This it's the second time we have stayed at Graceland Phuket. The staff are FANTASTIC, the location is really close to everything. Right across the road from the beach, taxis at your back door, tuk tuks across the road. Cheap laying service and restaurants near by. Grat place to stay

Very friendly staff.
Hotel overall good, but rooms and facilities showing age now, as it was celebrating its 20 years. Good location close to beach etc.
great to have use of pool and beach towels.
Food options need to improve a little.
Doors can bang loudly and rooms don’t offer much insulation to keep noise down.

I loved everything about this hotel!!! The pools, the food, the location, all perfect!
Great for families, couples and solo travellers as it seems to have something for all.
Definitely recommend getting to pool by mid morning if you want to get a good spot on the sun chairs

Visually the room was beautiful, excellent views and the pool was perfect. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast buffet was good. Highly suggest the pandan tea with jasmine, if zen was a drink it would be that. The location was so perfect. Close enough to walk to so many places but not so busy outside the hotel. Overall excellent experience!!!! Highly recommend!

Check in was ok. They asked for a deposit for the room but forgot to mention they take 5% if you use a CC.

The other hotel residents were rude. A lady kicked me out of my breakfast table simply because she wanted to sit there with her husband, a drunk, naked man on the balcony yelling at the pool at 10 PM, a group of men sprawled out for over an hour across two booths at breakfast loudly talking.

Property is nice. Good pool for our sunset deluxe pool access. But lots of mosquitoes. My daughter face have around 8 bites. Limited choices of food n massage. Need to walk a distance away. Outside hotel have many people loitering n dark.
Room are clean but somehow, some moist smell in d room. Bowling is reasonable price for its convenience

The room was clean but did have a musty smell about it . All my clothes I hung in the wardrobe seem to be damp . My friends and family rooms did not seem to have this trouble . The actual grounds and pools were beautiful . The breakfast buffet was also very good something for everyone. Most of the staff very polite and friendly . I did find the reception staff not as friendly or helpful. Also great location for local restaurants . Good food great prices . I would stay here again .

Great except the bar staff at the pool and restaurant need to look at their customers and ask if they would like a drink. We always had to ask for a drink.
We also found out that there was a gastro outbreak do to room service ice. I was with a group of 6 people and 5 of us got gastro.

Poor initial impression when staff Approached us advising we were allowed to take welcme pasteries in room. Attitude was poor. We left next day as a result.
Facilities dated. Rotting brown deck and support wood around pool needs replacement.

Staff are amazing with the kids. Plenty of tho gs to keep the kids happy. Taxis and tuk tuks close by restaurants close by aswell. Seconds to the beach. Awesome pool and beverages.
Staff always accomodating especially guest relationship Sheva was amazing highly recommend staying here will be back soon

Please dont stay here it must be one of the worst I do a lot of travelling mould condensation and the smell was discussing
Eventually they moved rooms for us this is the most expensive in Phuket I expected a lot better triad complaining they did t want to know the lobby was like a playground children playing football check in was Chaos

This is an excellent hotel in PATONG offering attractive price for the stay. We had a wonderful stay. The room is spacious and clean. The location is good, away from nightlife noise yet it’s within good walking distance to shops. Breakfast is good and passed the test. The breakfast room is large but filled up quickly. Good selections of food. Friendly staffs.
Nice simmering pools. Good dining restaurant with reasonable price. We walked around the area and really enjoyed this location. Definitely will stay here again.
Highly recommended.

Room and ammenities within the rooms, especially the bathroom, were excellent. Only one pool accessible for people in wheelchairs and even that didn’t have handrails on any of the steps into the pool. This took a bit of manoeuvering to get in and out. Breakfast was excellent with so much choice. It should’ve had some handrails should’ve had handrails to get into one of the pools.

This is our second visit to Graceland and we enjoyed it again but it is aging a bit . The pools are in need of repair and the room was not as good like previously. The breakfast was still of a high standard seen it is a bulk large resort . Overall a good resort needing updating and lots of pool repairs

We enjoyed a wonderful 5-night stay at Graceland, located in the vibrant heart of Patong Beach, with our family of four, including two children. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of delicious options. Our family room was spacious, comfortably accommodating all four of us, and the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The only minor drawback was a small issue with the shower that could not be resolved during our visit. Overall, we highly recommend Graceland for a memorable family stay.

From check in to check out our stay was great. All the staff were friendly and very efficient. Our room was tended to each day with clean towels, made beds and fresh water. The large aircon foyer was a welcome after a long day in the warmth and there were many options at the breakfast buffet.
With the size of the resort and the people staying there it never felt busy which was nice.
I would stay here again and definitely recommend for families/couples or anyone. Great walking distance to shops, dining and beach.

Our stay here wasn’t good at all, we had the worst room, there was maintenance going on next door and they we’re painting, the fumes were intense, they had fans out the front of our rooms. Then I woke up to our bathroom been flooded with water coming up through the drains. The sewage smell was next level. Then again had fans all down the hallway.
Our room was so noisy with the motorbikes and tuk tuks coming all night with the music that loud. I will never stay in this resort again.

Extra guest charge ruins great stay

Trip was good but additional charge for the extra guest room much was more than the room rate for the duration we were there did not make sense and though I queried via hotels.com and the hotel neither could resolve. All this even though I didn’t need an extra guest charge as the room was a standard room with 2 queen beds.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week long stay at this resort. Incredible service by Sunset Beer Cafe staff, and entertainment team who run aqua fit classes most mornings. Our room appeared to be recently renovated, and areas of the resort were being upgraded during our stay. Convenient location to Patong markets, beach and plenty of restaurants but still felt quiet and far enough away from the busyness of Patong.

Family of five traveled from Chicago, IL it was a great experience with excellent service and staff members. We booked sunset deluxe with pool view large spacious room comfortably fit all of us. Both breakfast restaurants had fresh fruits and other delicious food options. This resort is located in heart of patong beach with walking distance of everything.

It was a good distance from the main centre of town without being too far, or too close and hearing everything. The resort itself is a bit on the old side, though I believe it is under renovations from what I saw. They gave us an amazing upgrade which was much appreciated! Breakfast was awesome with a wide variety of options for every type of eater. The pools were great, though I wish the swim up bar was open for longer! I didnt get the time to try bowling but had I stayed longer, I certainly would have loved to try all of the entertainment and activities. Wish the beds were a little softer, and that we had beach towels to take outside the resort (as most people dont travel with towels), but other than that, this resort is an excellent choice for a holiday in Patong!

I was meant to have a room with a queen bed and single but we had two single beds. Not enough drawer space. Our room had limited English speaking tv channels whilst others had lots. Did not like signing in and out of towels.
Breakfast was excellent would be a perfect venue for dinner.

We stayed in a pool access room and liked the value for money. The pool was beautiful, but it was difficult to get in and out for my husband with shoulder issues. The breakfast buffet was standard with a big range on offer. If you're big on cleanliness, I wouldn't recommend it, as its at a minimum, with lots of things looking tired, and needing repairs. The shower in the room is a great size, with great water pressure but water can run into the toilet floor which isca design fault. The room smelled mildewy the whole time, as they often do in tropical places.
