Everything was pretty good. But they gave us a corner room even though we requested a non-corner room. The screen mirroring for the tv did not work either. It would’ve been nice if we could enjoy some tv time during the night.

Room was lovely, food was even better. Staff were great and we were able to get into the room on arrival at 11.30am which is very unusual. Loved the Nemo playroom. Pool was closed, that's a shame.

This would have been a 10/10 excellent stay but for the nickel and dime charges like no water during dinner - we could only have tea but they can fill plain water in the tea container for the same charge of tea - that is what $64 HKD for plain water and no toothbrush or toothpaste so I had to buy a tin with 4 or 6 tooth brushes for $40 HKD. Also, the water dispenser should come with instructions and you can’t fill it unless you call room service and finally the internet - I have an android and an iPhone and neither would connect to the internet so the staff unhidden another link so I can have access. These little things made it a little annoying for an otherwise wonderful stay!

The room is clean and staff is friendly and polite. We didn’t opt for the breakfast in the hotel. Hence, we went for the Craft Cafe for breakfast. Breakfast was mediocre and pricey. We ate at the Dragon Wind for dinner. It was scrumptious but costly. The lunch at the colours of the wind restaurant was good but the portion was small. We ordered lamp chops and kids’ meal. My hubby was down with food poisoning after eating the lamp chops as it was too rare although we ordered medium well. Disneyland was soooo fun. Not crowded and lines moved fast.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, but there wasn’t much that felt surprising or special, and it doesn’t quite compare to Tokyo Disneyland.
The food in the park still has a lot of room for improvement and really needs to be upgraded, especially considering the high prices.

This is the nicest of the 3 HK Disneyland hotels from my point of view. Deco of the hotel grounds, especially the Christmas vibe, were superb. Room however was very average and more in line with what you get for much less. Breakfast is on the expensive side with a big variety but average quality.

We had a great time! The magic is there! I rated breakfast a 4 only because it's very much a lot of meat, rice, noodles and very terrible if you're allergic to egg! Almost everything has egg in it in the buffet at Dragon Wind. Other than that - such a great stay and loved the free shuttle busses to other hotels and to Disneyland. Pristine grounds and just a lovely place to stay.

The bathroom in our room is quite small (well, it's a toilet and shower in a tiny room and the fan didn't seem to work), and the sink is outside of that. Just some improvements to make, but not deal breaker. We would stay again.

Love the little perks that came with it too, like the shuttle bus and side entrance into the park! Wonderful experience, would definitely recommend!

The resort is beautiful! The lobby looks amazing and rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area is fantastic and we spent hours there. The shuttle to Disneyland is frequent and convenient. The only downside is the cost of food. There are plenty of options, but all are very expensive.

Overall I think this hotel is ok. Rooms were clean, service was good. My party and I did not manage to eat here as we spent most of our time at the park. That said, we've also stayed at the Disneyland hotel and preferred it there. This one was certainly more busy but my family and I prefer a quieter hotel. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay but would probably go back to the Disneyland hotel next time.

Great value for money if you'd visit Disney. the rate is even cheaper than some other hotels on the HK island and it is super convenient to disney itself. Everything else is pretty good as well. The only downside is without leaving the property you cant really get much other food options so you will need to rely mostly on hotel/ park meals which are generally ok but overpriced as usual

The hotel was very clean and well taken are of. The front desk check-in staff member was friendly and quick. She even had a birthday button for me even though I had not told them ahead of time that it was my birthday. She did however accidentally circle the wrong building on the map where our room was but this was easily corrected by us about 2 minutes later. The room was very spacious and well appointed. They are trying to minimize plastic waste so the room had it's own water purifier which was very handy and saved us from having to buy extra water or use extra plastic bottles. We did have an issue with the WIFI refusing to connect to our devices randomly and it took some fiddling with settings on our end to get this working. This happened several times over the few days hat we were there. The breakfast buffet was well worth the money and had a huge selection of foods. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s definitely worth staying. The staff are very friendly. The location is convenient, shuttle bus to the park and subway is located at the hotel front door. The restaurant is very expensive in the hotel, the buffet breakfast is worth the money if you take it as a brunch and take the opportunity to interact with Disney friend. My 23months son had a very happy time playing with Donald Duck. A big thank you to the staff!

This hotel was well worth the price. We stayed at the end of September for 2 nights.
The hotel lobby is very beautiful and spacious.
We ate at the buffet breakfast and it has a large selection of western and Asian cusine. Is a bit pricy for children who do not eat much food. However when on holidays you expect to eat out a majority of the time.
We stayed in a Seaview room and I recommend this. Was a lovely view. The room in general is quite spacious. Love all the small details in the room and the furnishings/artwork.
Definitely utilise the Disney shuttle bus. The humidity makes walking to Disneyland unbearable. Again we travelled at the end of September. It is worth purchasing small hand held fans especially if you are with small children or simply not used to the humidity.

The stay in itself was good and really wish we could stay here again.
Our issue was somewhat unique, we flew in at 7pm for a 2 night stay beforebheading to another country for the bulk of our holidays.
We had been tracking the imminent typhoon Ragasa and our airline requested us to leave a day early to avoid the airport closure.

This resulted in us checking out within 24hrs. And not staying the 2nd night.

A refund of our 2nd night was denied, hotels.com were very helpful it must be said, and when we return to Hong Kong next week, we will not stay with them again.

Its disappointing that a company will stick to their t&c's to the letter even when a natural disaster occurs.

In summary, great place to take the family but beware of unforseen events and how you will be treated.

Great, well maintained hotel that can cater to your every requirement. The hotel could benefit from having a gym on the premises, and the 8th floor windows shouldn't be blocked so that guests with young children who couldnt stay at Disneyland until 8pm can view the fireworks from the hotel.

Staff are also openly watching guests at the breakfast buffet - please give guests some space whilw they enjoy their meals.

Overall a great family stay, with plenty of free activities for families.

The Disney property is impeccable, as with all things Disney. Reception and foyer are very clean with a welcoming fresh scent in the air. Rooms are very large and spotlessly clean. Plenty of fresh towels and the amenities are good. Bed was very comfortable and linens were quality cotton, although the extremely firm latex type pillows are quite uncomfortable - often leaving us with stiff necks in the morning. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to parks is comfortable and runs very regularly - we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes in either direction. Food and drinks are very expensive in all of the dining options. All in all a lovely experience and we'll definitely return.

The hotel experience is good. Kids have an indoor playground and outdoor pool to play.
Both facilities are not too big, can spend 20-30 mins each. Buffet breakfast has good variety and tastes okay.

There were fewer Disney elements than we expected; without looking carefully, you wouldn't necessarily know it is a Disney hotel. I think they are aiming for the hotel to be more classy and premium, but when travelling with kids, you kind of want the Disney aspect dialled up to 10 and to be in your face.

The only food options are in the hotel, and are quite expensive. If you wanted to eat elsewhere, the closest metro station (Sunny Bay) has no food options, so you need to travel to either Tung Chung (approx 45 mins) or back into Hong Kong (about an hour).

You get to use a Disney Hotel line however, if you have early entry tickets you don’t need it.

The hotel was great and had everything we needed especially after a long day as Disney.

The food is good at the Hotel too.

A great stay and would definitely recommend, even for couples without kids.

Overall a fantastic 2 night stay at the Lodge. It had that resort vibe to it especially coming from the hustle and bustle of central HK. You can appreciate all the details of the hotel a lot more. The pool was great and they had life jackets and inflatable rings for the kids. There is a good range of food options, thats why we chose this hotel as our young girls wouldn't eat enough to justify a buffet. We had dinner at Dragon Wind the first night. Although on the expensive side we were impressed with the quality and taste of the food. The Disney custard buns were a nice dessert treat. We also tried the cafe and we enjoyed the Mickey waffles. The cafe also sells things like fruit salad, milk and range of snacks etc which was convenient. The hotel is also walking distance to the Disney Hollywood Hotel. The surrounds and gardens of the hotel are nicely designed and we enjoyed a morning walk. (just remember to bug spray!) The shuttle bus to and from Disneyland was also very convenient. Overall a great stay and we would stay here again.

The room was spacious and eco friendly. It's a big hotel almost like a maze! My kid loved to see Mickey and Minnie on the wall and the cute room slippers.
Breakfast meet and greet was fun and the food was delicious. I loved how they paid attention to the details for Disney lovers. Everything was quite expensive in Hong Kong and in Disney Land + hotel but I felt there was good reason for the price.

There's coupon provided in the room for merchandise discount at hotel souvenir shops. Don't forget to use it before you check out.

And when I checked-in, I \"accidentally\" left the luggage ticket at the lobby desk, and when we returned from Disney Land, the luggage was already in the room so we didn't have to hassle to get our stuff up to the room after a long day at the park.

We really enjoyed our first stay at the Explorer Lodge. The ability to access three Disneyland hotels for activities and facilities is a bonus. We were also pleasantly surprised that we were welcomed to use the facilities prior to check in and after check out. We had a late flight on the check out day so it was super helpful being able to relax in the hotel till it was time to depart for airport.

The service was great with us encountering many friendly and helpful staff. The QR code in the room which allowed us to order Amenities was very convenient and there was a wide range of items you could request for. I did find the pillow to be very stiff however with a search in the room I discovered a softer pillow inside one of the cabinets in the room.

It was also great having access to a Disney store on site. We encountered Mickey photo session three times during our 2 days stay. Overall a lovely experience and will definitely be keen to stay at one of the Disneyland hotels again. We took Airport express, metro then bus to the hotel. However we have now realised it's cheaper to just take a taxi direct from the airport to the hotel for a family of 4.

The group enjoyed the place. Wish they extended the swimming pool until at least 10:30pm. The momentous finished at 9:20pm by the time we got to the hotel its nearly 9:45pm just 15mins swim to relax. Otherwise its been great.
