Unsafe for solo female travelers, don’t go out at night. The lobby appears beautiful and they say it’s a 4 star hotel but I was highly disappointed with the condition of the room. Everything is a brown-red wood and it gives 2 star hotel. Not worth it at all, I would never book again with this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. There’s a kettle in the room. It’s convenient making tea or coffee anytime in your own room. It’s really nice that this hotel even provides hair conditioner. The outdoor swimming pool is good., This hotel is close to a shopping mall with a supermarket & McDonald. There are plenty of buses nearby. You need to buy a bus card, which is 10 dirahams. Buses are free for children. Some journeys are only 2 dirahams. We took the buses a few times and liked it. They are really clean. Taking a taxi to attractions like Louvre,Abrahamic Family House, Saadiyat beach, Etihad Towers, Qasr Al Watan Palace, Emirates Palace, all takes roughly 15-20 minutes and slightly over 20 dirahams. The grand mosque is a bit further. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. However, an Indian staff’s hard selling of tours was extremely unpleasant. He sold us a very dodgy desert safari tour, which completely ruined our day. The information on the package of the tour was false and lies. They were actually really dishonest and nasty people. It was the worst desert safari we ever had. He then tried to sell us tickets to Yas islands parks, using his old technique. We weren’t tricked into buying tickets from him again this time. It proved we made the right decision. He was misleading us & lying again about the transportation information and ticket prices. Such a disgrace! Really hope Al Ain Palace Hotel should stop staff like this guy fooling customers like this.

Ultra-helpful / responsive staff. Excellent location east end of the Corniche park, a one hour walk along the seaside. Louvre Abu Dhabi a short taxi ride east. Airport bus A2 stop a 3-5 min. walk.
The only issue was my inferior room next to an inside airwell with windows screwed shut and occasional air conditioner noise.

We had a great 2 nights here. The room was well equipped and comfy and the staff lovely. Pool large and quiet. I asked for a quier room and no 205 was quiet, it was a Monday and Tuesday.night. Bus stops easily walkable,the grand.mosque is 50 min and 40p fare! Lots of shops and eateries and 2 great cheap supermarkets nearby. We loved staying here.

I recently had the pleasure of spending one night at the Al Ain Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi. The hotel's location is exceptionally convenient, situated right next to the picturesque Abu Dhabi Corniche. This prime location not only offered beautiful views but also easy access to the surrounding areas.

The staff at the hotel were notably friendly, adding a personal touch to my short stay. They were attentive and efficient, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.

Overall my stay was good, the lobby is very nice and the staff are very curtious, but the room let my stay down, especially the bathroom which is very dated and the shower is so small. The main room is just ok. The bed was comfortable and a fridge and safe in the room, but what let it down for me was the small TV on the wall and lack of accesable sockets to recharge my devices. Having access to a great pool was a plus and the location in Abu Dhabi is good too

Overall it was ok, but not like a 4 stars hotel, the room was not so clean and furniture is old, specially bathroom..they have a good coffee corner with many choices, they don't have a parking, you have to park on paid public parking, staff was nice. The best was the swimming pool which is very nice and clean

Very kind staff, the hotel is closed to Marya Mall, so if you want to go to food court the mall is very closed to the hotel. Fantastic swimming pool, really great. The hotel food is high quality and price is affordable. The room is big compared to the price.

The hotel was fine. Nothing special. It is a bit cheaper than others in the area. It has no views of the city or the beach. It is a fine place if you need a bed with a decent breakfast in a downtown location.

I booked a room for my married friends who are on their honey moon. I was informed when I called the night before that they will arange a gift basket for free for the couple as a gift on their stay for free. My friends told me there was no basket prepared. They were at the hotel at 2 pm for check in but was able to get their room 30.minutes late. Location is good. No breakfast inclusion. Small bathroom. These are the feedbacks I can write according to the opinion of my friends

Need for Alain palace to liven up the bar!

The hotel is obviously in transition. Supposedly with new management. The hotel was a happening place prior to this. The Allypally was the most popular haunt for male travellers. Now it is an empty shell of what it used to be. I was quite disappointed during this stay, as the bar was empty most days although it had an excellent band playing. I opted to switch to another hotel after the fourth night there.

Reasonable price but there are disadvantages

The hotel was one of the first in Abu Dhabi, the staff were very friendly. The rooms are dark and on the small side and the internet is very, very slow. The big problem is the hotel has no parking allocated so you have to pay for a ticket also there is no signage to warn you there are premium bays as well as standard bays the result for me was a ticket even though a valid ticket was displayed in the windscreen. The hotel reception staff could do more to inform guests of this since the hotel claims it has self parking in its advert which is not the case. The check out took over 15 minutes because they individually check each room which is slow by modern standards.

The hotel is beyond dated - I think it got it's last lick of paint and fresh drapes somewhere in the early 80's - Advertised parking, is chargeable street parking. Good value for money so a short no frills stay.

So dissappointed when i checked in to found out only for 2 adults, but during the reservation it shown max up to 3members. They just allow us to stay for 2 adults. .. since we are 3,they are asking for additional payment.

HOTEL is really strict, they are not flexible.

I dont want recommend this hotel to my friends.

Anyway, i enjoyed with there pool and jacuzzi.

Short stay once again at the Ally Pally, what you see is what you get, no frills just a cheap stay in a very expensive City. Good for local bars (Ally Pally, PJ's, etc) & 5 minutes walk to Hamdan street in the centre of the City & 5 mins to the Cornice.

It takes so much time for check in and out, asking for security deposit which is very un-usual. Guest are not welcome. No vallet parking, park at your own risk for not familiar with Abu Dhabi parking system which was not explained during your stay and may lead you to pay hefty traffic fines.

The stay was acceptable the hotel was pretty good. The real down side of the stay is there is no parking. Due to government offices in the area there is no valet parking and the parking lot is full from the offices during the day. Check-in and out is a night mare during the day. You are told you can park across the street but they dont point out it must be three row back as residents from the apartments two blocks away have the first two. Which got my car towed. Nice stay if you don't drive. Leave your car take a Taxi.

Nice medium sized hotel in a great location

I stay at this hotel a lot as it provides good value for money. This time as I had my two sons with me we chose a suite which was really excellent for 3-4 people and comes with living room and kitchenette too.
The staff are extremely helpful, though I must say the Hotel IT system seems cumbersome so check in/out is always a 5-10 minute affair (sometimes longer if the reception desk is manned by one person) and this can lead to frustration/s.
Many of the associated restaurants are very good though the one in the lobby area is quite basic especially to host a business meeting/lunch.
Although I never use the pool, I gather from my sons that it is shared with the hotel next door and is very good. Likewise Ally Pally the hotel bar is great if you like football or just being amongst an interesting bunch of people and are open minded.
Internet isnt free and that is something to bear in mind too. All in all good value for money still.

Was a little upset there was no valet, and I actually had to pay 15 dirhams per day in coins to the public parking machine. The Doorman was great. Lively and kind. The room was okay, especially for the rate paid, but the shower was not per standard. A box with a curtain. They have a great Thai restaurant, which I would consider to be the hotels biggest draw. The room service Hamburger was also great.

Watch Out for the High Volume Filipino Nightclub

One of the few times I have ever had to change my room because I had been woken up by the noise from a nightclub. The door to the nightclub was open despite my protests and the noise was echoing down the corridors with such volume it actually woke me up. I was moved to a higher floor but in the same part of the hotel. It was quieter but still almost unbearable. This was really disappointing from the hotel because I had specifically asked for as quiet a room as possible because if an early start the next day.

This is a good option for a short business stay. Friendly and helpful front office staff but housekeeping staff spoke almost no English. Room was small but comfortable and reasonably priced. Breakfast was adequate for the price. Bar was comfortable although food choice was limited.

Quiet business trip

Very pleased as usual. The hotel is comfortable and quiet. Short walk to Khalifa Energy Complex where I was attending meetings. A convenient location to walk on the Corniche in the evening. The staff are wonderfully helpful and kind and considerate. I accidentally left my mobile in the back of the taxi. The receptionist used my receipt and his own mobile to contact the taxi company and driver and it was brought back within 15 minutes. Great experience.

Good hotel and helpful staff, but you have to pay to use their wi-fi and it is very expensive. Also, the pool belongs to an adjacent hotel, so you have to get a pass to use it. Not too difficult, but you have to pay upfront if you order refreshments at the pool - you can't just put it on your room number. None of this is made clear in the hotel description. None of it is disastrous, just a bit annoying.
