It’s a decent hotel that is very closed to the airport. We only stayed one night for a layover. Room service was mediocre but breakfast was better. It was nice to have shuttles running every 30’ between the hotel and airport.

I have been traveling around Hong Kong, Macau, China, Southeast Asian Countries & USA since 1985 until present. I used to be a tour leader & travel company owner, I have observed lots of hotel staffers, but only Sky City Marriott Hotel impressed me dramatically & I won’t forget. Since Concierge Supervisor & staffers, Front desk Manager & staffers, Housekeeper supervisor & RA & 2 Assisted Managers who work at restaurant for dinner & breakfast, all made me feel like family, not that type of business relationship since they made me, wife and our son with smile, friendly & willing to listen, especially when I asked for temple locations, post/banner to pick up my wife from airport, asked for extra canned water (I have dry mouth & soar throat), & asked for late check out because we were at Sham Shui Po city and must be back to hotel late as I called to request my check out time to 4PM on 6/20/26, because of our unexpected 3 hour Chinese doctor visit. In a nutshell, staffers at hotel are friendly, supportive and professional. However, only one attitude must be reconsidered and changed is all of the female waiters/staffers who work at breakfast & dinner buffet, they have ever greet people with Welcome, Good morning & Thank you. I already complained it to the managers, but I didn’t see any change daily. Customer service must be retrained. It’s a 5 star hotel, not a cheap cafe. You can’t be flat affect, disregard you like/dislike your job or burn out.

Lounge access as we waited for earlier check in. Concierge was great help in finding the best ferry boat ride for us- super helpful with guiding how to reach the pier. Their shuttle service was a great help too. A very memorable experience!!

Convenient airport location with a nice sized room and comfortable bed. Tub/shower combo was a little hard to get into for the shorter guest. Great buffet option for meals. Airport and Tung Chung shuttles were provided at half hour intervals.

The staffers who work at the concierge and the housekeepers are the best attitude people. Whenever I ask them for transportation coach bus schedule and extra towels and water, they seem to be patience and have ever showed attitudes towards me and my family.

Issac at the lugage stand was great! He provided very helpful information about the city and saved us a lot of time. We greatly appreciate it. The check-in receptionist said that we could update the room and get early checkin. No early checkin was granted when we declined to update the room. Not sure what is the truth, but wonder..... It would help if we receive an early checkin because we arrived early in the morning and felt exhausted.

I do not have any bad comments, clean room, nice staff, etc. Except, their shampoo and conditioner make our hair dry and frizzy. All eleven of us. I would still recommend this hotel to everyone especially if your itinerary is includes Macau and Disneyland, but I would let them know to bring their own shampoo and conditioner.

The tub/shower was disaster - the level of the tub is higher than the level of the floor - so getting out there is a big drop off. Also there was nothing to hang onto in getting or out of the tub/shower. and the tub was slippery. I only later discovered the bath mat which was in a shelf far from the tub/shower - not in plain sight. For an older person like myself, I had to be very careful i didn't fall and injure myself. The bed was great. The lighting system was a bit complicated to figure out which lights belonged to which switches. The breakfast was fantastic!

It would be nice if there is filtered faucet installed water in the room.

I booked the room as 3 guests, there was only 1 robe, 2 pairs of guest slippers, and 2 glasses.

It would be helpful if a copy of the shuttl was provided as part of check-in.

All was good except the Lounge Staff. I felt like I was not welcome there. Ordered 2 beers and a cheese platter. Waited 20 minutes after the beer and no cheese platter. When I asked about it, the guy was non-caring and relied with a \"will bring it now\". I told him to forget it and left.
He Tried getting a tip as well. :).

After that, I ordered room service and the service was Excellent!

Loved the hotel the moment I stepped in.

The guy that helped us was very nice and efficient. Although it was an extra charge for breakfast for the kids, he suggested paying before hand versus day of to save some money. He even asked what time my flight was the next day and had extended my rooms to late checkout for 2pm the next day instead of 12pm. However, I believe there was some miscommunication and the front staff called the rooms at 12:30pm to ask if we forgot to checkout...otherwise we would be charged extra.

This is where it got frustrating and embarrassing for me...as I had told my party that the hotel was awesome in extending our checkout time to 2pm and that we didn't have to rush....but if was now the case...after the room call, I personally went down to front desk and told them that it was you guys that offered it when I checked in...I did not ask for extension....they made me feel like it was my fault... especially when the guy I was speaking to said \"I will extend only 1 room..\" and then change to \"I will only do it this time for time extension\"...

Don't offer me if you can't hold up on your end...

Overall I had a good stay.. breakfast had a good variety. Offers free shuttle to tung chung for last minute shopping and airport...which is why we picked this location.

We loved staying here, the room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel was super nice. The pool and spa area were excellent. The shuttle picked us up at the airport and we were at the hotel in 10 minutes. They also provide a shuttle to the train (MTR) station, which made getting around super easy. The only downside is there is nothing next to the hotel like other restaurants but there is a brand new mall across the street that is due to open soon.

We didn't use the gym or pool as time didn't allow, but did enjoy a comfortable and quiet night's sleep here. We also had a late dinner and drinks which was expensive and not great - standard hotel fare. I would stay here again for a quick stopover and a good night's sleep.

We stayed here for 1 night as there was 7 hr layover. Overall property looks great at first sight. However basic amenities doesn’t work. We checked in late night and found out flush was not working. Instead of changing room right away, they sent engineer to repair who wasted more 1 hr. Eventually we had to change the room after we insisting that we are here only for 5 hour good sleep. Reception staff and manager was unapologetic at all. Very bad customer experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it completely exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and professional, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully appointed.
But what really stood out was the breakfast. It was absolutely amazing! The variety of choices was impressive—everything from fresh pastries and fruits to hot dishes made to order. Every item I tried was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. The quality was top-notch, and you could tell they take real pride in what they serve. I looked forward to breakfast every morning and it genuinely made my stay even more enjoyable.
The location is perfect, the staff went above and beyond, and the overall atmosphere made me feel truly pampered. I can’t recommend this hotel enough—whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, you’ll be in excellent hands here.
I’ll definitely be back on my next visit to the area!
