The experience was good. I loved my stay at the hotel especially the sea side view it was mesmerizing however I did not like how the front staff talked to me was bit rude, being service providers, one should be polite and nice no matter wherever the guest is from. I feel I was discriminated being Indo-Fijian.

On the final night of my stay, I discovered that my room door had been left open and unlocked, which raised serious security concerns. After I reported this to the front desk, a manager came to inspect both the door and the CCTV footage to make sure no one had entered my room while it was unattended. Although they investigated the issue, no compensation or apology was offered.

On the first night, there was a lot of noise in the corridors until 3 am. People were going in and out of rooms, knocking on doors, and talking loudly both inside their rooms and in the hallway. The soundproofing is very poor, making it difficult to rest.

We had breakfast at the hotel on the following day, but the food quality was disappointing.

The only positive aspect of the stay was the staff, who were friendly and helpful.

The Hotel experience was very good. My extented booking for my 2nd 5bdays stay was a bad experience. For my 2nd booking. EXPEDIA quoted roomsnin USD vs CDN for my 1st booking. I didn't notice this until it was simply too late. I ended up paying 35% more than should.

Was extremely easy to get to from the airport and I got to try out the breakfast buffet before checking in. The service was amazing and everyone was so nice down to the security. The room was clean and very spacious. The only downside I can think of is that there really isn’t much within walking distance, but you should probably already know that going into it.

Great value for the money. I wish they would include at least two bottles of water each day. Come on, water is a basic human necessity and I’d thoroughly afforded to any establishment.
I did appreciate the gym.
The free shuttle to the metro needs to run more frequently.
It often fills up and then you would have to wait 30 minutes for the next ride. If you’re not in line in the lobby you run the risk of not being able to board the next bus out.
My wife and I learned to use the octopus card
(Metro card) and was very well served by it.

Breakfast is inexpensive but also ordinary. The front desk staff very friendly. Property is a bit dated. Ok for a short stay. I saw a shuttle bus and asked if it was for the airport and they said yes. Perhaps they didn’t listen carefully. The shuttle driver was a grumpy old man who once the door was shut, he didn’t let me in. I had to wait for the next one. Then I found out it wasn’t to the airport but to Tsuen Wan station.

For the price I paid I wasn't expecting too much. However the staff were very helpful and polite. The room was a decent size for HK. It is in a secluded area but it makes a change from the bustle you get in HK. The views are amazing. The complimentary shuttle bus helped to get to Tsuen Wan town where you can find all shops and very much a transport hub. The shuttle service only runs to about 19:00 but the local bus service gets you back to the hotel with ease. A taxi ride is about HK$40 from Tsuen Wan town back to the hotel.

This hotel is perfect for first-time travelers to Hong Kong with family. It offers a free shuttle service to the train station, which is super convenient. Stayed in the sea view room, the view is excellent. Although the interior of the room is a bit dated, generally is clean, with clean bed linens and towels, no smell. The shower leaks water into the floor, but the staff are quick to fix. There are transport available to nearby suburb Tsuen Wan, where there are huge shopping malls. Also free hotel shuttle to nearby MTR stations. In general is good value for the price, would stay here again.

Great Location

Good location between the Hong Kong Airport and Disneyland. For most of the days the weather was very nice - borderline heat wave the way it was hot. And so I question why the pool was not made available to guest for seasonal reasons.

Short taxi ride from the Tsing Yi Airport express station. What i like about this place more is that it has it's own restaurant and multiple vending machines for the basics drinks, snacks, and toiletries. I even saw a laundromat at the basement right next to the other vending machines.

This place is super worth it. The rooms are pretty, the view is breathtaking, and it’s affordable!
The most important thing is it’s very accessible! There’s a free shuttle going to the closest train station. Even when the shuttle is no longer available, it’s not hard to commute back to the hotel.
The staff are very nice and accomodating. They let us check in early for free. There’s also a breakfast buffet that you have to pay for separately but it’s super cheap and the food choices are pretty decent.
I’d definitely book this hotel again if I come back to visit Hong Kong. I highly recommend it!!

A Gem in New Territories

Yooo, fantastic! The views from Seaview suites really make the commute well with it. I had to be in Central early each morning. ( Taxi to Tsing Yi, first train to HK 6am. 615 arrival) But coming back for afternoons with gorgeous light and seabirds, priceless...!

Great staff and good vibes. Fun area to explore for urban beaches.

Well enough connected via bus and mtr Tsuen Wan West, minibus etc

The pool is legit. The beach is not really for swimming. The fitness center is only a few cardio machines, no weights :(

Would be great to have just a few free weights and a bench!

This hotel is located away from the city and it's near a residential area next to the sea. The rooms are very clean and spacious with a small kitchen and a nice living room separated from the bedroom which is so relaxing!

The only setback is it is a long journey to travel to places using the MRT as we need to first take the hotel shuttle bus to the MRT station. We were travelling on cabs throughout out stay of 5 days.
