We had a great stay at Hanoi Paon! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in an excellent location. You can easily walk to the old quarter and French quarter, which is where we spent most of our time. The rooms are slightly dated in terms of decor, but comfortable and have everything you need. The spa was also very nice! Id recommend to anyone going to Hanoi!

By far, the BEST breakfast in any hotel I've been in Vietnam. The staff were absolutely amazing. So friendly and helpful. Leo, at the travel desk in the hotel, went above and beyond to help us book shorts trips around the countryside. They couldn't do enough for us.
The hotel itself was a little dated but clean, neat, and convenient to everything in the Old Quarter. We loved it so much we stayed there 3 times!

From the initial contact, to arrange the airport transfer, and all through my fortnight stay at this wonderful hotel I was met with great service and friendly staff who wanted to help me enjoy my stay as much as possible. Highly commendable. The hotel and spa is in a great location in the Old Quarter and I’d definitely stay there again.

A great place to start our trip. The staff were lovely and made us feel welcome right away. While our room didn’t have a view, the rooftop offered stunning skyline scenes – well worth a visit, especially in the evening. The location made it easy to get around the Old Quarter. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and fresh options each morning. Comfortable, convenient, and a good base for exploring Hanoi.

The driver who picked me up at the airport was not in th spot they told me he would. I had to search around to find him. When I mentioned this upon check-in the staff gave me a free 30 minute foot massage at the spa for the inconvenience. That was nice of them. Very helpful and attentive staff.

First I would like to thank the manager who did an exceptional job of looking after us when our flight was delayed he didn’t have to but made sure we could extend our room for another half day, the hotel staff also sorted us with a trip to the airport cheaper than grab and all booked for us I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Secondly the hotel is lovely and has all amenities you need such as a rooftop view breakfast and gym. It’s very central to everything it’s right at your doorstep

The property was perfectly located in the old quarter with most things easily within walking distance - and when you do get tired, just jump a grab. The only thing we didn't realize in advance is that the pool is heated - not a cool pool to use at the hot times.

The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The AC also didn’t work well, our room was brutally hot. It was colder in the hallway. We also didn’t have a window we could open because there is a sign saying don’t open it. The noise was also brutal. You could hear everything from everywhere and construction started at 630AM. Between the uncomfortable bed, the heat and all the noise I didn’t get any sleep. The staff was awesome though and that was the only saving grace to this place.

So glad we found Hanoi Paon Hotel & Spa. The price is great & the staff go above and beyond with their excellent service. Since we were new to Vietnam, we chose to book a ride from and back to the airport through the hotel, and Ellen at the front desk made sure that we could find the driver when we landed at the airport through Expedia message and WhatsApp. Alice helped our group book a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay. Kelvin also made us feel so welcome & helped make everything so smooth for our coming and going from the hotel.
The room was very clean & comfortable. There was a little mold on the ceiling in the room & bathroom, but that’s probably unavoidable with the intense humidity in Hanoi/Vietnam.

The included breakfast upstairs is good and simple. You can make your own Banh Mi with the ingredients provided, or you can go to the omelette station, or choose whatever else you want from their buffet line. You can also ask the staff for Pho. Peter made sure we had all that we needed during breakfast.

We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Hanoi. The location is perfect in the Old Quarter - close to everything, but far enough from the party streets so it’s quiet enough for sleep/resting.
Their Jasmine Spa is AMAZING! We were so relaxed after our couples massage.
We felt very taken cared of and had a fantastic stay in Hanoi thanks to the staff at Hanoi Paon Hotel & Spa. Thank you so much!!

Although the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, EVERYTHING else about Hanoi Paon was excellent. Our paramount praise goes to the hotel staff from front desk to bell staff. Bell staff ALWAYS were right there to open doors and assist me with my weak hip that makes climbing steps difficult. Bravo to these attentive guys. Our tip paled in comparison to their hard work!

Definitely recommend - Good location

It was a great location. In the old distract, close to the lake and French quarter. My room was on the 5th floor and I didn't hear any traffic at night.
Lovely breakfast.

Lovely friendly hotel in the Old Quarter, my room was super clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic with views across the city from the restaurant on the roof.

Had a great Vietnamese massage in the hotel spa which I would totally recommend.

All of the staff went out of their way to make the stay as good as possible.
Special thanks to Kelvin the bell hop for always being welcoming and helpful.

The pictures on the website make this property look nice but you can tell immediately upon arrival that the property is not very clean. Check-in was great and the staff was helpful but our room smelled bad as if people had smoked in the room previously and also the walls were dirty, water-damaged, and had mold on it. The floors were worn and also not very clean. We left the hotel shortly after check-in and went to a different hotel in the Old Quarter for less money but much nicer.

We had a great stay! The staff is so friendly and helpful, we felt very welcomed. We got a room upgrade which was a perfect start in our vacation! The room was super spacious and clean, the beds are so comfy!
The breakfast is very good with lots of options. We enjoyed the pool and the little gym.

초등학생 아들과 여행이었는데, 정말 추천 드리는 호텔 입니다.
객실 컨디션도 좋고 위치도 좋고 근처에 맛있는 집도 많이 있습니다.

하지만 가장 좋은것은 직원들의 친절함과 서비스 입니다. 사소한 질문에도 친절하게 안내 해 주시며, 어린 자녀와 갔을때도 항상 배려 해 주셨습니다.
특히 프론트의 여직원 분과 게이트의 kelvin의 친절함은 정말 감사 드립니다.

조식도 좋고 쌀국수도 일자별로 돌아가면서 나와 좋습니다. 가장 맛있는 메뉴는 볶음밥 입니다. 진짜 맛있습니다.

아무튼 정말 추천 드립니다.
