The accommodation is generally clean. But a major major problem, is that there was a very strong, fragrance/scent smell probably something from air freshener chemicals, that was present, on the first floor. This was simply, at an unbearable level. These are terrible toxic chemicals that are unsuitable for a habitable space.
On the second floor, it was less, sort of, and I could only stay in the place by spending most of the time, in the bedroom with the window open. I did not have any time to be relocating or bringing this up with management. Maybe I should have brought it up and they could have given me a different townhouse now that I think about it. I just figured I was stuck with this problem. But anyway I was quite busy.
The other problem is, the method of check-in is not very nice. You have to submit to taking a photo of yourself. This is not normal. There is also too much reliance on technology for the whole check-in process. They kept insisting, on requiring SMS but in the end that did not work, never received the SMS, and I got an email, with the information needed.

We arrived late and hadn't received any instructions on how to get in. After about half an hour with us being at the front door of the only address we had, the guy upstairs called someoone. He came over and took us to the unit we'd
rented. We weren't there long enough to really judge the unit, just from 8pm to 10am. It seemed clean. The beds were adequate. The book for quests didn't specify what we were to do before leaving so we just did what other lodging has asked. We didnt no where to put recycling, towels, etc.

Not too much to complain about. I'd stay here again. One complaint is it was a little disorganized on the check in and one of the staff just kind of walked by me and my friend when we went to the office as if we were ghosts while we were trying to figure out information on how to check in. We stood by the door of the office and before we could say anything she just walked past went inside and locked the door behind her with not a word. It was in the morning so I'm guessing the main office wasn't open yet but I wish she said something or even acknowledged that we existed or something. Another thing that will probably be an issue during hotter months is that there was only one AC unit on the downstairs so upstairs was super hot and could get uncomfortable. A tip for someone else staying is wash your clothes and hang them ASAP because they take forever to dry outside and there isn't a dryer which seems to be the normal. Overall pretty great, I'd recommend staying here and I'd stay again. Not a bad location, good parking, decent size, good amount of rooms, and good amenities. Don't know about other places you can stay but you won't go wrong staying here. Comfortable and you get your own space.

It was an overnight stay. Wasn’t expecting stairs and then told we would be sharing bathroom or pay extra for the ensuite. I don’t think we should have to take shoes off. Of course if we had muddy shoes we would have. The place is a nightmare to find without map. We had no internet so no map. It was comfortable and clean enough but not for us with hip problems.

I wanted this property to be good, but it was terrible. The walls are paper thin. Had some couple on both sides of the room that talked to 3am and one of them had sex multiple times. Was pretty awful to be honest. Had 3-4 hours sleep. Would not recommend if you need sleep for a busy day at work the next day.

The property is like a Deluxe \"Lodge style\" accomodation - beautiful common areas with doors leading off. Our room (D6) was one with own kitchenette and small lounge and bedrooms for family of 5. The sofa lounge was uncomfortable and stained so hidden by blankets . We required this as a bed for our son who ended up in our bed. You could feel the springs in the main bed mattress otherwise everything else was good.
Checking in was a bit off putting as we opted to pay at property and arrived at 5.30 only to be told through the door buzzer contactless check in was arranged and a key was put through a security latch. we found the property address but was confused if we could park in driveway or on street parking or if was the accomodation we booked ,you can see into the property and looked like the image in main pic of Flatbush marketing which wasnt what we booked. Wasnt until we let ourselves in we realised the setup. Alot could of been explained if were allowed to check in person. The property then charged a 2.5% card processing fee for contactless check in (which we didnt want) We never saw a $50 bond deposit mentioned when booking but charge held. we msg the property about this and was just told its as per booking policy and if we had an issue contact expedia.

We stayed 2 nights and spent most of our time away from the apartment. For our trip it suited our requirments. Some minor wear and tear in some places - doesnt impact use. We didnt used the shared kitchen as we were out so much and factored eating out in our trip. Parking is minimal - we didnt have a car. All the streets around the area have lots of cars parked on the street and the roads are narrow

I really enjoyed staying here, the parking is a bit tricky as the road is quite full of cars. One night there was a loud banging coming from the gate downstairs outside which wasn’t closed properly, so that woke me up, I had a look in the morning and latched it up. Overall really nice place and was an easy drive to my destination each day.

Close to the venue of the occasion we went to and to the shops. Quiet.
The issue in the room we stayed was that there was a problem in the shower, flooding outside after showering, the outlet in the bathroom was not working, and would have been better if there is an extra mirror outside the shower room. It surprised me because the unit we stayed in before was much much better.
But will stay again. And hopefully the shower will be fixed next time.😊

Parking was terrible, advertising was very misleading, really wanted somewhere to relax in private was mislead into thinking room had a bathtub, room would be better with a balcony attached and more parking. Shower could of been more stronger.

It was a very nice and unique property. However, our rooms floor carpet was heavily stained and dirty. House was clean, but other guests did not respect the after hours quiet policy and kept us awake until late hours, so difficult to sleep with a shared space. In addition, the manager was emailing us that our booking changed and had a glitch and we were not able to cancel as we got notified a day after the cancellation period. Overall, it’s a good space for a group and a unique booking, but I would not book again under the same circumstances as communication was difficult and poor.

Beautiful place to stay, but noisy due to low-flying aircraft and cars tooting early in the morning. No air conditioning in bedrooms, so they were very hot and stuffy.

Overall we had an okay stay. The bathroom had a minor moth infestation. The upstairs common area had an minor ant infestation. To make matters worse our hire car parked on the drive was vandalised by an unknown assailant. Breakfast was okay, if you have a car then I would recommend driving to the shops to get your own. Staff were friendly and greeted us on arrival.

Awesome staff members, wonderful property, and unique accommodations. We enjoyed our room. The area was safe for parking my car, and it was relatively quiet compared to possibly being in a holiday park or hotel. It was a treat for us to be able to afford and spend a few nights in this place. Ormiston Shopping Centre was convenient and offered us a place to eat, see movies, or shop as needed.
The only issues I found were a couple of things that could’ve been considered for guests’ convenience: 1) A water cooler, and 2) a paper towel dispenser - especially in the upstairs bathroom - would’ve been lovely.
