor quality. The view from the room, less said the better.

Property is very convenience to transportation. The room is a very good size for 2. But the carpet in the room needs to be improved so as the washroom, you see rust all around the bath tub and the shower curtain should be a bit longer so that the water does not splash over the bath tub.

The renovation seems not updated and the facilities especially in bathroom are old and not clean enough. In particular, the towels were found dirty and not thoroughly cleaned for use. The mattress is too hard for sleeping and the quilt is too thin to keep body warm. No service for baggage movement even no provision of cart at concierge for guests' use. Lot of improvements are considered required to satisfy the customers.
