The Figo is a great option in Hong Kong. Great location and helpful staff. The coffee machine and happy hours are much appreciated. The rooms are a little tired but they have everything you need. Housekeeping is done to a high standard.

Generally really good however the room was dark all the chairs were very uncomfortable and the lifts were very slow. As i was on the 3rd floor I often used the stairs but obviously no one. is supposed to use the stairs as there were filthy and had lots of debris in the way. This was a concern as i assume the stairs are also the fire exit and a lot of people died this week in Hong Kong in a terrible fire in a series of tower blocks

My husband, my daughter and I stayed over a week at the Figo in September. The hotel was clean and spacious. The staff was most helpful and friendly. We really liked the lounge area, the patio, and the complimentary beverages. The location is excellent as it is close to the MTR and within walking distance to shops and good neighborhood restaurants. We had to leave Hong Kong early because of the upcoming typhoon and needed help with our travel insurance claim. The staff of Figo was very responsive and helpful!!

Nicely designed property but the rooms are worn down. Walls covered in marks, floor was not clean and the bathroom needs a major clean. Bad drainage in the shower, mold marks and just dirty in general.

The hotel upgraded my stay to a suite. It was very spacious and had all the amenities I needed. However some things obviously need upgrading (shower and floors) and only one elevator was available and the hotel is located in a mixed use building which caused some delays. Overall the location is wonderful, very close to two metro stations and other transport, fairly quiet in the evenings.

Venezia was the best staff ever!! She was so sweet and helpful and told us a ton of stuff to do around the area. She was very accommodating to us 3 girls who are newish to traveling in international places. The property was really great, there is a shared living area with coffee machine that makes lattes!, free juice, and free happy hour from 5:30-6:30pm. The room was clean and comfortable and bathroom was great! we had an amazing experience and will be back if we ever visit this area again,

A lovely stay in this very comfortable hotel. The room size is tight but well equippe. Also, the hotel staff were very helpful portaying excellent communication throughout my time there.
However, I was unable to open my bedroom window & it was hot in that setting. That was difficult, for me.
Also, the TV was displaying cartoons & I could not access any news channels. No sure if I needed a subscription to acess netflix etc?

I absolutely loved this hotel! I booked a suite and it was much bigger than the pictures showed. There were two of us staying there, and one of us had the bedroom and the other had the lounge. Easily big enough for both of us. Everyone working there was amazing. They do a happy hour between 1730 - 1830 (although only made it once!). Everything is very clean - bed, towels etc. were excellent. There is also a large shared lounge area with a small balcony.
Area is awesome - 10 mins walk from Macau ferry terminal and a metro station. About 2 mins walk from the beginning of Hollywood Road, which has lots of great restaurants and bars - quite 'hipster' as an area!

My wife and I have been regular business and leisure travelers to HK for over 20 years. This hotel was a very happy discovery for us; it felt like it was very new, nicely located in the Sheung Wan locality, convenient to central HK. One slight limitation is that it's a slightly longer walk to the MTR (6-8 min, which for HK is not short). Having said that, if you are comfortable with local transport options (which we are), the bus and tram services are excellent. The bus stop is literally at the doorstep, and it only takes 15 min to get to Central by bus.
We were upgraded to the club floor, which came with a little sitting room, which was very much appreciated. The room was very well appointed, with full range of toiletries. The towels felt very new, as did the bedsheets, and the bed was comfortable. The room is a typical HK hotel room, with enough space to walk around 2 sides of the bed. Hence the usefulness of having a sitting area.
What we really enjoyed about the hotel was the common area at the reception, where there was free flow drinks and snacks, in a very comfortable large open area, with ample seating. The best thing? Every day at 530 to 630, there is a happy hour, with free flow wine, beer, bourbon and other liquor. It was a very nice place to hang out and chill.
The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. I did not have a single interaction with staff where they were not smiling and helpful. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

Lovely hotel with efficient facilities - they have a gym which was great and quiet. The only negative comment I have is that the air conditioning in the room I was initially assigned was so loud that I actually had to move rooms (the front desk was happy to relocate me and this made a big difference). Otherwise, had a great stay here.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Booked the standard room and they kindly upgraded the room to a queen premier. Very spacious! Location is perfect - smack in the middle of sheung wan, walkable to SYP MTR (recommended option as it’s more sheltered during summer heat) about 5 mins walk; walkable to Sheung Wan MTR (a lot of small bars and eateries a long the way but largely not sheltered) about 7 mins walk.

Booked this for my dad as I live nearby and it was perfect. He had a little apartment which was very comfortable. The lounge area is lovely and has a happy hour everyday and soft drinks/coffee all day. The terrace was a nice space too. Gym limited but a great extra. Location is great most things within 15mins walk.

It's our second time staying here. Check-in was smooth and they upgraded us to a larger room. We really like staying here. The common area has free water, free coffee and a good variety of games. The room has divided areas for sleeping and \"living area\", perfect for us dealing with jet lag.

데스크 직원분들 모두 엄청 친절하시고 항상 상주해 계십니다. 무료로 커피와 캔디 견과류등을 즐길 수 있고, 해피아워에는 맥주도 무료로 이용 가능하다고 안내 받았으나, 머무는 내내 그 시간대에 숙소에 있던 적은 없어서 이용하진 않았어요 ㅎㅎ위치가 좋아서 주변 관광지 및 식당들을 전부 도보로 방문할 수 있습니다. 친절하고, 위치도 좋고, 라운지 시설도 좋습니다. 다만 아주 넓은 숙소는 아니에요. 캐리어 펼쳐놓으니 여유 공간이 많진 않았어요. 이용에 참고하세요!

The air condition was not working properly and even on the cooling setting set to 17C it felt like just a fan. The bathroom water was not draining properly either and every time we showered the whole bathroom would be flooded.

My room have disabled facilities. Room seem bigger. However hair was found on the bed. The toilet was smelly with coloured flushing water. The drainage was found to be clogged when taking a shower, so made that much water on the toilet floor. Their public area is comfortable and good feeling

If I have to pick on sth was that I forgot about whether there'd be breakfast the next day so I called to ask. The tone of that evening staff seemed a bit impatient and told me that this hotel doesn't have a restaurant. He could have just told me that breakfast was not included.

The hotel location is very convenient. We stayed at lower floor and the windows are facing the residential building windows. So we can not open curtains. The room is clean and staff is nice. Only the toilet paper keeps falling off and easy to get wet. It’s hanging on the side of washbasin. Maybe will be better move to the opposite side.

This is a nice little boutique hotel in Sheung Wan. It is a short 5-10 walk to subway but there are also buses just across the street. Staff is very helpful, especially Eric. There is a lovely patio on the 4th floor where we enjoyed our morning cappuccino from their espresso machine. We will definitely come back to this hotel next time in HK.

The staff is very very helpful. The hotel is nice, well located, close to the MTR and you have many options of shops and restaurants close. The Central station, HK Station and the ferry to Macau are very close and convenient too. I like the rooms, they are big, clean and comfy. I love staying at Hotel LBP! The home theatre room is a nice space to relax as well, and there is a terrace. Love it all!

Good location - walking distance to central. We chose this location as we had a friend living nearby but would stay again. Much quieter than central! Taxis are super cheap. The hotel itself is nice - we were upgraded to a suite which was great. Would have been a very small bedroom otherwise! Bathroom is basic but functioning. Overall happy with our stay.

LBP, one of the best hotels in Hong Kong
I rarely write reviews, but I think it is important this time because of the excellent experience I had at LBP. I am Export Manager so I travel a lot and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life, usually in international largest chains. This time I gave this hotel a chance because of good comments that I heard from friends and I made no mistake, I dare to say that LBP is one of the best hotels I have been to in Hong Kong (and I have been in many in the last 10 years ). The amenities are very good, a good gym, a lounge where you can work in a relax atmosphere with coffee, juices and other things for free (which is appreciated in a city that is not cheap like Hong Kong). The location is perfect, in Sheung Wan, one of Hong Kong's most iconic and trendiest neighborhoods. Finally, what differentiates it from big international chains, is the attention to small details, which was really outstanding. The receptionists, special mention to Kitty Lau, were very attentive and made me feel at home. As an anecdote, during my stay it was my birthday, and unexpectedly they left a small cake and drinks in my room as a gift, incredible detail on their part!! Totally recommended.

Bus stop directly across the road that connects with most main routes. International ATM (HSBC) right around the corner. 7/11 right around the corner, laundromat next to that 7/11 that is open all night and very cheap. Hotel offers laundry service but its expensive.

Called twice before I checked in, staff is helpful. Got a surprise upgrade of the room by booking on Expedia as VIP for around 10days, the suite is superb, convenient and comfortable. Free renting of DVDS ,CDS , which is really rara for hotel to provide. I enjoy movie nights very much. The 20th floor has a great night view too. LOVE IT. The staff is reallllllly nice cos I was trying to tape the package I m sending home, the staff kindly provided the stationery for us. Felt so warm.

It was a very convenient place to stay with two MTR stations within 10 mins walk. There was a handy supermarket next door and a laundry across the street which charged half of the hotel's rate. The business suite itself was a decent size although I'm not sure a \"kitchenette\" comprises a kettle, some plates and no sink. Bedroom was comfortable enough and housekeeping was very good. Bathroom could do with a renovation though, esp he tiles in the shower. Overall, would stay again. Wifi was reasonable.
