Modern new hotel rooms and facilities inside industrial building in the middle of factories. 15 min walk to Kwai Hing MTR station, and modern eateries across road from station. Lots of good traditional eateries on main street behind hotel. Bus from Kwai Fong MTR station reach behind hotel in 10 min.

The hotel it’s self is excellent, food cleanliness,comfortable,they can’t do enough for you!!
The only negative is the position, right in the industrial back side, it is a muck hole and the view from your window is depressing to say the least.2 local bars within walking distance 120 hkd for 750 ml !!! I rest my case !

Excellent value for money. The room and hotel itself look new and clean. Excellent staff who was very understanding and compassionate when I lost my wallet on the from the airport to the hotel (got it back the next day!). The best value hotel you can think of. You need to commute to the city but I still cannot believe how cheap and good the whole booking was. Would definitely book again!

2nd stay at this hotel, hotel is as shown in photos. Based around industrial area but safe and 7 elevens, laundrette and cafes nearby.

Special thanks to the lady (with glasses) in the mornings who cleaned our room 903 thoroughly and also the shuttle bus driver/security guard who made sure the bus left on time. And also returned my mobile phone when I left it on the bus by accident!

The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to a convenient train station, where you can take the MTR into various areas of interest. The shuttle comes every 30 minutes or so for both pick up and drop off. We used it every single day that we were Hong Kong without any problems.

The hotel also provides a free cell phone to use. There is a hotspot feature so you can connect your phone to it. You can also make free phone calls on it. The phone wasn't the most reliable. The hot spot didn't always work and sometimes the applications would be glitchy and close out repeatedly, even after you restart the phone. E.g. google maps would glitch every other day or so. But the phone is free, so I was grateful for it.

I ate dinner once at their restaurant. They call it a semi buffet, where you get one entree and the salad bar is unlimited. The food was good and hotel guests receive a discount when dining there, so that was nice.

The staff was helpful and the rooms were cleaned daily. The hotel looks relatively new, so the conditions were great.

Had a very good experience checking in from the Guest Services Supervisor Gigi Chan. She was very friendly, very fast getting my room accommodation/administrative paper work completed, very knowledgeable of surrounding areas such as restaurant, convenient store, laundry shop, banks.
Rooms were very clean and well maintained by house keeping.
Free WiFi, two free bottles of water, free shuttle service to drop you off at a near by MTR (light rail station).
Nearby is a factory area...which didn’t bother me since it was very quiet in the morning and evening. I didn’t really walk around the area too much since I took advantage of the free shuttle and took the light rail to everywhere I need to go.
Only thing I personally had a bad experience with was eating at the in house restaurant eat@ease. Had dinner one night ordered a T-bone steak. Asked for medium came out med-rare at the edge, rare the the center and raw near the bone. The fat wasn’t even rendered. Told the restaurant manager of this he was unable or unwilling to reasonable accommodate. Ended up leaving about 85-90% of my steak on my plate. That was just sad, and I really wanted to enjoy it too, can’t really blame the chef too much. t-bone and porterhouse are two of the worst cuts of steak to execute properly even for experience chefs. At least I had salad, a side dish, and a drink. Worst $34 USD I ever spend.
I will definitely go back room accommodation in the future, but maybe not at the hotel restaurant.

Stay was pleasant & very comfortable.
The room very clean & spacious. Super idea to have the bath & toilet separated. The wash basin installed out of bathroom is a refreshing change. Love the extra space available to put our knicks & knacks, especially at wash basin & bathroom.
Only let down is that there is no wardrobe & only 3 clothes hangers provided. But the perfectly clean & comfy room more than made up for it.
Good shuttle service to MTR every 30 mins.
The staff are generally pleasant.

The hotel is surrounded by factories. The main entrance is kind of strange. Insulation is not good, normal conversations can be heard through walls. Beside those, the hotel is well kept and very clean. Beds comfortable. Not convenient for MTR, bus stops about 200 meters ( 5 minutes walking)

Service was very below par:

1). No wifi for 2-3 hours
2). Needed to come down to sort it out.
3). Didn't inform me when it improved
4). Needed to almost bed for my deposit back!
5). Printed out 2-3 pages. Would have been an easy chance to give it to me for free for the inconvenience of the wifi issue, but no luck

Ultimately if you are working from a hotel reliable wifi is a must.

This hotel is slightly away from the touristy area. It is located in industry and residential area, and hence, seeing a different side of HK. Nearby the hotel, there are rows of shops for food (where the locals go) which opens from 9am-1am. The hotel provides shuttle from Kwai Hing MRT station (use exit A) and wait near the 7 Elevan (not the one in front of traffic light) and its very punctual. Confirm with hotel on the timing. Also, hotel provides a smartphone (FOC) for our usage during the stay. Overall, although the location is not the best, but the hotel compensated it with their facilities.

This is a very small hotel that situated in the industrial area. They don’t even have concierge. They do have a shuttle bus from the hotel going to Kwai Hing station and Kowloon station but not very frequent. There is nothing around the hotel and it’s very quiet at night. The only good thing is the helpful staff at the reception, very friendly!

Hotel was excellent, only downside was that it didn’t have any room services, though it doesn’t really affect that much since you’ll be able to buy food from the nearby convenience store. Hotel’s layout was aesthetically pleasing. Hotel’s staff was confused when I asked to keep the room key for me as I did not want to bring it outside bearing the risk of losing it, which instead resulted to me bringing the key with me since the staff didn’t know what I was saying. Still, overall great experience, definitely would recommend it to any of my friends.

Hotel receptions are nice and efficient in hotel check in and out. Hotel room is spacious, comfortable bed and good air ventilation. It has shower room and toilet room. Wash hand sink and a mirror located near the bed. I like this outlay because my husband took shower while I did make up. However, the hotel located in factory area and is quite at night. One night, hot water tank had no hot water and we did not take shower until next morning.

Comfy stay but take accessibility in consideration

從葵興站走過去大約還要10~15分鐘, 而且後半段有上坡, 若拉行李會不方便. 酒店樓下沒什麼餐飲, 所以要在路上買好帶到酒店才行. 酒店前台人員大概只顧著玩手機, 我來半入住了, 連站起來都懶; 退房也是一樣, 房卡都懶得收, 就說一句話放桌上就好. 房間出乎意料的寬敞, 而且位於工業區, 晚上很安靜. 酒店也有提供到葵興站的shuttle bus, 但不知道時刻表, 我是看到有車就坐了.

It is a cost effective hotel

The room and bed are big enough for 2 adults and a child. The location is quite far from the MTR but the hotel provide a shuttle bus service to the Kwai Hing MTR station or vice versa every half hour. It is quite convenient though.
