The location is convenient, and the hotel is clean. However, the soundproofing in the hotel rooms is very poor; you can hear people talking or laughing in the next room. Also, all the room doors close very loudly by themselves, sometimes waking guests up in the middle of the night with a loud bang.

The staff are phenomenal! The front desk were very accommodating to our needs. The only problem I had which could even be a nitpick would be that the room was too dry. We all woke up with dry throat and dry eyes. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Also no bidet.

The room was too small for a 7 days stay. We paid as much as last time but only got a room on 2nd floor which faced a garage open until late night in the industrial building nearby. Wifi signal was poor due to too many guests. Can't even perform well in a normal use. We paid as much as last time, bit was letting down.

Be careful! Make sure they give you the room you booked!

This hotel is about a 5 minutes walk from the MTR. My friends and I (3 adults) booked a Premier Ease but was unfortunately given a smaller room. A room that sleeps at most two adults. Upon noticed the next day, we reached out to the front desk and he admitted fault but that it was not done intentionally. He informed us that the room we booked will be available two nights later. Therefore, we had the smaller room for 3 nights out of the 6 nights we booked. Unfortunately, they refused to make a price adjustment for the nights that we did not get our booked room.

i booked one night stay for self-isolation after flight, but the hotel was horribly disgusting. I didn't even wanna unpack my luggage, went straight back to the front desk to checkout. Same guy who helped me checked-in 5 mins ago didn't ask for a reason, not even a word, guess it's kinda normal for them.

Great hotel, relatively new built and easy access to MTR station. The only downside I could pick up were that the walls are quite thin and you could hear your neighbour voice, the WiFi drops regularly and you've to connect back.

The deal I had was a con! When I visited the website, the review on the web with the pictures showing were nothing like the room we had. The cleanliness of the room was terrible. We found used contact lenses inside shower room and dirty toothpicks on the floor. Marks were everywhere on the floor and on the walls as well. Dusts and finger prints on the doors and mirrors. One of the worst Wi-Fi connection we ever had with many places we stayed around the world, constantly dropping off by itself and took forever to reconnect again. Walls were like paper thin, we could hear every single words that our neighbour said during our stay. Very unsatisfied experience, will never used them again!!

The room is clean, the bathroom is huge and user-friendly that it has everything you need during your vocation. Although there are not much restaurants nearby, you can take subway to other places for food and shopping. The subway station is about 10mins walk. As the hotel is in the industrial area, there are many trucks coming in and out. So, be careful when crossing street.

very money minded property with no room for negotiation even though my flights were cancelled into Hong Kong following the protest they wouldnt allow me to transfer my US$475 to a different month or a different property. Not customer minded at all. When we have a job that doesnt allow us to go, a foreign affairs statement to offically declare a state of panic, the hotel denies this and says that there is nothing within their zone. Very unempathetic and totally illogical unfair ways of running a business.

Hotel is situated in the heart of Kwai Chung, an industrial estate, near to MTR station, Kwai Fong & Kwai Hing. Room size was adequate, the seperate toliet and shower was stupidly small, not much room to wipe one's dirty behind, shower doors are huge, making accessing shower area awkard and tight. Bed was comfy, flooring was hard and abrasive, slightly dirty too, average hotel at an average price. Would I stay here again? Probably not

The location is good, just about 8 minutes walk from MTR station. The hotel is new so the impression or the appearance is good. The Wi-Fi is very weak and unstable, never be connected. The plastic carpet in the room seems not clean. But the worst is the urine smell in the toilet. Anyway, it is good if you just need a place to sleep.

It’s near the train station Kwai Hing station, tsuen wan line is a direct line to central. Close to the airport and disneyland.
Not much restaurant around it though. No restaurant in the hotel too. I dont like how the bathroom set up. Shower and toilet are separated and facing the beds.
Bed is comfortable. We were able to leave our luggages even after check out. Pretty small room even though we already booked the premium.
Overall, it’s an okay stay.

Two main key points which I didn’t like
Reception service:
They didn’t allow me to check it when my receipt didn’t show my name completely. This is the first hotel that I have had this issue so far. We had been waiting for while until I complaint..

Room cleanliness:
I can not expect that the carpet is so dirty and stinks. It seems like no vacuum and clean at all.

Overall experience is the worst that I have had in my life. It seems like new property but with the rude services and cleanliness which makes me very disappointed and I will not suggest this hotel to any people.

Air Circulation needs to be Corrected

The staff was professional and friendly and provided free mobile phone for the stayed. The location is located in one of the industrial area and government housings of Kowloon. It about 10 minute walk to the MTR and 7 minute walk to the bus stop. I stayed 4 nights, the room was damp/humid because there was no fan in the bathroom to suck up the humidity in the air. I turned on the air circulation from outside and it did not helps much. The wall was thin as I can listened to other guests talking next door. However, the price was good!

We were supposed to have two rooms with 5 beds total. Arrived to find two rooms with 4 single beds total. Had to pay another $30 to upgrade to a “family room”. Toilet was not clean and the hotel is across from a body shop. Taxis are hard to get in the area too.

Hotel is considered new as less than 3 years. They must improve on the cleanliness. Table has water or coffee stain! Carpet has white stain that looks like toothpaste. Totally no cafe or vending machine for small snacks at all.
There is a small eatery nearby. Hotel is in car workshop n industrial warehouse area. Rather quiet at night.

We needed to extend our stay all in a sudden, thank you Reservation department Miss Cheung's help for extending our stay during such a busy period of time. We enjoyed our family room stay very much. Hotel is 5 mins walking distance from Kwai Hing MTR station. The room is in quite dusty condition when we checked in. You can basically see dust and some hair on the linens as well. Check the window corners, under/corner of the bed, back of chair, door, behind tv all with covered filthy dust. Carpet is stained. It is not a great hotel to stay especially if you have a toddler along. No one answer the housekeeping.

Room is very small but that is what you expect in HK. Staff speaks English well and very friendly. 5mins walk to the MTR stations. However there are two Ease access hotels in Tsuen Wan. After getting off MTR at Tsuen Wan station (after getting off the plane), we took the free Ease Access shuttle to the hotel. After arriving at the hotel reception with two large luggage to find out there are two locations of the same hotel. Luckily, the manager is very nice and willing to help us out.

Hotel is close to the MTR but a little difficult to find as it is tucked in the industrial area. Hotel seems pretty new. Room was very clean, although sometimes you can smell the food from other rooms. Walls are pretty thin so you can hear people screaming outside. Have to wait quite long for lifts when the tour bus comes...

Can be improved:
It is the typhoon period and I have just checked out. At the hotel lobby now. Many guests are waiting around for the strong wind and heavy rain to slow down. There are only a few seats around. Hotel staff do not care at all, continuing own work. No action taken to at least offer some chairs/meeting room to hold the guests. When enquire about extending stay the day before due to flight delay by typhoon, staff just quoted rack rate and said to book online. First time choosing this and regret it.

Very Helpful Guest Relations Staff

I lost my pouch with cash n credit cards. I went to the reception for help. One of the two staff present, is a young man called JAVIS. When i was desperately my plight to the other staff, Javis took the initiative to hand me his own handphone to call my banks when my handphone was not able to. It saved me alot of time.
Really thank him for taking the initiative.
