Everything was impeccable at Jumeirah. Would highly recommend. Staff couldn’t do enough.
Only small complaint was the pool bar area. DJ music loud most of the day. But we are middle age so probably ok for the younger ones that enjoy music by the pool.

My wife and our two kids visited the property in dec 2025. We upgraded to a panoramic suite which was absolutely beautiful. We were originally placed in a second floor pano suite however we were unhappy about this and were moved the same day to a 4th floor panoramic suite - same room but far better view with great privacy.
The hotel didn’t ever seem to get above 40% occupancy which was absolutely fantastic for us as a family - no queues for breakfast, plenty of sun beds and the ability to dine whenever suited us.
The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning, very clean with a clean and well staffed beach.
The in house pastries are absolutely top notch - kudos to the pastry chef and their team however the rest of the food was fairly average. The best of the internal restaurants was the Italian mare mare.
Overall magnificent experience and will more than likely be returning in 2026.

I decided to surprise my husband with a trip and booked Jumeirah Saadiyat Island for a week for his birthday. My oh my!!! The hotel exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to make it a truly memorable trip. They had a birthday cake, balloons, cookies and a basket of fruits set up in our room on our arrival with rose petals on the bed. We also landed early morning around 8am and got to the hotel around 9am. Check-in wasn’t until 3pm, however our room was ready at 10.30am and we were allowed to check-in early!!! Always a plus. The room was amazing, we had the garden room which was super spacious with easy access to the pools and the beach as it was located on the ground floor.

The staff were all very welcoming, kind and caring. The hotel focuses a lot on sustainability which is great and we were given beautiful complimentary bottles upon arrival to use around the hotel. Breakfast was top-notch, so many different options and cuisines to choose from, you will never get bored. I would like to highlight that there is a deposit to be paid upon arrival and it was about £800 for 6 nights (which you get back providing you didn’t break anything in the room), just a heads up for people who are not aware as I was not aware. The deposit is calculated based on the number of nights you are staying for.

The beach!!!! Where do I even start?! The beach was the highlight of our trip. Super well maintained, soft sand, clear warm turquoise waters.

The property and beach are lovely but there were some key annoyances - you could hear the alarm on a phone/ ringing and conversations in the next room, I had been emailed by the hotel offering me a credit for the spa and when I arrived there was no knowledge of this and no one followed up with me, this was the front desk- in busy times the sunbeds got out of hand even though the staff did their very best, we paid for an ocean view room and it only just qualified as such - however there are some wonderful aspects as well- the quality of the rooms (when you don’t have noisy neighbours and the view of the sea isn’t blocked by building) is high and the food was excellent

Beautiful hotel with excellent service throughout!

This hotel was impeccable, as soon as we walked into our room it was very big with a beautiful view of the sea. The amenities in the room was very up to standard and the beds were very comfortable.
I must say I travel a lot and stayed in lots of hotels, but Jumeirah was top notch, the service was very welcoming and every staff was so friendly and always had a smile and ready to help. They are very well organised and knows what hotel residents needs. I felt very relax and comfortable staying at this resort and the food served in the buffet restaurant was at a high standard of taste and quality. I would love to come back with my family next time!

Fabulous team at Jumeirah! So welcoming, helpful, friendly and professional! Exceptionally clean hotel! Food was absolutely delicious with plenty of choice. Wonderful sea views.
Limited things to do in the evenings but perfect if you just want a relaxing holiday by the sea with good food, lovely sea views and sunshine.
The only negative experience was buying two ice-creams which cost the equivalent of £30!! Thought it was a joke. Astronomical price and an absolute rip off! But overall the experience was fabulous!

We had the most wonderful holiday at the Jumeriah Saadiyat. The staff and the service they provided was incredible- they went over and beyond to help and make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
The resort itself catered for all of us (as a family with a young child); the pools, the beach, the restaurants and gym/spa facilities were superb.
We went for our anniversary and wanted a luxurious experience - Jumeriah Saadiyat met these expectations and more.
I would highly recommend a stay here, with or without children.

When I booked the property I was told it was pet friendly then the hotel emailed me and said pets were not allowed and I never got reimbursed for my stay that I never had. It is very upsetting and I will never book anything through Expedia again as you falsely advertised the hotel and won’t give me any reimbursement.

I called guest relation to request for my wife’s room number so I can surprise her with cake and flowers but not only she didn’t assist me with the room number , she called my wife and ruined the surprise by informing her of my intentions. Lovely hotel and location. Clearly a high-end hotel. Staff on the beaches are excellent as are the restaurant staff. However the check-in staff have issues and need some training in customer service. Our check-in process was slow. We had to wait a long time even after being told our room was ready. No refreshments were offered while we had to wait. And our Gold expedia status was not recognised despite it being on the booking. On check out we were charged by mistake for room service. It again took the check-out staff a long time to sort it out without even offering an apology for the mistake made by the hotel, instead making out it was our fault for noticing the error.

We had the best time. We travelled with our two kids and the kids club was so clean and modern. The staff were so friendly and the property was stunning and well located. The breakfast service was so well organised and the selection was wide. There were plently of spaces on the beach and we managed to spot a wild dolphin.

First, they didn’t even know about the platinum membership perks even tho they are a VIP hotel. We didn’t get a room upgrade which is ok but the room we did have had some issue. First the duvet had stains so we asked if they could change it. They did change it but left the first blanket in the room. The coffee mugs were also first so we needed them changed. Finally the tv wasn’t working so we needed someone to come and get it working. The manager did accommodate us for a free brunch which definitely helped improve our stay and overall the staff was nice. Just hate to see those kinds of issues for a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is really nice and it has one of the best beaches in the UAE. It is really clean and people are friendly and nice. Check in was bad. We were given a wrong room. We had to go back to reception and they had to check, which wasted quite some time. Also our room was not upgraded but they gave us complementary breakfast to make up for the room mixup

Location of the hotel is great. By taxi you can get everywhere within 20-30min.
Hotel has clean, has beautiful beach with a soft sand and offer pretty good services on the beach (bar service, complimentary water, towels, sunbeds… They even have a toys for kids to play with them in the sand). Pool area is really nice, with a bar, sunbeds and clean water in the pools.
Food at White restaurant was really delicious. Morning service at the breakfast was really busy, therefore you have to wait a little bit for a coffe etc.
Rooms are clean and spacious. We asked for a kids step stool for our 3years old son in the evening. They told us they will bring it the next day but they never did.
The reception team was kind of condescending (to be exact 2 of them I have dealt with). They did what they had to do, but the attitude was there. I had a feeling that I was bothering the lady during our check in and she was holding her eyes not to roll them really badly.
Other staff besides 2 receptionists was really great, helpful.
After our stay I noticed a discrepancy in the invoice, so I emailed the hotel ([email protected]) asking for explanation. Did not received an answer yet (after 2 days). Before they were answering emails within hours. So be carefull with the invoice at the end of your stay and double check it. They act nice and interested when they want your money. The minute they got it, they loose interest.

5 star hotel and amazing beach. Food is 3 star, and overpriced for the quality. Pool and beach area service is very slow. 25-40 min wait for any order from coffee to food, which is greatly frustrating. Staff seems stressed and lack of personal even without high number of guests. Management should fix this issue as staff is doing their best to service.
Ending up getting the pasta you waited 40 min on for free doesn’t help when you and your kids are hungry.

Hotel is very nice and modern . Rooms are nice and modern but no function . Sofas were places way far from tv not all drawers open due to wrong placement. NO mirror in the bedroom although there is a space for it above the hairdresser. Instead they put a tiny useless mirror. Mirrors in bathroom also not functional as they are fully designed and decorated u barely can see yourself. No small plates no glass cups not enough bins no hangers for towel . I think the interior was aimed to look good but you get frustrated from no functionality in the room.
Buffet was ok although the area where is buffet is gets extremely crowded as you just have less then a meter to walk all around.

Great location on a beautiful beach. Rooms are excellent. Food and drink are very expensive E.g. £30 for a burger at the pool bar for lunch or £10 for a beer! Water sports equipment is very limited and again very expensive to rent. Staff are very friendly and smile but service can be chaotic by the pool/beach.

We had a ground floor king room with patio and direct access to the pool and the beach. It was absolutely awesome. Linens and beds and the whole layout was sublime. Could not fault it. Checkin was faultless as was check out. The breakfasts in the white room was sooo good. So much choice. Friendly happy staff. The whole environment was well thought through and perfectly executed from start to finish. They have got it right with attention to the small details. Highly recommend. You have got to go there.
