It was well worth the money we spent and impression we received from staying in this beautiful hotel. We celebrated my wife's birthday here and she received all the attention, care and love from the stuff not to mention two birthday cakes. Terra Mar restaurant is excellent. We Highly recommend lunch half-buffet. Everything was fresh, tasty and beautifully served. The pool area and hot tub is very nice and clean. Locker room with steam and dry sauna rooms was very clean and smells good. The design of the hotel is still reminding us of the glory but unfortunately getting older however still in good condition and well maintained. The Location of the hotel is very good and it is a part of the Fisherman's Warf. March is a good month to explore the surrounding areas because the weather permits and the temperature is mild perfect for walking long distances without sweating. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall the stay was great. The room was clean and view was great. The staff in general were nice.
Did loose my neck pillow with a brand new down jacket inside. Last saw it on the luggage trolley before I checked in. Asked the front desk but they did not find it either. Was rather a bummer since I had it all the way on my long trip until this hotel.

The only good thing about this hotel is the staff in concierge that store bags. I think the lovely gentlemen’s name is Richard. He helped us with our bags to the ferry as our taxi didn’t turn up.

The hotel looks abandoned. It’s a massive property, the checkin staff are rude, speak minimal English and are a waste of time to deal with. They need to learn what professionalism is when dealing with customers. I booked a suite and it was given dirty with ex guests hair in the bathroom.

The room was nice. But it’s a really weird hotel. Quite creepy.
Breakfast was the worst. Stale black coffee, eggs pre made, it was hard to ask to have eggs made with how I wanted it. Mainly Asian food, lack lustre food. Tables not cleaned. So many issues.

Please stay at the Sands or the “The Rocks”, or Harbourview hotel which is 3-4 minutes walk from legends hotel. Their restaurants are much nicer.

I'm a fussy sleeper, so I'm pleased to say i slept VERY well on their bed. Breakfast was great, a good variety of fruits and salads at the breakfast bar. Staff are just lovely! Amenities are very good. Nice pool, gym looks good, but I didn't use it. Place feels friendly and relaxed, unlike the top rated places , where foot traffic is crazy!

All staffs are very polite and helpful.
Ivan, in particular, in hospitality, not only helped us with luggage storage after we checked out, also gave very helpful advice regarding the best mode of transport to various places we wanted to visit on our last day in Macau and then back to the hotel to pick up our luggages before heading back to border control.

He even got out of the hotel in order to point out to us where to get the.direct bus.

This hotel has a lot of luxury. Room size is huge and decor is very beautiful reminding me of an antique style hotel in Rome but this hotel was built in 2017. You can press a button to open/close drapes, and control different lightings. We love the bathroom with intercom. The wall has nice soft color picture frame molding and furniture is of high quality. Staff are very friendly. We stayed in this room for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Hotel lacked atmosphere, breakfast was terrible, our balcony doors couldn't be locked. Rooms were nice enough and staff were quite helpful & friendly but they couldn't get us a taxi when we needed to go somewhere and we noticed they had a lot of vehicles outside so not sure why there wasn't a shuttle operating around the area like other hotels had. Was surprised to see the hotel only opened a few years ago as decor appeared dated.

Nice and large rooms.

Hotel does not look amazing from the outside but the interior and room is quite good. Room is quite large and well maintained.

However, there is a smoky smell from the central air conditioning. Suspect that other guests are smoking in their non smoking room. Do not know if the hotel is able to perform any enforcement on that.

Breakfast is good with semi buffet arrangement. Service is good and everyone is very friendly.

Great looking hotel. We had booked 4 rooms and they assigned us to be on the same floor.
Amenities were excellent. The semi-buffet style was good though there were only a handful of choices for the main course. The rest of the buffet food were very good. It is nice and convenient that it is walking distance from the HK-Macau ferry.

When we arrived the room after checkin, we found the room is full of heavy cigarette smell and we need to wait pretty long time for their staff to come and check.
Although they changed us to another room but we didn't expect this would happen.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, our room had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke and some questionable stains on the carpets. On a positive note, the room was well serviced and the bathroom was quite nice. The location is convenient, being close to the ferry terminal, though there isn't much else in the immediate vicinity.

I actually tried to find a fault with this property and there was nothing I could find the room was elegant. Well appointed the reviews were astounding always pay the extra for a sea view. It’s way worth it. I looked at the other reviews and they were very good and They never let me down. The Internet was good. The housekeeping was amazing. The people were friendly with a hot tub, which is unusual and beautifully done.

Lovely 2 bedroom suite. Luxurious and clean.
Unfortunately upon entering, there was an obvious scent of cigarette smoke odour in the apartment even though its stated as a non smoking one. As we were unable to change the room as it was the only one of its type, hotel housekeeping provided 2 air ionisers to help remove the cigarette odours - which worked quite well for the 2 bedrooms.

Huge rooms and location was close to the ferry. Staff were lovely. Outside of the hotel us looking a little worn but inside is lovely. There’s steps and a bridge to get over the room which is a little tricky if you have a pram etc. if using the buses to get around.
