Apart from a lumpy bed everything was of a good standard.
Breakfast buffet is huge with lots of choices to suit all tastes.
Convenient shuttle service to airport and Tung Chung shuttle and cable car.
Recommend this hotel.

A functional business hotel that makes sure you don’t forget this in terms of service and accommodation, which is fine if you are on business or office stay and don’t mind the conveyor belt experience not if you are on a holiday or leisurely stay looking for a different experience, at this price point which is definitely not on the cheaper side.

Loved the hotel the moment I stepped in.

The guy that helped us was very nice and efficient. Although it was an extra charge for breakfast for the kids, he suggested paying before hand versus day of to save some money. He even asked what time my flight was the next day and had extended my rooms to late checkout for 2pm the next day instead of 12pm. However, I believe there was some miscommunication and the front staff called the rooms at 12:30pm to ask if we forgot to checkout...otherwise we would be charged extra.

This is where it got frustrating and embarrassing for me...as I had told my party that the hotel was awesome in extending our checkout time to 2pm and that we didn't have to rush....but if was now the case...after the room call, I personally went down to front desk and told them that it was you guys that offered it when I checked in...I did not ask for extension....they made me feel like it was my fault... especially when the guy I was speaking to said \"I will extend only 1 room..\" and then change to \"I will only do it this time for time extension\"...

Don't offer me if you can't hold up on your end...

Overall I had a good stay.. breakfast had a good variety. Offers free shuttle to tung chung for last minute shopping and airport...which is why we picked this location.

We loved staying here, the room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel was super nice. The pool and spa area were excellent. The shuttle picked us up at the airport and we were at the hotel in 10 minutes. They also provide a shuttle to the train (MTR) station, which made getting around super easy. The only downside is there is nothing next to the hotel like other restaurants but there is a brand new mall across the street that is due to open soon.

Disappointing pool hours (9-9). Had hoped to swim first thing before a flight but sadly not to be.

Breakfast was fine. Bar was fine. Overall fine and functional as a hotel, nothing to get too excited about but it did what we needed for a night. Transfer bus to airport was good.

We didn't use the gym or pool as time didn't allow, but did enjoy a comfortable and quiet night's sleep here. We also had a late dinner and drinks which was expensive and not great - standard hotel fare. I would stay here again for a quick stopover and a good night's sleep.

We stayed here for 1 night as there was 7 hr layover. Overall property looks great at first sight. However basic amenities doesn’t work. We checked in late night and found out flush was not working. Instead of changing room right away, they sent engineer to repair who wasted more 1 hr. Eventually we had to change the room after we insisting that we are here only for 5 hour good sleep. Reception staff and manager was unapologetic at all. Very bad customer experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it completely exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and professional, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully appointed.
But what really stood out was the breakfast. It was absolutely amazing! The variety of choices was impressive—everything from fresh pastries and fruits to hot dishes made to order. Every item I tried was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. The quality was top-notch, and you could tell they take real pride in what they serve. I looked forward to breakfast every morning and it genuinely made my stay even more enjoyable.
The location is perfect, the staff went above and beyond, and the overall atmosphere made me feel truly pampered. I can’t recommend this hotel enough—whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, you’ll be in excellent hands here.
I’ll definitely be back on my next visit to the area!

Room was nice and clean the lobby was great we arrived early around 10:30 dropped off our luggage with the Bell service got checked in and went out for the rest of the day returning home around 9:00 and had our luggage brought up almost immediately. They have some great free shuttles there that take you to Tung Chong and to the airport. It is close to the airport but you cannot walk since it's across money strange streets and crossings but it's less than 7 minutes drive. Definitely would stay again. NOTE: THE DOUBLE BEDS ARE VERY SMALL BY AMERICAN STANDARDS.

Unfortunately the hotel had a planned power outage for the night I was there. In order to get showered and ready for my next flight out of Tokyo with lights, I was only able to get 2 hours rest before power was turned off at 3am.

This was planned and should have been communicated to guests during the booking. My objective for getting the room was to rest after a 16 hour flight. 2 hours rest was a joke.

The property was very nice, by the standards inconvenience was this unacceptable.

Clean room but the bathroom is an over the bath which I found prone to accidents. Bath tub is too high and the shower glass wall is too short that water gets on the floor causes a bit of water flooding which is an issue for health and safety.

I don’t recommend this hotel as a good Marriott experience. The pictures are not what you are getting. The room was ok, though my room smelled like moth balls and incense, and the “queen bed” it really more of a full size bed, which made it difficult to share. The hotel room hallways are dark, and rooms need updating. Yes the hotel is close to the airport but they give you no information about the bus schedule to know when they are coming. The bus driver made no attempt to attend to any of the passengers or help with any of the suitcases. I had to wave him down to get his attention that he needed to open another door because we had a full bus and there wasn’t enough room with only one door open. The drive to the hotel was wild throwing us around and he curbed it ( it was a very large chartered bus) when pulling into the hotel. Not the best start to our stay. Our 2 times talking to the front desk staff (wants to check in and once for direction) was not good. They talked in a very direct, irritated and authoritarian tone while smiling. It is not a warm friendly place and you have to ask a lot of questions just to figure out the basics. I will say the bellman who brought our luggage and the housekeeping staff were kind. I would not stay there again. I’d rather pay more and stay somewhere they do not seemed annoyed and has rooms and overall atmosphere that feels more restful and pleasant.

Check-In was a mess. For some reason, my booking was \"linked\" to another guest's booking. It created a situation where I needed to prove who I was and show the front counter staff my confirmation email. They blamed it on the backend system, but it certainly looked like a human-error. Nothing was done to make our stay any better after that. It felt like normal business for them.

No knowledge or accommodation for gluten free that is mandatory for me. Got sick from buffet. Asked staff for help and they had no idea what gluten free means and no gluten free bread or labels on food. Very surprising and disappointing for a global chain like the Marriott.

Great hotel. Clean, friendly, efficient. The breakfast options were abundant and delicious. The staff even helped me get a car to the airport after we missed the shuttle. One minor suggestion though is that the hotel could provide the option of letting the guests use the luggage cart themselves instead of always having a staff to help. In our case we had to wait for the staff to come over to pick up our luggage when checking out and given how tight our time was we missed the shuttle.

The two gentlemen at the front desk are very nice & accommodating. However, the woman at the front desk couldn’t do anything & any time I asked a question, tried to make a reservation, etc. she had to wait for one of the men to finish with their guests to do it for her.

Our friends & I were staying on the same floor, opposite sides of the hall. Our showers didn’t have warm water. It was freezing cold. The hotel said they would send someone to fix it & never did. Showering was unbearable.

My family were already seated in the breakfast area. When I was walking into the seating area to meet my family the bigger woman with oversized suit almost mauled me. She jumped in front of me, put her hands up & was waving them around saying I can’t enter without a reservation. DESPITE me already having one. She didn’t even ask me for it. She just went crazy trying to stop me from entering.

Our dining experience in the restaurant upstairs was one of the worst I have ever had. The older, taller male waiter was so erratic. He yelled at every single staff member when he was the one making all the mistakes. One of the people at our table never even received their food, despite us following up several times. It took him 30+ minutes to give us our check despite the place being empty. He kept coming back to the table & asking if we wanted a check & did this 3-4 different times. One of has had to go over to the bar area where they close out tabs and request the checks. We thought he was drunk.

However I couldn't enjoy any of the benefits (Executive lounge access, earning stay points ...) which are entitled to my Lifetime Platinum Elite status, since my reservation was made through a third party (i.e. Expedia). This doesn't make sense and is unfair to the customer.

Everything was excellent except the restaurant in the hotel was extremely high price and there were no other options except take the bus shuttle back and forth to the airport.

The rooms are very large and nice. The front desk staff was also very informative. Overall, a geat hotel but isolated from everything.

This was the BEST Marriott I have stayed at in years. It was so surprising for an airport hotel. It was an extremely clean room, generous size, excellent lighting, comfy bed, nice bathroom. Did I say clean!!!! I would stay there again for any Hong Kong airport layover
