A Wonderful Stay
An amazing stay! We were long term visitors, staying over a month. We had a fantastic view over the little reservoir nearby, and got to see all sorts of flora and fauna. The two bedroom apartment was well suited for our stay, with Botany Downs Town Centre a short walk away we had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, and super helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Great apartments for a family getaway. Unfortunately the weather was rain most of the time so we didn't get the chance to take a swim. We also requested two king beds but only one room was set up with king the other was left as two singles.

No cleaning provided, the service only includes linen change, no additional rubbish bin bags after the initial 2 provided, even though we extended our stay from 2 weeks to 5 weeks in total, you are expected to buy everything on your own ,even toilet cleaner as nothing was provided

Security tab access did not work once on our 20 day stay. We had to use a manual key from street access, and therefore we had to park in the street. The manager reprogrammed the security tab but it continually did not work. Wifi kept dropping out at least twice a day and had to reset our devices when this happened.
When we checked out and handed the keys in the manager did not even ask if we enjoyed our stay. We were there for 20 nights!

The property provides a car park and extra carparks around the building for visitors. The tenants were quiet and busy living their own lives just like us working people. I felt safe because of door security doors and windows. I quiet like the once a week change of sheets and towels and no daily interference from staff duties. My family and I stayed in a 2 bedroom deluxe apartment on the ground floor, we loved staying here, only real issue we did have was a permanent resident was staying above us would stomp or walk really heavily causing thudding sounds occasionally, other than that the apartment was wonderful and perfect for a family of 4 and extremely affordable for what is provided. Facilities at waldorf were fantastic and we made use of these quite often, office staff very friendly and check in and out were very easy.... I highly recommend waldorf botany downs and we will definitely choose to stay here again.

Clean and tidy unit, with all the facilities you need in a great location, but was let down by the \"DIY\" check in process, lack of information and overall handling of queries. For example, when we asked for a second rubbish bag (we stayed for a week) we were told that it was not a hotel and we had to provide all of our own things - including toilet paper and rubbish bags.
Access to amenities was inconsistent - we were not given an access card to the pool at check in and were told we had to wait until the following day, while other families had the access key waiting for them in the unit.
The waste disposal was not operating. A note was left to advise us of this, but no attempts were made to rectify this during our stay and we had to contend with emptying rancid dripping water from an ice-cream container and a foul smelling sink. Ironically we were told to empty all our food waste into the rubbish bin, despite only having one bag to last the week.
The DVD player was also not operational.

Really enjoyed staying here. We arrived late but this was not a problem as the key was left out for us. The parking was free and convenient. We were close to the local shops and pubs. The site was quiet with regards to people noise although the road outside was very busy.

We were a family of 5 and I will not recommend this apartment to family with children. It is clean but too small, there was only 4 beds for 5 people and the staff wanted to make us pay extra for a sofa bed linen even if on expedia I mentioned that we were 5 of us and nowhere it says we had to pay extra so expedia sorted out for us directly with hotel staff. Stayed here 10nights. Beautiful modern facilities. Despite the huge complex being full you never bumped into any one and it was a quiet respectful place. Literally a 2minute walk to Z service station and across the road to an amazing humming town center of Botany Downs. I wished the rooms were serviced completely and restocked at least every 5 days. The housekeepers were lovely though. Self checkin and check out was awesome. Very easy and futuristic actually hehe. Clean and tidy throughout. Great for families! An inspiring stay. We will be back soon.
