They should have actual conditioner and shampoo instead of a 2 in 1. And hand soap pls. The Chinese dimsum restaurant was amazing though and the room was clean. We appreciate the staff to suggest the dimsum instead of the buffet breakfast.

My husband stayed for the night of Mar 2, 2026. Room is spacious. He checked out early and has his luggage stored with the hotel for free as the flight was in the evening. Special thanks to the staff who handle his luggage pick up on Mar 3 in the afternoon. He’s so nice to tell him there’s an A10 bus stop nearby to the airport. Quite convenient & saved him time & money to get to the airport. We’ve stayed in this hotel several times and certainly will return.

They charge luggage storage at 150 per piece per day. If you are thinking of using Hong Kong as the base and make short trips outside Hong Kong, you can forget about this hotel

Excellent location to go back to HK airport as there was a bus across the street. The luggage Storage service was helpful and convenient. The room was a great size for our family and the bathroom was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything is good, but they are start to charge HkD 150 per luggage per day if it keep in the hotel, which is very expensive. we are always use the this hotel as a hub, keep the big luggage in Hong Kong, then travel from HONGKONG to other china spots and Asia countries. May be we have to consider use other hotel, which don’t levy this charges.

My room on the 27th floor was more like a large one bedroom apartment than a hotel room. The room had a quaint, pleasant, old world feel about it. There are many restaurants and other facilities around the hotel.The concierge was very helpful.

The quality of the room reflected the price paid, which was relatively low. The room was quite old and the single beds had mattress toppers that moved around when you slept. But there was a kettle with tea and coffee and the room was spacious by hk standards, so I was happy with my stay. Could hear a lot of noise from other guests in the hallway.

This hotel is so dated back to the 1980's. It is unrenovated and the furnitures are so beated up. The room is fairly large BUT there massive furnitures inside. The free standing closed takes up a huge amount of bedroom space and so over powering. If you can afford a bit more money stay away from this hotel. I will originally given a non smoking room but it reaks of smoke. The carpet is so dirty and worn out. I did not enjoy my 3 days stay. Will never again book this hotel.

The hotel price is quite reasonable. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is old but not unattractive. The staff are polite and friendly. Facilities need to be purchased. It’s far from the MTR, but there are plenty of buses around the hotel, and you can take the A10 bus directly from the airport to the hotel.

The lobby, check in reception areas is terribly dirty, chairs and sofa plus the layout is the worst i have seen.

Those mismatched sofas at the lobby look like someone picked them up from recycling bins.

The room smelled unhealthy. Mouldy..

Elevators are so old, so very slow and so small.

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The rooms were clean and had plenty of storage. The area around the facility was good and easy access to buses and the tram. Some downsides, the room's outlets didnt work with the hair dryer that was provided and the exercise room lacked luster as it only had 2 small exercise bikes a tiny treadmill and one bench with a few weights.

The room was cleaned but not clean. I found almonds under the bed and in the corner of the room by the window I found candy wrappers.

The smell of mold permeated the rooms and halls to the point it appears as if the staff is noseblind to it. I was given the opportunity to switch to other rooms but they smelled just as bad. I bought baking soda to help neutralize some of the odor but the smell was so bad I actually stayed somewhere else for part of my stay. For the cost it was not worth it.

We arrived on the date when Hong Kong was hit by a super typhoon. Appreciate their staff stick to work, to provide us a place to stay & most importantly, food to survive during the typhoon. The front desk staff also advise us to get bottle water & cup noodles from the convenient store & breads from the bakery nearby as even the hotel might not have enough food for everyone. They usually just provide buffet breakfast but offer lunch as well on the typhoon day.

They have the self service laundry & you can pay by Octopus card (which is very popular in Hong Kong for transports & food).

The only problem is their email got bounce back, no responses by message & phone. Maybe it’s just the chaotic situation of the typhoon. Luckily I have friends in Hong Kong so she can go in person to guarantee my bookings in case I got delay by the typhoon.

I loved my 8 nights here! Staff and cleaners were lovely. I enjoyed this area of town. I would return. Only con: my key card didn’t work 2x. Breakfast is a standard meal for meat eaters for $10 USD. Unfortunately no option for vegetarians

She helped us to find a room and I really appreciate for her effort.

Hotel in great location. Close to the heart of the city. Bus and tram (double decker!) stops next to the hotel entrance. Subway close by. A lot of dining options around. The hotel itself is ok. Reception staff really nice and helpful. Check in/out without any problems. Rooms are spacious. You can feel the atmosphere of old times, but in a good way. The building is old, but it only adds it its charm. Good hotel for a fair price. I stayed one night only, but I believe that it would be a good place for a longer stay as well.

The worst nightmare of my life. Run!

This hotel is by far the worst I’ve been in my entire life. Worst that side of the road motels. The fact that they call it a 4 stars is a joke. It’s run down, kinda dirty, beds are uncomfortable, it’s out of a 1960s nightmare. I spent the whole night concerned about the possibility of bedbugs. And the worst part is the smell, a mix between humidity, mold and moth balls or other strong chemical that is suspect is hiding asbestos. The smell won’t go away no matter what and you can’t open the windows, we all woke up with a bad headache. Run away and save yourself from this murder hotel. The price isn’t even cheap to compensate.

Excellent location with plenty of transport links and places to eat nearby. As lots of reviews state, the property is dated but had everything we needed and spent most of our time outside of the hotel. We chose to have breakfast at the hotel this morning for ease - wasn’t aware it finished at 10am so we’re only offered one option which arrived cold and was inedible. Property clean on the whole - some areas looked neglected and probably needed a deeper clean. Hair in our shower and someone else’s sock on one of the shelves when we arrived. Overall good for a budget stay in central HK.

Our shower was 90% clogged about 1 day into the trip, upon opening it we saw extreme amounts of hair and backlog. We asked them to clean it and the shower drained semi properly for about one day, afterwards it just returned to being clogged and drained slower than the shower would allow (max limit of 1 minute shower or else it would overflow). I assume they didn't actually have any plumber come up and just poured drain cleaner or cleaned surfacely.

The sheets under UV light were horrendous, stains of blood, or some sort of liquid material was on one of the sheets and another bed duvet also had some sort of dark liquid present. Our 3 key cards broke over 12-14 times, sometimes even just entering, leaving them on the counter and then it didn't work the next day. Faulty programming? Old cards? we had to ask them to fix it almost every other day.

Cleaning lady was nice, aside from that I was quite disappointed.

Location of property was good, close to all types of public transits, especially the AirPort Express bus stops (both ways) are less than 5 min walk. The hotel itself was a bit dated but reasonably clean and very spacious, which was a rare find in Hong Kong. For the money I paid it was a steal.

This is a classic style hotel, not new but not too bad. Being in Hong Kong where real estate is at a premium, the economy rooms are a bit cramped. The bathroom shower is quite cramped and the hot water takes a while to start. The staff does their job but don’t go out of their way to be friendly and most don’t speak much English. One front desk gentleman, when checking out, smiled and was very helpful with getting a taxi; he spoke reasonable English. The property has a slow tram on tracks out front which connects you to the main transportation hubs and a couple of Metro stations within a few blocks. Overall it is a reasonable choice for a budget stay.

Within my 16 days stay, it had 2 nights with “schedule power shut down maintenance”. The hotel won’t let us know when we were checking in. Imagine a hot night without air conditioning and light……We will never come back to this hotel.

Only positive is the location of the hotel is great, next to a tram, 5 min walk from a MTR and workers are nice. The hotel was hardly clean, towels are old with holes and the drain is clogged with hair. USB charging ports don't work. Fridge is a joke. Not a pleasant experience on our last night due to suspension of electrical supply and scheduled building inspection so we weren't able to charge our devices, AC wasn't on so we hardly slept.

Nice location, close to MTR, and lots of amenities; and Airport Express Bus Route - A10.

House keeping service was good, but seemed like they didn't vacuum everyday.

The \"Internet\" was super slow - only capable for web browsing; video streaming would be impossible during regular hours; unless it is from 2am to 6am local time.

Lastly, make sure to check/verify the final bill/cost; they charged me with incorrect daily rate !!!

Good Location, Clean Space and I would rate the overall rating as Average if not for the bed mattress being so hard. It is the first time I have experienced a bed mattress that hard that it has no cushion at all (the chair’s cushion is softer than the bed mattress). I hope that they change all their bed mattresses into a comfortable one. Make sure to pack your own toiletries.

Rude staff, not helpful. The key card didn’t work 3 times in the 7 days I was there, annoying to go back down over 29 floors in a small cramped elevator to get it fixed then head back on that elevator. No help with taxi or tourist spots. No map available. You are basically on your own, which is fine, but a little help finding the nearest metro would have been nice. Bed is hard, the suite is a joke, the furniture is covered and seems like it was plastic patio furniture. The area is run down part of town.
