There is a lot of sound bleed between the rooms, we could hear the plumbing and people's conversations which made it hard to sleep sometimes. The mattresses were also covered in plastic beneath the sheet, I presume for longevity, but it made it hot and unpleasant to sleep.

The hotel manager took feedback very nicely. There was initially an issue with smell coming from the drains and toilet. They did something to fix that problem for me. Interior of the room was well maintained.
The walls were thin though. During my visit, some other tourists were travelling in a large group and they were room hopping. I thought it was child screaming in the hall but it was a mature auntie screaming and talking loudly.

It’s tucked into a street that’s hard to find and I used to live in HK! Rooms are on the smaller side but costly. The plus side are the eating areas nearby and Victoria park for an early morning walk. I will only stay there again if the price is lower and there’s no other option.

Terrible, customer service, room had an damp urine smell and when asked to swap was made to feel like an inconvenience, rather than politely offering another room the only option was to pay an additional HKD1600 and would only accept cash. Avoid this hotel ! Location was good that was it. Not the standard I expected considering it was 18night stay!

A few things to note:
- There is no restaurant at the hotel, but lots of options just outside, including a nice little coffee shop with pastries and a pretty good grocery store.
- The pillows on the bed all have plastic wrap on the inside, which makes them not breathable and your head gets sweaty at night. We removed them.
- Very helpful staff, dehumidifier, coffee/tea in the room, umbrellas - nice amenities
- The hotel is on a small side street, and showing its address to taxis doesn’t always get you to the front door (around the block, instead). It’s best to get a card from the front desk that includes instructions for taxis.
- Nice TV in the room, very limited channels

The room is rather small, lack of chairs, and the double bed is made of two single beds pushed together. The facilities were clean and complementary bathroom supplies were good. However, the cleaner came to do the room at rather random times, from about 11 am to 5 pm.

Great location on the HK island in between Tin Hau and Fortress Hill (minutes' walk from both MTR stations and bus and tram routes). The rooms are cosy but exceptionally clean and makes good use of the space available (eg, plenty of storage space in the bathroom and the use of fold out chair/stools to maximise space). The beds are comfortable and the shower box is spacious. The reception team is helpful and Amy, the house services supervisor, is friendly and warm and does audits regularly to ensure guests' feedback on the condition and cleaniliness of the rooms are collated.
Tonnes of food options nearby and the famous Victoria Park is only a few minutes' walk away (and the famous Causeway Bay is only on the other side of the park for dining and shopping).
Highly recommended if you are not want to break the bank but still want a clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay.

One little word of advice...
There's nothing wrong about the place. Location is perfect for transport and everything. Tidiness and helpfulness of staff was great also. Room size is definitely bang for buck by local standards.
The only thing that really put us off was their last minute change in managerial decision to no longer accept temporary storage of luggage in between stays. As we were hoping to have left one large piece behind as it was not needed for an out of town trip in between the second leg of staying at the hotel a week later which ended up being a bit of a scramble to decide what to do with.
Most places we've stayed in the past does it. Pity they no longer offer the service. Maybe they will revise again, we won't know. Anyway, do take that into account when considering.
If it's not an matter to the travelling party. Then of course, highly recommended.

It’s very convenient for MTR, restaurants, groceries. If you need to have morning walk, it’s 5 minutes walk to the Victoria Park. The price is reasonable. The room is small if you book a 15m room.

I stayed at this hotel 3 nights when I checked in late evening, the staff was not polite and had me to wait 4 others persons after me.
Room was clean but very bad interior design, my bed was 2 single beds placed together so there’s a gap in the middle deep down inside.
Also the wall between the end of the bed frame only 12” for me I am tall woman was not enough room to walk between.
Morning staffs are present and good manners though.
Anyway I will not consider to come back in the future.
