Reception staff are helpful. Vic's restaurant food is good. Restaurant staff Rachelle is friendly and very helpful. We enjoy our stay and the hotel stay. We'll be back if in Macau again. Breakfast is at Harbourview Hotel pretty nice spread of food. All are good except limited transport.

The hotel is a great Boutique property that is a totally different experience than the big hotel plus casino chains that are on the Island. It would be better when the renovations around it in Fisherman's Warf are completed.

Macau has lost many of its traditional hotels, eg the Bela Vista, Pousada de Sao Tiago etc. Although named after The Rocks in Sydney and opened more recently, the Rocks Hotel still affords a lifestyle in more genteel Portuguese times and it has an excellent restaurant, Vic's. Some high-powered private meetings were taking place here during our stay. Good for business and nostalgia, casinos a walk away.

Exceptional warmest hospitality

The check in process is very efficient and no need to wait. The reception team is very nice and helpful providing my wife, who injured her foot near Macau ferry termial, with useful medical information, ice and wheelchair. My special thanks to Michelle whose heart-felt help and assistances are most impressive.

Hotel environment is pleasant and quiet at side of seashore, but with many restaurants and amenities nearby. It is a right choice for enjoying a relaxing holiday. I will come back next time.

Very comfortable stay

Only 1 sets of amenity in room for 2 ppl stay. So I requested Housekeeping to bring 1 more sets of amenity. And, there is no USB charge plug.It may because the facility may a bit outdated.It is better to prepare USB plug at Housekeeping so that guests may stay more comfortable.
Although it was City view, can see the bridge and see from balcony so enough satisfied. The most comfortable things are very silent and calm environment.

Quiet location

Hotel was located at a quiet corner by the sea which makes slightly difficult for transportation. Taxi doesn't usually get there and there was no bus stop near by. Good if you wan peace and quiet. Not so much if you are looking for something to do around the hotel.

This hotel was super nice and the staff were great. It's a little old, though, and the room was pretty musty/damp. They have a shuttle to and from the ferry terminal. Breakfast was pretty good. Overall, a nice hotel in Macau.

The Rocks Macau

As location is at far end of The Fishermen Wharf, a reliable shuttle bus service is more acute to guests. Currently, this service runs from 9 to 9. I felt a bit stranded whenever dining out till late evenings. Furthermore, I was once initially refused boarding shuttle because in a shopping bag there were some fruits. Wifi inhouse was very good.

The Rocks rocks!

The Hotel rocks! The decoration of the hotel and rooms are absolutely amazing!! With all the classic Victorian furnitures, my niece feels like a princess during the stays, she is very happy!

However the hotel itselfs has no facilities. We can use the one in the Harbour View hotel which is like 10 mins walk away. But still it is not very convenient walking in the public all wet...

And the shuttle bus services are poor. There is only 1 bus line going macau pier and with few stops at the hotels and casinos of the same management group which is fine, we do understand that. But the problem is we waited for almost an hour and 3 buses dropped by and they were all just going Macau pier direction but not the other way round!! The concierge guy said he asked the driver because it was lunch hour! So people will only go to the pier but not the casino during lunch time?!? And you could inform us earlier so we dont have to wait!? We were kinda angry and finally we took taxi because we cant bare the hot weather and walk under the bright sun but the driver was very umhappy with the short distance of the ride thats another story :@ ... Anyways, I think the hotel can do better on the facilities and then it will rock even more!

A relaxing escape

Our hotel room was exactly what we wanted: Peace and calm from our day of sight seeing. Delicious meals in an elegant setting. No casino， which was what we wanted. We were in Macau for a show， galleries and museums and food!

Nice hotel with good services

It was my birthday during my stay, and have got upgraded to suite for 2 nites. Very nice birthday treat, we have a very relaxing stay. But the facilities are a bit old and nth around. Hope can see more ppl can travel to this area actually it is a nice area than other places in Macau.

Charming Hotel

The hotel is really charming, and the in room amenities were great. Comfortable bed. I got the room with the harbour view and it is rather peaceful at night. It is a short walk to the nearest bus stop into the city, so if you like a quieter holiday this hotel is a good pick. Only issue we had was the lack of local food around the area, so have some snacks ready if you get hungry easily.

The location is not convenient for shopping and entertainment, but the room is very large and have beautiful balcony and sea view. Price is reasonable too. Good for relaxation

Great, peaceful stay

The odd thing about this hotel is that it was more likable than I expected. Sometimes it's just that things work well, and there's a good vibe. Nice spacious room. Comfy bed, big bathroom, ac worked great. But, the best thing was the big balcony, the view, and the quiet. Hard to find peace in Macau, but they have it here. Good location: very close to HK ferry, close to good restaurants, and not too far from Cotai. Friendly people too. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could. They lose a few points because the breakfast is pretty lame.

Fantastic place

Except some minor things, we just love the place. In terms of location, I believe there's not a location which could be a way more perfect in Macau (experienced higher level places around the city). Just a piece of fairy tale, highly recommended to spend a couple of nights with a sweetheart. Choose a sea view room!

A Romantic Stay

Decent choice

Its my second stay and the hotel did not have its own shuttle bus to pick you up at the ferry terminal anymore! You need to catch other hotel's shuttle bus if you want to get there from the ferry terminal. However, it's a nice hotel to stay at.

객실 인테리어가 개인적으로 너무 마음에 들었습니다. 아늑하고 편안한 침대가 좋았는데 약간 짧았습니다. 180cm 인 제가 조금만 내려가도 침대 프레임에 발이 닿습니다

Sands 호텔과 가까워서 Sands 호텔 셔틀 버스를 이용할 수 있고 일반 시내버스 정거장도 가까이 있습니다

예쁜 욕조도 너무 마음에 들었는데 물이 약간 미지근해서 아쉬웠습니다 (샤워 헤드는 따뜻한 물이 나옴)

酒店整體設計及環境不錯，但酒店地點較偏辟而又未有免費巴士往返碼頭或口岸，交通不太方便。
另外酒店沒有自設泳池，需到步行10分鐘左右到另一間酒店的泳池。
西餐廳服務及食品質素都好好。

已經入住幾次萊斯了，今次3人同行選擇了加床，但是酒店方面對於第3位住客的日常用品欠奉，需要再致電前台自己order需要的日用品才送上來；加的床躺下去猶如直接躺在一堆彈弓上一樣，3人行還是建議book 2間房；酒店附近環境優靜，陽台日夜一樣滿分(個人每次都選擇海景房)美中不足是隔音略差，房間冷氣不能走遍全房，躺靠洗手間的床會很熱

我們入住三晚。回到家裡才發覺自己的手和腳及我老公的腳都被蚤叮咬了。我相信天氣潮濕，連日下雨，而房内的地毯真的需要upgrade 了。洗手間都算整潔。享用早餐自助及室内游泳池要去旁邊的勵庭酒店。

整體來講澳門萊斯酒店環境非常舒適。酒店臨近海邊，在強風吹襲下風聲非常大和嘈雜，本人16-12-2023入住當晚正值天氣轉冷及吹著強風，令到整晚無法入睡！希望澳門萊斯酒店能改善房間與露台玻璃門和玻璃牆的隔音。因為旅客需要一個寧靜的環境休息入睡。下次是否入住澳門萊斯酒店，這個噪音問題是重要的考慮！
