Late post - stayed from 16-26 September 2025. Most impressed with the service, my husband contacted the hotel before we checked in to inform we were celebrating our wedding anniversary during the stay and we had a pleasant surprise when they sent up a bottle of wine and a dessert with a card.
We had to extend our stay due to the typhoon and we really appreciated Staff Aki from the front desk. He personally accompanied us to the room on the first day and one of the days when there was limited deliveries for food due to the weather, he helped us to order the food personally as we had issues with the app and we gave him the money when he brought it up to our room. We truly appreciate that he went the extra mile to provide good service to hotel guests.
We really enjoyed the stay - room is great and the bathroom is spacious, housekeeping did a wonderful job when we requested for amenities and cleaning up. Hotel is linked to IFC mall which is convenient for us too. Would definitely recommend. 💕

Excellent hotel choice in Hong Kong
It’s a beautiful building located right near Victoria Harbor with fantastic views. Service was great, rooms are spacious and location is easy to get around on metro and walking distance to many popular areas. The pool is incredible. You have the most unreal views with heated pool, hot tube and cold plunge. It’s really top-notch.

We had the most incredible stay at Four Seasons Hong Kong! Our 7 days could not have been more perfect and this was mainly due to the wonderful people there. The Executive Club/Lounge Team are truly amazing, always so friendly, helpful and professional. Special mention needs to go to all of them and apologies if I have missed anyone, Christine, Elise, Anthony, Connie, Christina, Ryan and Osman. They gave us some really lovely surprises, a big birthday macaroon with Prosecco, a beautiful hand written card highlighting our experience watching the football team we support and other beautiful, thoughtful treats.
Another huge surprise which was arranged by the Executive Team was when, upon our arrival at the airport for our sad departure (we didn’t want to leave the Four Seasons Hotel and HK), we were greeted by Christopher and Johnson from the Airport Team who very kindly helped us through check-in and took us right up to the security area.
The Housekeeping Team is also second to none, they do an immaculate job each and every day, well twice a day!
The property itself is superb with excellent amenities and our Executive Harbour View room was fabulous with everything we could possibly need. A visit to the lovely Spa is an ideal way to relax after a busy day exploring HK. The pools are great with inspiring views of the harbour and Central.

Excellent service. When we call them in the morning before checkout to confirm the checkout time being midday, they rang back straight away to extend it by an hour. The front desk was also extremely helpful and friendly (and similarly at Lung King Heen). We were upgraded to a higher floor as well. The harbour view was memorable - watching the dynamic lighting from ICC and the big screen next to it. The room has recently been updated, with USB-C ports.
There were some very minor issues in the bathroom. The bathroom basin plugs were difficult to make a complete seal, and the shower door handle was a bit loose. It did not affect the delightful experience with our stay.

The facilities of the hotel maintained high standard, especially the newly renovated areas made it a spark in the city. However the service of the hotel especially at the executive lounge requires much improvement. Inexperienced staff was employed and wispers about the customers were easily seen in the small scaled lounge. Food was not served outside the time slots, not even snacks, which is uncommon in other lonnges in the city. Besides, even if attending the lounge in the assigned timeslot, you may not be served. For example, if you had your afternoon teaset the first day u checked in and you go to the lounge at 2 pm ( check out time was arranged to be at 4pm) on the next day, they would say u already had it yesterday and no food would be served. But they didnt tell u in the first place, making my schedule disrupted and my pregnant wife and 2 year old need to go back to our room to wait for inroom dining. Old fashioned decoration and poor selection of furniture was in need for replacement at the lounge as well. One main thing about the sleeping experience is the noise from the road is quite loud even if u stay above 40th floor. At last, i supposed the airconditioning system is quite old and the smell from the system was quite pungent. I have been to numerous hotels in Hong Kong and stayed in quite a number of expensive suites, fourseasons definitely requires much effort to stand out among the competitors.

It was our anniversary stay. Hotel surprise us with a small piece of cheese cake and a bottle of sparkling wine. Even at dinner at the lounge, they treat us with a small plate of fruits with “happy anniversary” which we are thankful.

It's a beautiful hotel and excellent service from all the staffs in the hotel, well trained, it was our first time stayed in Hong Kong Four Seasons for staycation and to celebrated my birthday with family, thanks for Front Office Manager, Andy upgrade our room, it's big enough for 4 of us, we absolutely love it. Food quality is excellent and pool is beautiful, there is nothing to complain, only there is just a little thing, we think the room is starting to getting old, it's clean but the furniture Is a little bit outdated. Overall, we all enjoy our stay in the hotel.

So old fashioned. Room was worn and seemed very out of date. Tv barely worked. Little choice of in room entertainment. WiFi slow. Minibar limited and over priced as was much of the menu. They had two pools but both full of screaming kids. Why not separate one so people who don’t have them can have some quiet time? Service excellent though.

They were so friendly and welcoming - Vily the assistant manager offered a hot water and lemon to our room on check in as I was not feeling vey well. We asked for a high floor and they put us on the second to top and overlooking the harbour. The whole experience was excellent and we loved our sunny day by the big swimming pool too. Thank you!

My girlfriend and I spent a long-weekend in Hong Kong and decided to stay at the amazing Four Seasons as we also celebrated my Birthday. My girlfriend took care of the check-in and the staff helped her with the Birthday surprise for me, providing complimentary cake and champgne for breakfast. They even upgraded our room from peak view to harbour view, which was absolutely fantastic. We even got late check-out as we had a midnight flight back home to Europe. Moreover, the pool area is very beautiful and relaxing with an amazing view, and the food is also top notch.
Lastly, all the staff we spoke with were super helpful and kind. But still, we want to send an extra special thanks to Angela - her help and good mood made our stay 10 out of 10. After this superb long-weekend at Four Seasons I’m pretty sure we cannot stay anywhere else the next time we’ll visit Hong Kong :)

Got assigned to the suite on 43/F with an absolutely amazing panoramic view of HK. Spacious room with walk in closet and nice bathroom. Bedding is so comfy and with choices of pillows for your to choose. Wonderful dinner at Caprice in the hotel’s 3 Michelin stars french restaurant. Granted a late check out and as happy as Larry! Look forward to be back!
