Being in a room right next to the pool I was awoken by people doing bombs into it after 11.30 pm, but that wasn't the fault of staff...maybe lock pool gate to restrict access at night. The area around is a little unsafe. The entrance to the room is a sliding door with the only window to the outside so if you wanted privacy you can have any natural light. No safe deposit box. Internet was very spotty. The laminate on the counters were all falling apart. Very outdated bathroom. Bed was alright but pillows were awful. No coffee maker. For the price they are charging for this place, you are better off somewhere else.

Convenient location. The room was spacious with a kitchen, dinning area, lounge, bathroom and two bedrooms. It had a good sized fridge and dishwasher drawer. The bedrooms had storage which was very useful. We liked how the toilet had a sliding door to make it private from then main bathroom. The beds were super comfortable.

Cons: No aircon and no humidity control. Room felt damp, windows were dripping wet. Must have mould issue. Ceiling fan rattles, terrifying to sleep directly beneath. Cheap car smelling air freshener smell was overwhelming and toxic, could not sleep without fan on. 06:51 construction crew began pouring concrete driveway and parking area. No guest was able to sleep. No warning and no apologies. Too bad for those recovering from jetlag.

Found tags under the bed that weren't ours. Bathroom was clean. We had an Family Room and the bedroom upstairs didn't have curtains - just a wooden blind that didn't keep the room dark. No TV upstairs, just a small one downstairs and a small uncomfortable 2 seater couch. I would have said it was cheap and cherry - but it wasn't cheap. Not sure if I will come back again. Property seems to be slipping in quality (that was our 4th stay). But, the staff were awesome - friendly and helpful - and the location is great for food and shopping options.

Would stay again, for convenience, but would request a unit away from the street on the lower level, as when booked the positioning of the unit was not described, for the above reasons is why wouldn't choose that particular position within.
