All employees from driver pick up me at airport, receptionists, bellboys,waiters & waitresses serving breakfasts.. so nice and helpful to me and my family. They really made me feel “home away from home”.
The only thing is as the hotel located in the old quarter of Hanoi, so is room size a tight to be 5 stars hotel (fairly should be 3,5 or 4 stars max).

The staff was the friendliest staff that we have encountered during our three week stay in Vietnam. They were so kind and thoughtful and willing to help in any way they could. The bed was soft and comfortable and the room nice and cold like we like it. They even gave me a gift bag with Vietnamese coffee as a departing gift. Highly recommend.

This was our second stay at Splendid Premium during our recent trip to Vietnam. Both times, we stayed in a family connecting room which accommodated our family of five. During both our stays, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always offering suggestions and asking if we needed help planning our outings. Our second stay was judt as great as our first. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends looking for a comfortable place to stay in Hanoi!

The Splendid Premium Hotel is in the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter and exactly what I wanted and this hotel was the perfect base for it.

Nice clean hotel in an excellent location. It was very convenient to many attractions, including the Thang Long Puppett Theatre, shopping street, and Ngoc Son Temple. The staff were very helpful, especially Phoebe. The breakfast was also very nice. The only drawback was the pool was not kept clean, with clothes and food left on the tables and in the pool. Otherwise, great visit. Would likely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was just right for our family of 4. Bathroom was fine but can be bigger and have a shower curtain. Although the hotel had some floors and rooms doing renovations, it was not much of a nuisance. We were quite happy with the hotel, especially the staff.

Ann, the hotel manager, runs a tight ship. She was on top of things: listened to feedback, made accommodations, helped with recommendations, and solved any issues we encountered. It’s a small hotel like most hotels in Hanoi but you can tell they made an effort in their furnishings and cleanliness, and they have a well-trained and cheerful staff who anticipate your needs. Breakfast was delicious. The room and bed was comfortable. And the amenities were more than sufficient. The location was fantastic. Overall an enjoyable stay.

My family booked this hotel on the recommendation of our friend who stayed here last year and it did not disappount The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The accommodations suited our needs (family of 5 in the family connecting room), rooms were clean.and the location was very easy for us to navigate the city during our visit. We had an amazing stay at this hotel during our family trip to Vietnam. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located for exploring Hanoi.

A very special thank you to Cindy, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. She helped arrange our tours to Sapa, Ha Long Bay, and Ninh Binh, making everything incredibly easy and stress-free. Her recommendations were excellent, and every detail was well organized. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy some of the highlights of Vietnam without having to worry about logistics.

We would also like to thank Dong and Ann, as well as May, Lily, Bob, Anna, Phoebe, and Hugo, for their friendliness and outstanding service. Every member of the team made us feel welcome and genuinely cared for.

We stayed 7 nights here across 3 bookings. This hotel became our hub as we explored Ha Noi and short trips to Sa Pa and Halong Bay. Exceptional staff including Cindy, Bob, Hannah, Jessica, Fish, Dong, Hugo, Anna and so many more staff that went above and beyond to make our stay special. Great location walking distance from Hoan Kiem lake and lots of cafes and restaurants. Incredibly delicious breakfast and the best room service we have had in our travels, both in terms of food quality and customer service quality. Spacious room with quality mattress, strong hot water, good water pressure and air conditioner. Jacuzzi pool on the roof top was set to a good temperature and the roof top bar had nice views of the city. Beautiful reception area and a relaxing spa where my husband I had a healing hot stone massage by Sah. We highly recommend this hotel for international travelers, especially families with young children. The staff were professional and caring problem solvers — 1) getting the wheel of our son’s scooter suitcase fixed that broke during our flight, 2) completing our laundry within 5 hours so we could have clean clothes before our trip in the morning, 3) arranging 3 bags of breakfast and coffee so we could have food for our long bus rides to Sa Pa and Halong Bay, 4) and making recommendations for restaurants and activities to help us enjoy our time in Ha Noi. I truly cannot say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. We hope to visit again soon.

I had such a wonderful experience with the Splendid Premium Hotel! I was in Hanoi for 12 days for a friend’s wedding and wanted to do some exploring around Northern Vietnam while I was here. So I wanted a place to feel at home and that’s exactly what this hotel made me feel. The staff is so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the areas around Hanoi. When I checked in I was greeted with a cold towel, juice, and lovely snack. Hugo and Cindy sat with me to help me feel more welcome and they helped plan out the parts of my trip which was still up in the air. They helped me book day trips to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh, which helped round off my trip perfectly! I chose the suite with city view which was super spacious, and exactly what I needed for my long term stay. The breakfast buffet was always delicious and well stocked - I liked how they rotated some of the dishes and the juices daily. The pool was refreshing after a long day of walking around the city in the scalding summer heat. The Sylvia Spa was perfect after my Ha Giang Loop tour. The staff always greeted and wished me a good day, which made me feel extra special. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you plan on visiting Hanoi!

Our nights spent are the Splendid Premium Hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi have been amazing and well exceeded expectations. From the moment we walked in the door and was greeted and checked in by Cindy we have felt welcome and valued guests.
This is a very friendly place in the heart of the Old Quarter of Hanoi and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Hanoi.
Breakfast was really good with a good range of options including an egg service.

The rooms are beautiful and clean. Over the three times we stayed we sampled three different rooms and all three were brilliant. The bed was huge.
We used the pool and the rooftop bar. Both had the desired effect of relaxing us.
Around the hotel is a vast array of restaurants and shopping.

So this is a must try hotel.

Let me start off by saying this place has one of the most pleasant, warm and helpful staff I have recently experienced. Cindy the manager is a star and communicated so well and so clearly with us that even though we arrived on two different flights and my wife arrived five hours earlier than me the check in went absolutely smoothly and she felt welcome and safe.

The rooms were well maintained and very very clean which is very important for us. Beds were very comfortable and the staff even decorated the room for us without being asked. The lounge area is amazing and a great place to relax.

In short we had a wonderful stay. Very helpful accommodating staff. Very clean rooms. Amazing lounge area. Will definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Our stay here was fabulous. We enjoyed the terrace suite with the Jacuzzi on the deck. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the ladies at the spa were wonderful. The people at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Happy made sure that we had everything we needed and had good recommendations for what we were looking for in the neighborhood. The only thing I would mention is that if you are a light sleeper, staying in a room with an outside deck may not be quiet enough. But that is true for a lot of properties in the Old Quarter. It’s really really busy there so it’s also never really quiet. We were fine, slept amazing. However, something to consider if that’s an issue for yourself. Thank you for our wonderful day. We would definitely come back.

I have never had service like the service I received at Splendid premium. The staff are absolutely amazing. Everyone was attentive, kind, and anticipated my needs. The room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable i didnt realize i had fallen asleep. The shower pressure was great and the hot water stayed hot. The hottube on the terrace was clean and the jets were powerful. The wifi works. There are plenty of shops nearby and I felt safe in the area. You are very close to things to do in the old quarter. The rooftop bar has amazing views and the drinks were tasty. The buffet breakfast was delicious and you had so many options to choose from. The pool was 5ft deep and adequate for relaxing with a nice view. I would 100% stay here again.

My partner and I had a great time here! My partner managed to get the room decorated for me as it was my birthday. The staff were excellent and always welcomed us as soon as we arrived in the hotel each time. In particular our host; May was wonderful and always had a smile on her face when welcoming us!

I chose this hotel for two reasons, the location near the turtle lake two blocks away and the boutique style with balconies and hot tubs in the suites. We booked two balcony suites with tubs and used the hot tubs almost every nigiht. The best thing about this hotel, though is neither of those things. When you arrive, the hotel staff immediately sets themselves apart from the competition.
We were greeted from the first arrival at the curb by "Bob" and the rest of the staff including Anh, Hugo and others. There are times when the entire staff escorted us in to the hotel and made us feel like family to them. It was my father's 82nd birthday and he was in a wheel chair. I was concerned that the front stairs would be a problem, but the staff broght him up any time we left and he loved them!! When it came time to leave, my father didn't want to leave. We immediately booked for this November for the same rooms. The view is stunning and you can see Turtle Lake two blocks away. The rooms are immaculately clean and the bathroom is fun with both tub and stnad up shower. Very roomy compared to chain type larger hotels. Our room was 600+ sq. foot. That is bigger than my apartment in Dental; School at Iowa. The spa entertained my wife and my father's caretaker while my father and I enjoyed an outside massage across the street at Mai Bo. She was able to do in room massage arrangements later. Just ask "Bob' at the front desk for anything and it would suddently appear!!!

Our experience at the hotel was outstanding! Both the staff and service was exceptionally good. Right from check-in to check-out, the team was incredibly helpful, kind and accommodating to ensure we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our vacation. The breakfast was super delicious, the rooms were clean and tidy and the atmosphere was very welcoming! Cindy and the entire team at the reception were incredible and assisted us with a lot of care and attention to detail. We look forward to returning when we are back in Hanoi!

Everything are awesome. Sky bar, swimming pool, and breakfast buffet. Very clean, excellent staff. Balcony rooms are nice but it is noisy. This is vietnam for you. The noise stops around 10 or 11 pm. I think they should upgrade the windows or Balcony doors.
