Very friendly and helpful front desk staff and excellent location. Room comfy and quiet and i appreciated the microwave and coffee espresso machine.
There were a couple of stains on carpet and I think there should have been more milk and kitchen accessories available eg bottle opener and spoons to stir hot drinks!

The room was lovely. Really big. Had a few stains on the sofa and the bathroom door needs a re paint. Apart frkm that the bathroom was lovely.
The bed was so comfortable and the staff were very helpful. One even saw us when we checked in and called the lift so it was there when we were ready to go to our foom.

Pleased that they have addressed the parking situation and have some extra capacity, it makes staying here a much easier choice.

Restaurant is very good, they offer room service and a great wine list. Breakfast buffet is good quality.

We were visiting relatives in this area, so the proximity to family was very handy. The accommodation is near major Motorway and off ramps. We knew this before booking so didn't bother us much, but could for others. The room we booked was spacious, clean and had everything we wanted. The kitchenette was well stocked. It is walkable to Manukau shopping centre, but just be aware lots of traffic to navigate. Friendly helpful staff. Parking available at $15 per night (if not a member of ALL Hotel chain. You also would want to get a park early as they seemed to fill up quickly. Not sure where you would park your vehicle if all the parks were fill. I would stay here again, and would recommend to other Family and friends if in this region.

I live on a farm to the noise was a factor however for seasoned city dwellers it was fully acceptable. I was super surprised at how clean modern and large the room was. Extra touches like coffee pods and tea selections very welcome. I found check in a little terse but maybe it was me? I would def stay again.

Amazing service from start to finish! The staff were so welcoming and looked after me and my partner, even offering great perks and services as part of becoming members. Our room was spacious, warm, and had Sky TV. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Plenty of food options are just a short walk away, plus there’s convenient onsite parking. Highly recommend!

The main surface areas were visibly clean and were regularly attended to throughout the day. The beds were neatly made, and overall, the space looked well-maintained. However, I did notice some areas that could use more attention, such as behind the bathroom door, the vents, and some black mold spots along the grout at the edges of the shower floor. Additionally, the top of the shower screen was quite dirty. Other than that, everything else was great

Only slight moan was that it was a bit noisy as not well insulated from outside noise, and 2 out of 3 nights had large group of what looked like hotel staff sitting at entrance to hotel talking and laughing at 10.30pm. Best to have some earplugs if you want extra quiet
