a very unique hotel, good for family with kids but what i enjoyed the most is the sceneries /view from my balcony where you can see the beach and u can even walk in the beach and watch the sunset. Harvest restaurant is spacious with beautiful view while having breakfast

Many of the parks activities were closed and there were very few staff available to answer questions. The room was very clean and comfortable but other than a bottle of water, no tea, coffee or any other food or beverage amenities were offered in the room. The complimentary breakfast was temperature challenged but fine.

Strange concept hotel...not sure it really works

The hotel is difficult to get to, even though we arrived/departed from lantau Island, not Central!!
The breakfast selection is very limited, and included strange options (mashed potatoes) .
The room was large, mostly clean with a nice back outdoor space. Very comfortable, and great to be able to have so many beds/room options. Nice play area outdoors for the kids, and nice stroll through the garden with all the animals - but it’s a weird concept! I’m not sure what the whole park is supposed to be - we decided not to go as it seemed alot of money for nothing.

Cockroaches in Bedroom & A Very Average Breakfast

We were greeted by an amazing view of the bridge and the Ark - though a bit gimmicky - looks great in its vastness.

The receptionist was nice and we were looking forward to bed. As we entered the room, a large cockroach left and I slammed the door the second it left! during unpacking, a small cockroach ran out from under the fridge and that was a HUGE shock just as we had thought we had seen enough for the night! Had a restless night as worried about more cockroaches and the flashing light from the smoke detectors was so bright!! Total of four flashing lights, 2 right above the bed!

Breakfast - I didn't really enjoy it but it was so-so.

Peaceful and Nice place to stay in HKG

The stay was good. Since Ma-Wan is out of main city, there is advantages of quiet and peaceful locality with beach next door. On the downside, you are almost 1 hour away from central and shipping places. Altogether for people who want to experience peace in Hong Kong, this is a place.

Avoid this hotel unless you specifically book it to visit the associated resort/park. If you want to see Hong Kong or are in transit this hotel is very inconvenient. The biggest problem is access to the hotel which is only possible by bus or taxi. If you take a taxi you will pay an additional surge due to limited access to the highway which is the only way to and out of the hotel. In addition do not rely on the breakfast as you can only get is past 10 AM and if you are in transit this may simply be too late. Finally the rooms lack storage or desk space so you will have to keep most of your items in your bag.

We had no advance notice that transportation is not permitted to pull up to the hotel entrance. Without any assistance for our three suitcases and two backpacks, we had to make our way from a distant taxi stop to an elevator that took us down to a deteriorating boardwalk toward the hotel. At an entrance marked for hotel guests, we were denied entrance because we had not yet registered. Instead, we had to continue managing our own luggage uphill to a vehicle entry gate manned by a security guard who acknowledged our reservation and let us onto the property. We continued to manage our luggage further uphill to the hotel entrance, then up another elevator to the third floor registration desk, and finally to our room on the same level. No assistance was available for this 43-room hotel. Retracing our steps for departure was minimally easier as we did not have to go through the vehicle gate, but we did hve to move our luggage down a flight of stairs. There was a slide available for the luggage, but we still had to navigate back to the original elevator and then to the distant taxi stop. Hotel staff did assist by calling for a taxi to meet us at the stop. Guests should plan to carry only a backpack or carryon suitcase. Had we known what we would encounter, we would have stored our cruise luggage at a much more convenient location before arriving to spend our one night at Noah's Ark. Evening buffet food service was classy but expensive. Breakfast buffet was better.

Beautiful Views, Terrible Access

Beautiful views, but it is difficult to get to this hotel! If you have luggage, be prepared for a hike. I came in late. Taxi's are only allowed to a certain point. Then I had to take my bags down 2 escalators that were turned OFF, in the DARK. The next hurdle is a flight of very narrow steps down, then back up another set of steps. You have then arrived on the Love Promenade, which is lovely.
Be prepared to carry luggage. Not handicapped accessible at all. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was non-descript. Bed very comfortable. Beach beautiful. Ferry is the best transportation to the rest of HK.

with a family the size as ours, (2 adults and 6 kids) noah's ark was alright. nice to find a place with enough room for all of us in hong kong. i wasn't happy with the fact as guests of noah's ark, we still had to pay for the attractions within the ark-not so fun. the beach was quite nice, some of the restaurants along the beach are very pricey. but the free breakfast was quite nice.

Large-family friendly... a rarity in HK.

Covnenient for a large family in Hong Kong. Ma Wan is a cool little island. It's quite easy to get to the MTR station in Tsing Yi. Some good dining options nearby as well as convenient shops and supermarkets.

i would rate for 4 stars if it is just a hotel. BUT as it called itself as \"resort and hotel', i can only rate 2.5 stars. the signages and directions in the hotels were poor. we entered to the hotel from a 'back door-liked' entrance which has few stairs and a security guard which made us feel bad. the attitude of the guard was rude too. all of the things were just like a 'nice hostel'.

there were only 2 power sockets in the room, both under the table. it was so unfirendly if u wanna charge ur phones or power your shaver!

4 bedded family room was good, clean and comfy. 1 large bottled water was provided on the 1st day, but it wasn't topped up. Usual hotel amenities like shower cap, cotton pads were lacking. Only toothbrush and kettle, plastic cups, soap and shampoo was provided.

But the space / large family table and open decking made up for the lack of toiletries.

For the evening meal, there's only 1 restaurant open which charged exhorbitant prices. Tips for family, buy your snack, milk etc from the airport or the local Supermarket 3 bus stops away.
Other than this, my family of 3 kids (aged 14-2) enjoyed their stay.

Also lots of kids educationalactivities in the ark hotel itself. Enough to fill up 1.5 days of fun and activities for kiddies.

좋네요. 쉬러 가면 딱 좋네요.ㅎ 홍콩에도 이런데가 ㅋ

테마파크 안에 있어서 테마파크도 볼 수 있어 좋았고, 침대도 많고, 화장실도 2개나 있고 너무 좋았습니다.

Good stay but not convenient

This hotel is a good value, weather traveling with a family or solo. Its quiet, and away from the city. The only problem is that this location is only available through bus ride or taxi. There is no train or shuttle that goes here. Bus rides can be tiresome and crowded from here, depending on where you are going. This hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport or 35 minutes from the action in hong kong.

Check in went pretty smooth. Room was ready on arrival. Nice spacious room and something different to the ordinary hotel rooms one is use too. Bunker beds but modern. Leaves you with a idea of maybe this is how the ark would have been? We as family of five enjoyed the experience. Museums etc were interesting. Some downfalls. Can not reach entrance of hotel with transport. Get dropped of about 200m from entrance and have to walk with luggage up and down staircases. We stayed two days but only got free bottled water for one day. Double bathroom which was great but one of the bathrooms drain system had a bad smell. Staff are friendly but not all geared up for foreign visitors.

Large room full of bunkbeds great for children and 2 separate bathrooms made it ideal for 8 people. Very clean and large table in center of room. Complimentary breakfast in the morning had both Asian and Western choices and was much appreciated. Area has a few restaurants within 1 block of the resort. Stayed on a Saturday night and their seafood buffet was sold out. Recommend reserving the restaurant at the resort early if staying on a weekend. Great view of the bridge to airport.

Disappointing

The location is close to the airport. It is perhaps the only good thing about this place. It is not a place for relaxation. The name of hotel is misleading. What resort? Noah's Ark park is suitable, perhaps, only for under 5 year old children. A 7 to 8 year old will most likely find it primitive and uninteresting.
Air quality was bad, quite oppposite to what I had expected when I booked it. I stayed for only 2 nights. My allergic rhinitis played up and my chest tight.
My wife opened the balcony door and smelt the bad air. She closed it straight away. Our room was almost just under a motorway bridge. We looked up on the internet and now understand why the air quality is bad most of the time in that area although it is facing the sea. We will not choose to stay there again.
One of the most annoying things is that there are many steps to get up to the security at the entrance. Nobody there to help us with the luggage. I have seen many people struggling with heavy luggage and push chairs. There is no ramp!
However there is a big electric gate for heavy goods vehicle round the corner. When I left I refused to carry my luggage down the stairs so the security opened the electric gate for me. They should have offered this option at least to old people and couples with very young children. Very poor customer care.
The room was clean but not well maintained. 2 areas on the walls in the bathroom were patched up with cellotapes only and not repaired properly.

這次是第一次和朋友到這酒店旅遊，環境清幽，房間比我們預期的還要好，雖然不是5星級酒店設施，但勝在整潔舒適，服務方面：整體都算不錯，如果再加點熱誠和笑容就更佳，11月中是天氣最舒服的時候，享受和暖的陽光，和朋友在沙灘旁的 cafe 下午茶閒聊，真是寫意。

從荃灣到酒店，坐巴士NR331很快就到，下車站就在酒店旁。四人家庭房，整潔，有陽台，房間光線充足，但浴室只有沐浴露，如果能提供洗頭水會更好，員工服務友善，酒店附近有沙灘，公園，餐廳，適合家庭遊閒渡假。

整體感覺非常差,建議考慮清楚才入住.
1)當日入酒店房後，致電向前台取毛毯，竟得到回覆說:每間房已預了2人一張被，基本上沒有多，即管找找....
2)打電話再問有沒有毛巾，同樣得到回覆說:沒有預備太多，毛巾最好是check in時提出，要先問先得.
3)第一天向酒店職員問路，酒店代表叫我們自己Google
.第二天問酒店設施位置，被胡亂指示方向...

總結是3星都不如，完全冇服務，感覺比錢受氣．

酒店非常非常失望-加錢升級房間,明明有幾間吉房都說冇房,離晒大譜,職員態度差,酒店不整潔.....

登記入住當日, 入到房間後,想加錢升級到更大的房間,我們分別問了兩次,晚上又問了一次都說沒有房間。明明在長走廊外見到最少有7間吉房。第二日早上到長走廊散步見到昨天那有幾間吉房是沒有人入住。真係對這酒店非常非常失望。

因疫情關係人流不多，可以輕鬆遊吓公園等設施，但有特色的都要收費就。。餐廳真心好一般！

各階層的職員都很有禮貌。贊 !!!

早餐時段餐廳應可不接受訂枱服務，因短短的用餐時間 8:00-10:30 該些自私訂了枱的客人竟然於9:30 才出現，結果8:00-9:30 有窗前美麗景色的餐枱，白白空著了1個半小時而沒人使用，剝奪了其他客人享受美景的權利，酒店在這方面可考慮改善。

四人入住的家庭房間比較狹小，只有小小的衣櫃，建議可在牆上安裝一些隱鑲入式的開合掛衣鉤。

房間貨不對辦⋯跟照片完全不同。但是兒童設施是不錯的，贈送的早餐也很豐富。
